Fantastic experience: This is a great place to train. Family run and you have the option to train in a seperate studio via a big screen and usual equipment. Really cheap price and no joining fee. Reception staff were amazing, not pushy and listened to what I needed due to my anxiety. It's bloody great

Fantastic experience: Look I only go here for my bodyscan with one of their PT's Paul (South African gentlemen) but I don't train here I train elsewhere. But it's a nice gym. It's securely locked and looks like plenty of carpark. Our scanner broke down at my gym so I've gone here twice and Paul has been awesome. The atmosphere looks great to workout in but you'll probably have to check it out yourself

Negative experience: If I could give I would give 0 Stars. Bullies bullies bullies be careful using this place. They have terrible customer service and I can’t wait to see the ombudsman ruling on their terrible way of dealing with customers.

Fantastic experience: Been a member here since 2019. The gym is often quiet, with a mainly over 50's membership and a nice, friendly atmosphere. All the cardio and strength training equipment you'd expect and want in a small gym.

Fantastic experience: Just joined after not training in many years. As an after hours user I've found the facilities to be great. Gym is nice and clean with ample cooling on those steamy nights. Great range of machines and plenty to choose from. Happy to have signed up here! Excellent value.

Fantastic experience: Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Love the renos and murals, even nice rest room with feel good motivating quotes... YouTube tutorials that give you add on ideas to your work outs. Eenjoyed my trial. Keen to sign up after seeing their Kippa-Ring gym also.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a proper trainer who is going to add tremendous amounts of value to your lifestyle and help you get to your goals then you’ll need to book in with Paul aka @Tusk_Pt. Paul is the best PT and you can tell he puts in a lot of effort and care to his clients. Very positive and doesn't waste time and meets you where you are at. Fantastic experience: THANK YOU! As a new mother of twins its hard to leave the house, never mind finding a 24/7 gym, when I called to join I explained I could only collect the 'fob' if I brought my twins along, they are 4 months old, the team could not have been friendlier. That 'yes bring them along' was literally the deal breaker for me, even if it was to pick up a fob!

Negative experience: Appalling treatment of customers - cannot speak for all staff, however the treatment I received from their staff member was far below acceptable. Perhaps this is how they keep their prices, but you are much better off paying a little bit more for a gym that treats you like a human being, and actually will stick to their agreement. Shocking and horrible

Negative experience: Good luck trying to cancel your membership. Their little scheme to not let you out ever is borderline unconscionable conduct. The faculties are fine and I enjoyed training their but the moment you try get out they avoid you, they promise to cancel but WONT, put you on hold until you have to hangup and basically whatever they can do to avoid you and stopping the payment. I requested a copy of my contract to see where it states I cannot cancel via phone or email but they wont send it and when requesting the form to cancel they say they emailed it but you wont receive it. Absolute joke. The fact that their business model is to not let you out of your membership instead of trying to keep you as a member shows the lack of professionalism. Currently still trying to cancel my membership.....

Negative experience: Dodgy Gym. Easy to join, impossible to cancel membership. The phone numbers listed on their website are never answered and they don't return calls to messages left. Website does not have an email address to contact them on. They email you about overdue fees via a 'noreply' email address.

Positive experience: I work out there . Its 24/7 $6.95 a week talk to staff . Between 7 to 9am & 5 to 7pm. Not overly crowded . And has everything you need to get a good workout done . Theres boot camps on saturday morning . talk to the staff about it . Friendly atmosphere. So come and see for your self .
