Fantastic experience: Great independent gym, no contract option. AC is good. Plenty of wall fans to turn on for extra breeze. Owner really should get timer push buttons for them though, clowns leave them on all night. Elliptical machines are the good ones that have heart rate sensors in the moving arms (astonishingly rare)... no need to wear uncomfortable Bluetooth crap to view through your phone. I'm not an Apple geek so that suits me. Plus the machines have quick start and a cool down button for instant start and stop... no need to stuff around and enter your weight, age, star sign, etc.

Fantastic experience: Affordable and not busy. If you're looking for a gym that is rarely busy, and when it is, there are only 6-7 people in the gym, then this is it. Run by really friendly staff. I've lost my card, paused my membership, and renewed it all easily. Hate to give it 5 stars because it's going to make it busier. But they deserve it.

Negative experience: epic fail, the staff isnt accomodating at all, be careful signing the contract it is a trap

Negative experience: People interested in a short term membership with this gym need to be aware that the "no contract" deal with one month of membership will set you back $228.80. The owner himself advertises this "no contract" deal here in his responses to reviews and you can verify that yourself. The minimum cost you will pay as part of the deal is never clearly stated in a single figure and is spread thinly through pages of obfuscated terms. If the one year contract deal seems like a big commitment to you and you would rather try something less intimidating, then consider the eventual costs affixed to the alternative "no contract" deal with one month of access offered: Signing up fee: $100.00 Key: $12.00 4 weeks membership: $58.40 4 weeks notice after cancellation: $58.40 The facts speak for themselves. Read the paperwork VERY carefully. If you want to trial a gym to see if it is for you, or are hoping to find one of those rare gyms that is honest and straight forward with its customers, definitely don't go here.
