Fantastic experience: I used to shy away from the gym, although now I enjoy going to the gym and even more so since the new manager Tamara started, she is so kind, always with a smile and takes the time to speak to you and make you feel welcome. The gym has a great atmosphere, always clean and tidy.

She is totally member focused, highly organised, listens to members and actively seeks feedback and suggestions for improvements. Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! Plenty of equipment, high quality and well maintained, friendly staff and overall great atmosphere. Tamara is a fantastic manager. She genuinely wants to be there, knows how to run the gym, knows the members, how they think and what they need. Overall awesome!

Fantastic experience: This gym has by far the best community out of any gyms I’ve been to in Brisbane. Everyone’s friendly, supportive, and in general cool. Ivy is also an incredible manager who’s motivated me to do much better and does so much for the gym.

Positive experience: This is my home gym. It's a massive gym for the area and very new equipment. Haven't done any personal training or classes but use the weights, machines and treadmills.

Good range of weights and equipment, and 8 squat racks ensures your never waiting for someone to finish their set. Large variety of classes available.
