Fantastic experience: I love this Gym, have been going there for the last 2 years always clean and not busy. Get to do my circuit without anyone in my way. Plenty of room with nice aray of equipment. Will be sad to see it go as the property is up for sale.

Positive experience: After moving to this location from another, I can definitely say that this gym is one of the lesser cared for gyms with a lesser than nice management... gets the job done though I suppose ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Really good gym! There’s a wide range of machines, the equipment and gym itself are very clean. The staff are always very polite and were so helpful when signing up. The gym has 3 separate rooms which is great for a bit more “privacy”. It’s never too crowded which is also a plus and everyone is very respectful of the space and equipment. Honestly can’t complain !

Negative experience: Its always so dirty/dusty in the Balcatta plus fitness compared to the others. The squat rack is literally right next to the toilet door which everyone knows how smelly and gross gym bathrooms are. There is one other squat rack but it doesn't have a mirror. So either choose smelly toilet squat rack with a mirror or risk injury using the other squat rack away from the toilets with no mirror. The staff are friendly and always say hello/goodbye as you enter/leave but the facilities are an actual joke

Positive experience: Compared to some of the other sites that I've visited it's a little run down and equipment wise they are using some older gear. The whole place just seemed a bit unclean but overall not the worst gym I've attended

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym and great staff but been a bit hard to train this week if aircon has been fixed it's not being utilized by staff. cardio has been hell in hot air and fans don't reach treadmills. Also no warning about no water available/no staff yesterday I seen a number of people come in and leave due to heat and no water from the fountain

Negative experience: Aircon has been broken for some time now. Its hard to gym in a hot stuffy place.

Fantastic experience: Been a member at Plus FItness for the last years. Love the Atmosphere and staff that work there. Very convenient having the Martial Arts gym next door. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym. Staff amazing, so helpful. Great facilities. Highly recommend. So handy to have AMMA gym next door for kids martial Arts classes at the same time.

Negative experience: Was good when i started, but now lack of maintenance on equipment or replacing equipment, bikes missing straps, gear for cable machines not replaced when damaged, e.g. rope or hand grips.

Negative experience: Not a good gym. Owner Clearly doesnt care. Old equipment and bad music choice. No privacy as windows arent hazed out

Positive experience: I joined here fairly recently, and I'm really enjoying it. They've got a good range of equipment to cover all of your exercise needs. One major plus is that's it's never busy. Ever. It's a fairly small place, but unlike some other gyms, there's rarely more than 6 people there at any one time, which is important when you want an uninterrupted workout. You'll never have to wait to use equipment. The bathroom is small and stuffy which is a downside. After working up a sweat, you'll likely still be sweating after a shower due to the small, poorly ventilated bathroom. If you go home to shower instead of going to work out something, then this won't be an issue at all. I'm happy at this gym. It's cost effective, has no contract and no crowds. Definitely recommended.

Negative experience: For the last six months I've asked the staff to fix the bench of Lat Pull Down (DF-103) twice, and it's still broken. They care more about towels and shoes than the real safety issues like maintenance of the equipment.

Negative experience: Run down, dirty and aircon doesn't work properly! Still no fan or any type of air circulation in bottom half of gym.
