Fantastic experience: I highly recommend going to stretch after the age of 50. It makes you feel young and vital. Cristian is fabulous. Stretching parts of my body that I have had surgery years ago makes me feel very good. Excellent place to visit so your body feels wonderful afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made for improving my training and just general flexibility/mobikity maintenance. Being a fitness coach myself, I actually believed I stretched enough on my own, but nothing compares to the partner assisted stretching provided here at Stretchlab . I’ve even noticed much better muscle activation in my glutes , years after injuring my coccyx which I hadn’t seem to get back until now . I’ve been stretching with Christian on a weekly basis for some months now and have to say without his expertise (and fun and welcoming nature ) I wouldn’t know where i would be . This is definitely my weekly non-negotiable for me!

Fantastic experience: Completed my first one on one 50 minute session with Emily. I am not a very flexible person at all and she is one very strong and powerful lady so I was very scared at the start of the session. But she was very patient with me and worked around what I could and could not do. She has a lot of knowledge and identified all my problem areas. I highly recommend stretch lab to anyone looking to free up or get your body moving freely.

Fantastic experience: The folks at Stretchlab are highly professional and effective. Karl in particular is incredibly skilled and hard-working. Within the first 5 or 6 stretch sessions he eliminated two chronic conditions of many years standing - that I had no idea were related to stretching. I would highly recommend Stretchlab as a more efficient and, in many ways, more effective expenditure of time and money than a typical therapeutic massage.

I have noticed a significant decrease in neck pain, head aches and lower back pain (I work predominantly at a desk). The team there are great, they are friendly and work within your levels of comfort. I highly recommend the Stretch Lab (Norwood) for any one who experiences pain and discomfort due to their work, sport or extra curricular activities ;)

Brenda (the meanest of the mean), Katrina and Matt are my regular torturers and they have made a significant difference to my flexibility but honestly I have had sessions with most of the team and they are all excellent and considerate of your needs and level. Oh and make sure you ask the manager to play you some of her training tunes....

Fantastic experience: Stretch Lab is a friendly, effective and professional business. My consultant sought out my trouble spots working on them with consideration. My body put into different stretch positions, creating sometimes a wonderful stretch and sometimes noticing muscle tightness. Holding the stretch longer than I could myself making the treatment much more effective than stretching by myself via video links. Fantastic experience: I've always been told to stretch by many people, the trouble I have with that is what stretches do I do and how do I do them correctly. The Team at StretchLab Norwood have certainly helped me with the type of stretches and how to do these stretches properly and safely. StrechLab is not an App its hands on, and you really do feel the difference after. As an old broken-down golfer, I feel like there is light at the end of that tunnel as it doesn't hurt to hit a ball anymore.

Fantastic experience: Had a free trial 25m stretch and then came back for a 50m stretch a few weeks later - both sessions were amazing. I’ve been struggling with a hamstring injury and I’ve seen noticeable increase in flexibility and reduced pain. Definitely will be coming back again!
