Fantastic experience: I love training at snap dalby! It’s spacious, clean and has every machine you need. The staff are so friendly and the classes are a great workout, always different every week. Both Will and Tatum do a great job of running the place. Can’t fault this gym!

Negative experience: Gym has good machines and could be great…. If it was looked after. It is rarely cleaned, machines have never been cleaned by staff, aircons are never on in unstaffed times and at the minute fans are broken (talk about a muggy, smelly gym). Multiple notes have been left in the suggestion box, but nothing is ever done to rectify these simple solutions

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership with this place over a month ago, I found out today that a membership payment had been taken out. Hold the phone what the hell is going on here, turns out TWO MONTHS back when payment declined they are trying to collect on that. Now common sense would tell me that if my payment was declined my membership would also be revoked so no swiping in and using said facility which I naturally assumed. And that can't say that I used their facilities cause I know each card that is swiped in is tracked and time stamped. Now cut to two months later they're trying to collect on a month I did not use their facilities a full month after I've cancelled my membership. How the hell do you try and justify taking money from somebody when they didn't even use your stuff two god damn moths ago . What next you gonna charge me for cleaning fees also.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t even give it one star. They steal your money, complete rip-off

Negative experience: Don't sign up!! I have asked multiple times to exterminate my account and they have not done so. They take money out of your account without any notice beforehand and if you're a person who doesn't earn much, they leave you in debt. When you sign up, they dont give thorough details on what you're getting yourself into. Not worth it!!

Negative experience: If you’re short just don’t sign up. None of the equipment works for short people. The benches are all super high, the block is super high and the back extension on the lowest setting is still too tall for me. I’m only 5”4

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms and Dalby Snap is probably the best of them all. Just amazed how spacious it is and equipment is 10/10. So fresh too!
