Quro Wellness Studio Broadway/Ultimo

Negative experience: I just recently joined and purchased a 10 class pack before their "sudden" closure. I have since then been patient in waiting for updates for the new location and opening dates. I have not used any of the classes when they closed the studio. As it has been months, I had to join different studio. Since then, I have been emailing them for a refund of the services I was not able to use. They told me to resell it to my friends. When they don't even have a set opening date yet. I am still waiting on an email from their manager and a refund of the money I paid.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of Quro Yoga and Pilates studio. They have great classes, particularly the reformer classes. The team is really supportive and flexible.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Quro Pilates studio. It's clean and spacious. Reformers are cleaned after every use! Classes are fun and I get a great workout. They have helped me during this hard time and suspended my membership when I could not afford it. Thank you to the staff and will see you soon.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Quro for nearly 5 years and I love it - great instructors, the facility is lovely, new & spacious and it's at a great price point! Bonus, it's not just Reformer Pilates classes .. you can mix it up with yoga, barre and a bunch of others - winning! And it's across the road from Broadway Shopping Centre, so parking is easy too =)

Fantastic experience: Love, love, love Quro! Amazing instructors - it’s a different workout every time you go, with a good mix of flexibility training and toning exercises. Class sizes are small so you get lots of helpful guidance from the instructor. 5 star experience! Keep up the great work team :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this studio for over 4 years. The classes are great and the teachers give lots of options for beginners to advanced, young and old. Every class had different workouts focusing on the entire body and it feels like a little community. Great hygiene and spacing between machines especially during COVID.

I have been a member for over 10 years, I introduced my two daughters to the studio and together we love the pilates classes. Fantastic experience: A great little exercise studio! Extremely well located, the facilities are modern and always absolutely spotless. A broad range of classes are on offer, both online and in person, with difficulty levels adapted to everyone. The pilates classes are great, particularly Shenae's! Staff at reception is always friendly, going out of their way to help out in any way they can. And their accounts team is also delightful and very efficient! They've helped me find the right plan to suit my needs in these difficult times. Thank you Quro!

Fantastic experience: The moment you walk in you notice the ambient music, sweet smells and superb colour combinations that set you at ease and puts you in the mood for a workout. The staff are not only friendly but are sincere in finding out the right exercise routine to get you to your full potential. The equipment is modern and the studio is very clean. I recommend Quro to people of all ages and fitness levels. Located in a prime location with a car park directly opposite. Quro ticks all the boxes.

Fantastic experience: Super enjoyed my experience of Pilates and yin yoga. The instructors were really great, as a beginner they knew exactly how to guide me through the exercises. Super cool equipment and gorgeous space. The convenience of parking in Broadway shops is great too.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a studio around my area and found this hidden gem. Instructors are very professional and attentive to help us work on our target areas. I always leave the studio feeling energised and relaxed at the same time. I can't wait for the studio to re-open.

Negative experience: I had to cancel my membership due to relocating. The contract I signed said nothing about a cancellation fee but they said it would be $399 to cancel. I said I wasn’t paying it as it’s not in my contract. Months later I was contacted by a debt collector saying I owe $849 in trumped up charges. Dean is a scam artist and the staff are so rude!!

Fantastic experience: Great place. This was my first experience with reformer plates, and I loved it.

Negative experience: They cancelled a class without notifying the students. We regulars turned up and all of us were shocked. We pay that much money a week and they have no courtesy and customer service to let us know. Let alone the loss of a class in a weekly routine! They don’t treat you like a customer here. For those people who are looking around, think twice before joining.

Fantastic experience: Pilates is the most efficient exercise I have ever tried, works out all the muscles, more importantly, Really lovely and friendly people in the studio, lots of fun!

Negative experience: I joined Quro for a month long trial. During this time, I tried their Pilates, Barre, and Yoga classes. In my experience, these classes were very average - I have had much better experiences at other studios. I also had a bad experience with the management at Quro. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move away towards the end of my trial period. During the last week of your trial, you are required to go to the studio in person if you want to cancel instead of proceeding into a full membership. Busy with a move, I planned time to go in on the weekend my trial was ending to cancel, but there was no one at reception. I emailed them informing them I would like to cancel on Sunday, before my trial ended and rolled over into a membership. I went in the day after, on Monday, to confirm the cancelation in person. However, disregarding the email I sent and the circumstances I was under, the studio decided to charge me for an additional two weeks of membership because they technically could according to the contract. They weren’t concerned about my circumstances or the lengths I had taken to try and cancel before my trial ended. They only wanted my money. This shows that this studio is more focused on the business that they are running than the clients that they are serving. The way management dealt with this situation left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would encourage anyone to consider other, better options in the area before joining Quro.

Fantastic experience: Love being a member of such a great place . I get so much from the yin yoga classes on a Sunday. And i real enjoy the Pilates classes .

Fantastic experience: Quro is a great studio, warm and welcoming and friendly, helpful staff, that caters for all ages. Fantastic range of Pilates Reformer and Yoga classes for beginners to those wanting a challenge. Try out the Yin, Barre and Zumba with the superb instructors.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! The support from staff and overall holistic approach of the place always completes and improves my day.They are also very reliable, and responsive to any issues. If unsure, I would recommend giving Quro a try. :)

Negative experience: I have brought a groupon for Quro in Broadway in April 2019, I have been there only twice and found that class time and price was not suitable for me. At the time they took some of my information and my credit card detail, I didn't think too much at the time as I thought it was normal for place to take down client detail. After the groupon has expired, I thought my business with them was done and hasn't thought too much about it. Recently I found that I have been charged for full membership to this gym of $78 every fortnight since 4th of July 2019, dispute never signing any contract or giving consent to them to join member with this gym, I was never given any notification of becoming a member as well. Quro has charged me $78.00 9 times and $99.00 one time, a total of $801 from me, even though I never used the gym once since 4th of July. I know it's my bad for not checking my bank transactions more often, but I never thought I would get charged for a membership I never signed. I am on centerlink payment, and I honestly can not afford this fee, this is their respond when I emailed them about my situation. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THIS STUDIO AS THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! Hi, My name is Sally, I have brought a group on deal for your gym few month ago. After the group on deal has ended, I have never agreed to sign up for the gym or went back to the gym, but I was charged a fee of $78 per fortnight since July without any notification, I was only aware of this when I check my bank statement last night. I am externally unhappy with this as I am currently unemployed, I haven't even revived my centerlink payment, I am also on anti depressant due to stress, anxiety and depression. There is no way that I can afford this payment, and what you are doing is highly unethical and illegal. I have never went back to use your gym after the group on session has ended, and I should not be charged for full membership without any notification. Please note that any cancellation at the studio usually requires 2 fortnightly payments' notice - usually around 1 month notification period. Please come in to the studio before your next fortnightlyh payment is due to come out (to ensure that your membership is cancelled and that no further debits come out) and sign a cancellation form. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT, IT IS theft and its a crime!! I have already reported to the bank about the transactions as credit card fraud, and I will take all legal actions necessary to ensure that justice is served here. Negative experience: VERY DISAPPOINTED. I sustained a slipped disc injury during my time at Quro and despite a medical certificate, CT scan and report they were unable to break my contract without fee even though I explained that I couldn't do the classes anymore. When I first joined the girl at the front desk said it would not be an issue if I needed to leave due to an injury. Not only did they charge me $390 cancellation fee, they also charged me 4 weeks notice, totaling $510, which for a student was my food and rent money. Be VERY careful when signing a contract with these people.

Fantastic experience: It highly recommend and love this place! Reformer pilates has changed my life. I am mature aged and have been able to work on my core strength building with Quro. The centre is always an oasis of calm with friendly instructors & reception staff. I recommend it!!
