Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Gungahlin! Staff are always super friendly and happy to help if you’re unsure of a machine or don’t know how to do an exercise. The gym is always clean and has the most up to date equipment with timer and rep counters. The owner Tammy is so lovely and always happy to help. I cannot rate this gym more highly. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking for a change of scenery, Stepz Gungahlin is the perfect gym.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Very personal, beautifully laid out and always clean.A lovely compact set up with parking out the back under cover or out the front on the street. All too easy! I like the group classes and there are a variety of workouts and timeslots. If you are lucky enough to be flexible (even retired!) there are classes at a very civilised 9.30am. The class workouts change regularly so you don't get bored and they run for just 30 minutes. And, 30 minutes is enough - you can train to your level and depending on the intensity you feel depleted but wonderful afterwards. It's fun, it's good for you and the trainers look after you. It's a win-win Give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Tammy has been training me for nearly 16 years. What makes Tam different from other trainers is her ability to know just how far to push you both physically and mentally . She takes the time to read and understand you. Her extensive knowledge of both body and mind has walking out of classes or PT’s feeling like a different person. Walking into her gym is always a feeling of acceptance and friendship. No matter my shape or level of physical fitness, I have never felt awkward or embarrassed. If confidence, encouragement and no bullshit is what you are looking for! Then Stepz if your Gym ✌️

I have never been met by more friendly staff, the fitout is amazing, you feel like you've been going there forever. When are you going to start this gym up in Queensland, we need one!!!

Fantastic experience: Stepz Fitness Gungahlin gets 5 stars from me. Staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. A mix of cardio and strength classes ensure a well rounded experience. The weight room floor is well equipped and easy to use, and 24/7 access means you can workout at a time that suits you. Other members are encouraging, courteous and friendly making this a very relaxed environment. An extremely competitive price makes this a gym well worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Staff are super friendly and respectful and always want to help. Equipment is of really good quality and well-maintained. The only thing is that the dumbbell weights only go up to 30 kilos. I understand they are trying to promote inclusivity but going up to at least 35kgs wouldn't hurt. Thanks Stepz team for promoting health and wellbeing!

Fantastic experience: I have joined Stepz Gungahlin recently with the 8 week challenge and I am loving it! I'm back in a gym routine and love the new equipment, the reno of the space, the class format, the super friendly and welcoming staff and members I have been telling anyone that will listen to come and join in on the latest promotion of 30 days for $30! (Secretly wishing this was on a month ago for me haha! )

Fantastic experience: I joined Stepz after a long break from the gym, longer then I’d like to admit… My experience from my first day at the gym (it’s opening day) has been positive, the staff are welcoming and supportive and the general vibe of the gym is stress free and enjoyable. The group fitness classes seem well run and a good size (not too many people). I prefer self paced/planned sessions and have always had access to everything I need without having to wait too long. Overall, Stepz Gungahlin is a great gym, the staff are awesome and the equipment is top notch!

Fantastic experience: This gym is a great environment to work out in with friendly and welcoming coaches, and a great variety of equipment for all types of workouts. This with the added benefit of having a range of group classes makes this an excellent all round gym, catering to all fitness levels. I have really enjoyed working out both during the classes and also using the 24 hr access when I can work out at my own pace.

As someone who has been here from day 1 for 3 months, I can attest to the dedication of the team in creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The 30-minute HIIT and FIT classes are dynamic and diverse, ensuring a challenging workout every time. Their strength classes are equally impressive, consistently pushing me to new limits (thank you Hayley) and giving me the confidence to prove my abilities. I also appreciate the 24-hour option to work out when I want to just zone out and catch up on Netflix. The gym has an impressive selection of equipment, including a functional fitness room that caters to all fitness levels. The sense of community is amazing, with members and staff alike fostering a supportive environment. A definite 5-star gem offering exceptional value for money. Highly endorse this fabulous gym!

Fantastic experience: I’m glad I decided to join Stepz Fitness Gungahlin. It’s having pretty much everything what I needed for my workout and always neat and clean, also very friendly staff.

Negative experience: It’s extremely annoying to try and cancel your membership, they have taken two extra payments and stated it’s in the contract so you pay for an extra four weeks you simply do not need, and which simply isn’t even reasonable. They also don’t discuss or rectify how they haven’t fulfilled their consumer obligations when they use their sign up tactics. Not the most inclusive gym. Wouldn’t recommend this one! Joining somewhere else. I’ve been to only a few days of this gym, but paid for two months because of not being able to cancel if not in person, and then having to do a month of payments. Wouldn’t recommended. It’s a trap!

The HIIT classes are great, free weights area equipment is brand new and the gym in general is spotless and has a great vibe. Staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 24 hour access is ideal for me. I love it

The staff are helpful and welcoming each time I attend. Their group classes are fun and cater to all with various times and alternatives for all fitness levels, not to mention the pricing is phenomenal with various options! Have definitely found my forever gym!

Fantastic experience: Stepz are a welcome entry into the fitness/training culture in Canberra. My experience with friendly staff today had me inspired to be personally membership with them. An introductory tour of this new facility really set the tone for the future and i personally look forward to membership
