Fantastic experience: F45 Salisbury!! I have trained in a few places but the way this team has helped me with my form, the extra push for my weight increases i love!! The trainers are so helpful and even at 5am always happy and bright!! Special mention to Mel and Bailey the first trainers i met, you ladies are smashing this!!

Fantastic experience: F45 has been my life saver these last few months. This has given me something positive to focus on, an improved vision for my desired life style, a special cult, I mean, group of people to meet, interact with, watch hit their goals, inspire me to be better. I'm feeling healthier than ever before. I still have more goals to hit, but determined more than ever before.

Fantastic experience: Intimidating and scary like anything new, but after taking those first steps and walking through the doors @ f45 salisbury I havnt looked back since. To be able to still feel so motivated to get up every morning whilst most people are still asleep to work up a sweat, speaks volumes not only for the workouts that are different everyday, but also for the encouragement all the trainers and other members alike provide. Very welcoming and friendly environment. I can't imagine my life now without this gym being apart of it. My only regret is that I didn't discover them sooner.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin!! I absolutely love coming to F45 Salisbury everyday and achieving my goals. I’ve always tried gym after gym and never lasted, but something about this place has kept me consistent for 2+ years!! Even when my eating isn’t on track or my mental health is trying to beat me I get up and go cause it’s my happy place, my comfort and my biggest support system! I’ve never met a better bunch of trainers and members, honestly amazing and everyone supports everyone! I’m not just the fat girl in the corner who doesn’t know what she is doing and is to afraid to ask, I’m now part of the community and feel so included and supported. What else could you want in a gym honestly if your not already a member I’d be asking yourself why

Fantastic experience: I started at F45 Salisbury around 2 years ago and I cannot speak more highly of this place. The staff are super friendly and greet you by name. They encourage you and push you were needed in your workouts. The gym itself is clean and well maintained. There are 4 challenges per year to help keep you motivated and extra fun activities added in the mix. I have never been as consistent during exercise before I gave f45 ago. I have become stronger and fitter since attending F45 and there is a real sense of community in this place.

Fantastic experience: Great way to start your fitness journey. Suitable if your just staring out or pushing for a person goal. Definitely recommend with awesome staff and members to encourage and help to keep you on track and wanting to come back.

Fantastic experience: If you are serious about real fitness related results I couldn't recommend F45 Salisbury highly enough, I'm a reasonably fit guy and I still find real benefits from this type of training. It really is suitable for most levels of fitness because we work as hard as we personally can, obviously not everyone has the same level of fitness. I believe the best part of group fitness is the people, absolutely lovely the staff at F45 Salisbury ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: One of the most inclusive , encouraging and welcoming team of staff and members . The coaches support of your fitness journey is incredible . It becomes a place where you feel safe to try new fitness goals , push yourself to the limits and walk out each and every time feeling like you’ve accomplished something . The support from other members is inspiring and you make some pretty awesome life long friends . Every work out is different so you never get bored ! Joining was a decision I’ll never regret because I’ve not just joined a gym, I’ve joined a family.

The trainers are all knowledgeable and fun at the same time. The studio has such a positive vibe which will always end up in you leaving in a good mood. Doesn’t matter if you are a morning person or afternoon person you will either want to start or finish your day here!

Fantastic experience: No usually someone who would go to F45 but my girlfriend dragged me along and changed my opinion! The trainers there are all young and energetic, super professional yet fun and have excellent knowledge when it comes to technique and getting sweaty! I would definitely recommend this gym, a great community of people!
