Fantastic experience: I went to F45 Noosa on my trip to Australia and as a member at another F45 it was really comforting to a find a gym that felt like that same community I found at home. The trainers were very welcoming and encouraging throughout the whole workout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Since moving up from Sydney in December 2019 I’ve been a member of F45 Noosa and Lemmie tell you it’s as vital to my day as brushing my teeth! It’s the people, the trainers, and the constantly changing workouts that keep me engaged and challenged to lace up the boots. The community here is amazing—supportive, caring, and fun. Brett and Jacs have created a great place for all levels of fitness and I love the diversity of humans I get to train with every day! Reccomend? Yep, bloody do!

Fantastic experience: Myself and a friend are travelling the east coast at the moment. We’re based in Noosa for the week and decided to try out a class at F45 this morning. It was an amazing class. Our instructors Jay and Justin were really motivating and informative. There was a great atmosphere at the gym and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve paid for a 10 pack membership and found it to be worth every cent. Fast paced work out with videos as well as instructor to help . Plenty of room around reformers and very nice bathroom etc

Fantastic experience: Visited Noosa f45 whilst in the area for a week - I’d actually been off training for a month or so, so was a bit anxious getting back into it. But the team were so welcoming and encouraging, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were awesome, the workouts were awesome and so were the other gym go’ers. Really great vibe. Wish I could take this gym on my travels with me!!

Fantastic experience: F45 Noosa has absolutely nailed the culture. It’s a friendly environment to which you feel right at home from your first session. F45 Noosa also go over and above with abs sessions, out of gym social events and much more. Moving from Victoria I knew no one and I’ve made so many great friends training at F45 Noosa. If your thinking about joining a gym in Noosa I highly recommend you give F45 Noosa a go.

Fantastic experience: Great community and highly engaged with members. Lots of activities outside the hard work. The coaches have more contact and knowledge of my goals than any PT I’ve had at regular gym. Team atmosphere is great.

Fantastic experience: The best thing I did was join F45 Noosa when I moved to Noosa late last year. From the moment I stepped into the Studio, the team at F45 Noosa were so welcoming, friendly and supportive. They have pushed me to achieve my goals and we have a lot of fun along the way. The studio is awesome, a great timetable and I am so thankful to the team for helping me shred for my wedding over the last few months.

Fantastic experience: I trained at F45 Noosa this week whilst on holidays! I absolutely loved every class! The moment you walk in you feel apart of the team! Amazing new facilities and equipment! What made the class were the trainers! Every one of them were so friendly and professional! I just wish i could train here all of the time! I lived Pierre's happy smile and Tori was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Noosa you are so lucky!!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, amazing trainers that are really motivating! Gym has moved to new bigger site which is bright, large and new. F45 system and trainers are really positive, energising and around to help with any part of the program you want to try or need help with (food/diet, challenges, strength etc). You get results in 45 mins a day and have fun doing it! I have tried dozens of gyms but this is one that I would definitely highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently attended 2 casual sessions at f45 Noosa visiting from f45 Collingwood in Melbourne. Both trainers were extremely friendly, energetic and motivating. The studio was really nice and spacious with awesome new equipment and facilities. Definitely recommend F45 Noosa and can't wait to come back next time I am up here :)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of F45 Noosa more or less since it opened a year and a bit ago... Sonny (owner) is just such a welcoming lovely guy, the format is fabulous, 45 minutes, go hard then go home... it's clean, professional and staff are well informed and supportive. Being Noosa, when it's holiday time we do get a LOT of people up for a holiday, which is great and its always fun to have new faces to chat to, but there is a limit to how many can train at one time so I hope non residents understand the need to have some boundaries around free trials (see previous review) I love it.

Fantastic experience: I've never been one to go to the gym on a regular basis. But the lovely staff of F45 Noosa have me coming back for more! They really focus on every individual, and correct our strategy when needed. Also point out wheb you're improving, which is good for the motivation! Love the high fives after each session!

Fantastic experience: Joined F45 Noosa about 4 months ago and absolutely love it! The entire team are extremely caring and will always make you feel your absolute best! With a range of different workouts every week it will always keep you on your toes. The community and atmosphere is like no other. If you haven't tried it out, I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: The workouts are great but the best thing about F45 Noosa are the staff and fellow participants. After 2 knee reconstructions and a lot of old football injuries, Justin and Jess have been really helpful and encouraging in helping me get stronger and fitter. They work with people on form and help with regressions or alternatives to cater for fitness levels/injuries. Absolutely recommend F45 Noosa to anyone no matter of age or fitness level.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely great workout experience! I stopped in for a session while on holidays and the trainers were so welcoming and motivating!! They were positive and upbeat through the entire session and challenged me to push my limits. Overall, such a lovely experience and great facility to train in- I definitely recommend dropping in here for a solid sweat!
