F45 Training Randwick

Fantastic experience: Amazing team!!! And great environment! Always feel supported whilst training (with my broken knees) and trainers are extremely friendly. Also if you’re lucky enough to make it to the morning classes, you get treated with a beautiful sunrise over the ocean . Again, amazing environment and trainers and always have felt comfortable training with this team!

Negative experience: Made the mistake of freezing my fitness first membership to try out F45. What a rip off… on top of a highly expensive membership they try to make money out of you at any given opportunity. 10 dollars fee if you do not go to a class, 7 days notice on a freedom membership… why do I need to give 7 days notice?! Doesn’t make any sense. Why charging me $50 knowing I’m going to be on the other side of the world and I will not be able to attend any classes. At fitness first I could easily freeze my membership online and it took me 2 minutes. On the other hand at F45 I had to write an email, wait a couple of days to get answered, to then be sent a form, waste my time filling up a form and etc. Spent my precious time I had with my family after 13 years away from home during this time at the year to solve this problem. Completely disappointed .

Fantastic experience: F45 Randwick is one of the most comprehensive gyms I've ever been part of. Dan, Sharon, Aaron and Amy are some of the best trainers in the business and will push you to your limits for a good workout. In addition, this is one of the best gyms for views in Sydney. If you arrive early and need to distance from the current class socially (In the era of Covid), there is an outdoor waiting area where you can stretch or take in the beautiful view of Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. The gym is clean and takes multiple precautions for Covid, including plenty of hand sanitiser, sanitation bottles at each station and masks at entry. Parking is fantastic on Belmore Road for classes before 8 am, but there is other parking around the area after eight, too, if you need it. I'd recommend F45 Randwick to anyone looking for functional training (cardio and resistance). 5 out of 5 stars for me.

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough about the Randwick Studio. Really friendly and knowledgeable trainers, lots of classes to choose from, well maintained studio with a bonus fabulous view over Coogee - they don't call it the penthouse for nothing. F45, generally, is a great concept. I have started and stopped at lots of gyms but have stuck with F45 over the last five years. In that time I've moved a lot which means I've tried six different studios. Randwick is the best.

Fantastic experience: Sharon and the crew at the Randwick studio are always so welcoming and friendly when you first walk in to the studio! They help motivate you throughout the class and are constantly helping you to improve your form for resistance based classes!! Always a smiling face from all the gang even at 5:15AM! and a few dance moves also!

Your daily chats with them while being put through your paces makes you wanting to go back for more daily, no matter how hard it is! They’re friendly manner puts you at ease no matter what level you begin at, helping you quickly notice such an improvement in yourself! Getting to know what you can do & pushing you like they know you can, even if you don’t think you can! While getting to know you on a personal level, makes you just not be able to stay away from your daily catch ups! Best of the best around!!

Fantastic experience: Joining F45 Randwick became part of the package of moving to a new Suburb and it truly has been “Team Training, Life Changing”. The studio (comes with views of Coogee beach!) is perfect for a circuit, the equipment is always up to date and the trainers are the best! Motivating, welcoming and always going one step further for us :) Thanks Sharon, Ryan, Kara and Miranda for making it fun and motivating to exercise!

Fantastic experience: I Initially joined F45 to do the 8 week challenge and loved it so much I stayed on after the challenge was finished. The support was amazing, atmosphere is fun and friendly and you get pushed to your limits every session which feels amazing after!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love training here. It’s my favourite F45 and the best gym I’ve ever trained at. Friendly trainers and a great studio that has natural light. Each class has a great atmosphere and there’s no attitude like so many gyms.

Fantastic experience: As if moving back home wasn't hard enough i had to finish up with F45 Randwick at the end of last year. I spent the good part of 12 months training there after bouncing around a few other F45 studios and i have to say they were the most welcoming bunch id come across. I recall each and every morning the trainers would bring the sunshine with their bubbly personalities and they soon became friends, that is until the class started and you soon questioned your choice in these so called friends as they push you to your limits with a gruelling class! All jokes aside the F45 Randwick crew are like a family, they welcome everyone in and they not only care about your fitness goals, but they care about you as a person. I miss the team that much that i still drop in every now and then to train casually and above all see their smiling faces :)
