Anytime Fitness Leppington

Negative experience: Staff that dont talk courteously to customers and systems between locations that don't talk to each other.. Rudeness and poor customer service and appalling systems and fees and don't even think about a smooth termination with them.. because they make you run pillar to post.

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to the staff at Anytime fitness Leppington understanding my circumstances cancellation in the 7 days Cool off.. once I'm ready to come back to Anytime fitness I'll sign up again

Positive experience: I’m convinced none of the men who train here know how to aim or were toilet trained, I feel like a part time bathroom cleaner, it’s disgusting.

Negative experience: Facilities are ok but the staff are absolutely a one star especially the female staff not all but a few of them. Bathroom facilities are needs cleaning and maintained.

Negative experience: If you want to join a gym, and are considering Anytime Fitness Leppington, RUN! They do not honour their word nor their own contract. Ask them to cancel, under a signed contract, and they will keep charging, and send you to debt collectors rather than uphold their own terms and conditions and uphold the cancellation fees (as per contract). Incompetent staff, incompetent accounts department, and appalling customer service.

Fantastic experience: Super clean and new facilities. Always able to find equipment you want to use without having to wait.

Negative experience: The Most Unethical Business Chain. Avoid this gym at all costs! I recently had a terrible experience with Anytime Fitness. Despite needing to cancel my membership due to medical reasons, they refused to honor my request. This is even after I provided them letters from my GP and my Physio that I have been advised to set for a few months. Also their contract is a one-sided nightmare: they lock you in for a set period while reserving the right to raise prices. If you switch gyms, expect a hefty price hike that will never go back down. This is a clear case of unethical business practices. Avoid this gym at all costs!

Negative experience: The music is very loud makes you feel stressed can't concentrate even though every person got his own headphones

Negative experience: Haven't been able to access the gym for 4 weeks now because their digital fob doesn't work. They said they can't help me because it's not within their control. They also can't provide me with an interim fob. Their solution? Come during staffed hours or get someone to let you in. Makes me concerned about my security esp when I work out late if they're letting people in just by asking someone at the gym. Disgusting for a gym that is not cheap, promises 24x7 access and only has a 12 months contract option. Was told the manager will call me, but guess what no phone call or any check in.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Leppington

Negative experience: Utterly disgusting how my fortnight fees went up by $12 all because I moved to Sydney from Canberra and started using leppington anytime. They put my membership up by $12 without any notice pre advise. I have been an anytime member for over 10 years and the way this got handled was absolutely disgusting. Person I spoke to was absolutely unhelpful and didn’t care about how I felt about it all. I have requested to cancel my membership after all these years. Now I have to visit them in person to cancel the membership or they will keep charging me. The staff was super unhelpful. This is very disappointing how I got treated.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. The PTs are really nice and dedicated to helping. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The place is always very tidy and spot on. They have all the equipment any anytime in the area has and more. I prefer this over other anytimes as it doesn't get as busy. Carlie and the blonde manager are nearly always at the gym and are always helping us with any of our needs. Highly recommend this gym and specifically this anytime.
