Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! I’ve been coming for 5 years now. I love the inclusive, welcoming, modern and well equipped environment. It has the perfect mix of strength and cardio equipment for whatever type of training you enjoy. The manager, Cody, does a fantastic job at up keeping the standard and cleanliness of the space which you don’t always find at other gyms. 24 Fit feels like a small homely community with ongoing monthly competitions and a welcoming smile every time you enter (whether that be from staff at the desk or the PTs around the gym). I also love the abundance plants spaced out in the area! I can’t imagine myself at any other gym!

Fantastic experience: This is a terrific gym - great modern equipment, super clean and very welcoming. I was in the area due to a Reno and I was sorry to leave when I returned to my own house. The manager Cody is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and has gently set a standard for behaviour and treatment of the equipment that everyone adheres to - any issues with the equipment are remedied very quickly indeed. It also has a positive, inclusive feel with lots of activities that benefit the community and the less fortunate. Honestly I couldn't recommend it enough. Just excellent on every level.

Negative experience: Rubbish male reception staff! Rude attitude and terrible customer service. Forgot his name and beware of this place!

Positive experience: Not bad gym, good environment. They claim you can suspend your membership anytime, but after getting sucked in it turns out there's a two week minimum time to cancel, which doesn't suit someone like me who often goes away on 1 week business trips. This would be ok except they didn't tell me when I signed, even though I made clear this was a major selling point. Also they don't have any ab machines.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, love the staff classes are great especially the Friday morning 8:30am perfect for my recovery from heart bypass surgery. Katherine the PT understands what you need and limits to recover if only the hospital would do something like this. Cost effective clean gym in a great location what else do you need?
