They always have your back, whether it’s pushing you to train harder, adjusting exercises to work with your injuries or misting you with water when it’s super hot outside. If you need the extra motivation and push, team training along with specially crafted sessions then this is your place to be.

I've tried all types of gyms and F45s and they have never given me the strength and endurance I've gained from Enliven. Jazza and the crew are all there to help you hit whatever fitness/health goals you have. Their coaching is very informative and professional. You train at your own pace with set workouts, the crew there to guide you through each one and spot if needed. They are solid workouts but you will love each one! Plus the EC games twice a year which you can sign up for to see how far you have come! I Highly recommend Enliven Coaching, drop in and sign up! You won't regret a second of it! Fantastic experience: The trainers at Enliven have really helped me in my postpartum fitness journey. Always professional advice given to help me enjoy the gym safely after having my baby. Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever been to! Everyone is so friendly - both the staff and other members, and they really make the time to get to know everyones strengths and weaknesses. Other group fitness sessions they haven't cared too much about technique, but these guys truly do and it has been amazing feeling stronger every session without being scared of pulling the wrong muscle!

Fantastic experience: From the very start Enliven coaches have been friendly, professional and really supportive. The studio environment is inviting and spotless. The classes are great with lots of focus from The coaches to make sure you are doing it right and getting the most from the exercises. I am really enjoying the classes and recommend it for everyone

Negative experience: Be careful with signing up, if you struggle financially and need to cancel they won’t allow it even in extenuating circumstances. Have heard many people who have been there for years even receive disgusting treatment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve known Becky for around 6-7 years now. I’m so proud of how far she’s come with building her business with Jazza. I first met Becky when she started as a PT at Fitness First. Then she took a risk in opening up her own gym, Enliven Coaching. I think it’s safe to say that her gym is so successful due to her passion and energy she put in. Proud of what you built, Becky!
