Fantastic experience: From the first class I was hooked. The energised feeling you experience after a workout is what brings me back. Each class is different therefore you challenge yourself daily (which I love) and each week I have noticed improved strength and confidence.There is absolutely no judgement from members or staff when you are a newbie, rather it is positive and supportive in every way. It almost feels as if you have your own personal trainer each time you attend - as they are right there with you on the floor checking form, encouraging and pushing you therefore the cost is absolutely worth it. I too wish there were more stars to recommend F45 Lutwyche - it's a hidden treasure of benefits if you dare to dive in!

Fantastic experience: Very good team. Daniel, Dalan and Arthur are tough guys who will make sure you give the best of you while working out there. The training sessions are diversified and intense, and the team is always alround taking care of every execution with professionalism. I would recommend anyone to participate in their 8-weeks challenge to have a real motivational boost. Thank to the whole team for teaching me so many things and helping me achieving my goals.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to join as I never liked fitness group classes and I got bored at the gym doing the same all the time at my pace! I needed to start seeing results and decided to give a go. It has been 3 weeks now and I love it. It is fun, each of the trainers are patient, qualified, fun to be around and also push you out of your comfort zone. Everyone I train with are also cool and everyone is their to achieve their own goals. It does not matter if you are a beginner, muscly, chubby, slower or faster than others. If you want to try, don't hesitate, give it a go. You won't regret

Fantastic experience: The cost of F45 vs a normal gym membership has always put me off but I gave it a try to support my partner and I totally get why everyone who goes, loves it. My main reason for reviewing today though is the trainers here at Lutwyche - they're amazing - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always encouraging. They're the reason this review gets five stars. Highly recommend F45 Lutwyche.

Fantastic experience: A friend of me has been trying to convince to me to go to F45 for over 6 months. I kept delaying as I have not been very fond of gyms and become extremely self conscious (I also have noodles for arms). F45 has completely changed all that! The classes are great and the trainers provide support to ensure you are completing the exercises correctly, offering alternatives if you have any injuries or need to work up to the exercise. Love the vibe, the trainers are awesome and I'm already starting to notice differences after a couple of weeks.

Fantastic experience: I was initially skeptical, thinking another group mainstream gym. But after my first class I was tantalised with the vibe. Simple. Easy to follow and fun workout that you know makes you fit. So far the group is a great atmosphere and I’m gonna keep going! Ps they also offer emergency service discount for the hard working individuals who deserve it.!

Fantastic experience: Great studio! There are six other F45 studios closer to where I live, but the Lutwyche team make the drive worthwhile - with incredibly friendly and helpful staff I'd undoubtably choose Lutwyche.
