Negative experience: Tiny gym, excessive hot, EXTREMELY poor customer service, overpriced, almost no staffed hours, and the staff there are rude, aggressive, and display a serious lack of understanding on how to run a gym. The gym is missing equipment and the gym is missing sufficient airconditioning. If you enjoy sweating in a hot box while working out to a minimal set of equipment, go here. If you enjoy a real gym, go to a real gym. This gym is practically an overpriced HOTEL GYM.

Fantastic experience: Really loved the whole process of joining and deal is very generous. Will definitely be referring friends and looking forward to staying with the club!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, Top Quality equipment and so incredibly well maintained. If you want a great “Gold Coast” gym without feeling like you are stepping into a ‘scene’ with a great down to earth vibe, this is the place to be. Incredibly welcoming & non intimidating environment for people of all fitness levels thanks for such an awesome safe space to train in daily! Love it.

Fantastic experience: Joined here recently from another reputable chain, and I'm glad I made the switch. Anytime Robina is a super clean and spacious. Has everything you need. From what I've noticed so far the members here even put their weights and plates back in the right spots. That's a win for me.

Negative experience: So the gym is good and the members are great. I have had 2 incidents from Staff that I did not appreciate. I was a transfer from another Anytime Fitness and I trained early morning so I never met any staff. When I wanted to cancel since my membership was now there, they tried to charge a 50% cancellation fee even though I was out of contract. I told them many times I was out of contract all via email, I even had to contact the original place I signed up at and get them to send me all the details to prove it. They never admitted fault for this. 2nd They recently accused me of entering the gym on a weekend with no membership and taking photos of other people. I WAS NOT EVEN IN THE SUBURB ALL WEEKEND. I also train at EMF now and don't even train on weekends. I asked them to provide CCTV proof. If were guilty would I ask for that? They claim a staff member said I spoke to them on the weekend. So they sent me a warning of legal action if I did something again that I never even did pretty much accusing me of being a freeloader and a grub for sneaking my way into their facilities, which I will state, I didn't do. Happy to go over CCTV to prove this but they are not compliant at all.

Fantastic experience: My and my partner are traveling from Sydney and visited AF Robina. The gym is so clean, amazing equipment set up and spoke to one of the PTs Aaron and he’s very friendly too. Highly recommend to visit this club when you are around!!

Fantastic experience: We are travelling from Sydney and stopped off here to train. The gym is so clean and tidy, all machines well looked after and staff are friendly. Couldn’t recommend the gym more. Definitely worth checking out if you’re up this way!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym , exciting vibes , LEGEND STAFF .,, specially specially MYKALA . story goes like , i forgot my Sony headphones (worth like 400 plus Aud $ some 2 years back) in the gym . the next day i realise i dont have them , i realise i forgot them in the gym yesterday . went to the gym , asked MYKALA i forgot my headphones , she was like no problem , confirmed with me the brand , and just like that ; gave me my headphones which she had kept safe in a cupboard , just like that . wow . i dont know if this means a lot to anyone out there , but to me it is a big deal . such honesty and discipline , good Lord . Hats off . salute . best wishes . Mykala you are a legend

Negative experience: Booked to check out the gym and received approval for appointment. No one was there. A bit of a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Anytime have a great team, facilities, and equipment. I had some concern regarding parking access during event days. The staff were accomodating, taking the time to reach out and explain the process. Needless to say event days are no longer a concern.

Fantastic experience: Would just like to give a shoutout to the staff at the Robina site. Both the team members I have had interactions with so far have been super professional and friendly. Great customer service. I signed up and everything was explained to me clearly and concisely. The sign up process was super efficient and I was able to get stuck into a workout. I haven't been to the gym enough to comment on the facilities yet. But the staff are 10/10.

So clean, the equipment is in great condition, bathroom and change rooms are so clean, the gym is spacious, lots of squat racks, and the staff actually smile and say hello! I have been to numerous AF clubs across NSW and this QLD gym is hands down 100x better than any other AF I’ve been to

Positive experience: Brand new gym! Equipment is new and clean! The entire gym is squeaky clean! I come here after hours all the time and never had issues with security! I love how the car park access is only to members, feel much safer at night! This anytime fitness is a great size compared to the other ones on the coast and the staff is super friendly and helpful as well!

Negative experience: Fantastic gym, except it’s way too hot. Not enough fans one end, none the other. No ceiling fans. Yet they won’t crank up the air conditioning? Pity.

Fantastic experience: My second home!!! Really great Gym, all new with a great selection of equipment and lots of space. I'm mainly interested in the free weights, which there are plenty of with 6 barbels and racks. Also Hammer Strength machines for all body parts and dumbbells. Gym is well maintained and offers a great vibe!

Positive experience: Nice modern place. Very clean. Great on-site parking. Bathrooms and change rooms are nice and spacious, Dryer is a bit shonky though and shower heads don't angle down far enough to avoid splashing your belonging sometimes. Not a big functional training area so I wouldn't recommend if you prefer functional training. This is a great gym nonetheless and would definitely train here again.

Positive experience: Good gym, but I couldn't find a trap bar. Also no chalk, but that could have been because of COVID

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness gyms can be hit or miss in regards to size and variety of equipment. I have been to plenty AF gyms across Australia, the brand new Robina gym is definitely one the better options with a heap of power racks and bumper plates along with the full range of other weights and cardio guaranteed to get you jacked and moist! For a little workout motivation you can hit the gym on the Titans game day, and bust out some sweet squats to the roar of the perennially disappointed Gold Coast fans whos stadium is located across the car park!
