If you're anything like me and love supporting a fitness centre that has the 'community' at its very heart, be guided by incredible coaches who are vested in your fitness, and cheered on by a tribe of inspirational & supportive people, then this is absolutely where you NEED to be. Be warned, the place is highly addictive, in the best possible & healthiest way. Don't take my word for it, come experience it yourself. Reach out to the incredible Diana, one of the coaches, or any of us who train there, and prepare to be amazed.

I have been back in full swing for a couple of months and I have to say I am absolutely loving it. The trainers are fantastic and it has such a good vibe. Lots of people training at different fitness levels.The new owner Diana is just lovely. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I'm too lazy to push myself to really get in and sweat, but when I train here I walk out sweating, tired but totally satisfied. Fantastic experience: I have joined at F 45 Bentleigh and I am currently 9 months post partum! The trainers have been so amazing making sure I am comfortable and taking it slow so that I don’t overdo myself, love all the teachers especially Janine! :) I was so scared initially, but they modify certain exercises so I can adapt to them easily, which is great! Highly recommend for anyone’s fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been going to F45 Bentleigh for a month but, it’s the only gym I remember I’m super excited about going to. I book my classes for the entire week and then look forward to working out with Steve, Charlotte, Nancy and the rest of the class. You should absolutely join. P.S: the fact that they remember everyone’s name when they enter the studio is extremely nice. Shows that they make an effort to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

Fantastic experience: Never tried F45 before and decided to do the 45 day challenge once we got out of lockdown. It’s been an absolute game changer for me so far - I never expected to enjoy it this much! I’m going to 5 classes a week and for the first time I actually want to go every day. The trainers are all really welcoming and I felt immediately comfortable at this studio. Really happy I joined - couldn’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: One of the best training programs out there! I’m getting back to F45 after 3 years, and it’s as great as I remember it. It’s hard work, but it pays off! I’m really liking the Bentleigh studio and the trainers are very friendly & helpful. They are always watching you to correct your technique and encouraging you to push harder!! With a full time job & a 15 month old toddler, exercise can get difficult - but it’s 45 mins of your day and it’s totally worth it

Fantastic experience: After 5 weeks of F45 I still dread my alarm going off at 4:40 am. I dread putting my gym clothes on. I dread the drive there. Thankfully Jenny and the F45 team turn that dread into a remarkable amount of energy as soon as I arrive. 45 minutes of blood, sweat and tears later I'm exhausted but feeling good. The dread is well and truly gone until the next morning where my alarm will be going off again.

Fantastic experience: F45 Bentleigh has been amazing. All the staff are increasingly friendly and helpful. I have recently signed up to my second F45 8 week challenge, but first at Bentleigh. We have a board to mark your progress and you get buddied up to one of the staff member who offer you support and guidance to reach your goals. There is also other support in the form of a nutritionist. Highly recommend anyone to give it ago!!

Teh trainers are highly knowledgeable and alwys make sure to focus on form and technique and WILL correct you if you are doing it wrong. And if you are injured, they always make sure to help you adjust the exercise to fit within your limitations.

Fantastic experience: Apprehensive at first, however this was short lived due to the professionalism and support of the trainers. After only 15 classes (3 weeks) I can already see the difference in my own fitness level and can see why the F45 fitness plan is more successful than just signing up to a regular gym membership where the motivation level can easily waver when you don’t have the encouragement of personal trainers and other work out buddies.

Fantastic experience: Came here with no prior gym experience at all and felt like part of the family from day one! Fun and encouraging trainers who really make the sessions. Incredible variety of classes which keeps it interesting! And on Saturday’s they bring in a DJ to play while you’re working out, what more could you want?!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never felt so great even after only two weeks of training with f45. It has become a habit of me getting up every morning and looking forward to join the classes (if only I could join the training twice a day!) Trainers are all very helpful and they really make sure everyone is doing the right thing and getting the best out of them. We do different exercises everyday and that is what makes the daily training even more exciting. You never know what you will get out of there until your training session! It is definitely a challenging yet enjoyable life changing journey!

The team here have shown nothing but support, encouragement and positivity. I would recommend this place for any fitness level, male or female or any size. You will get so fit coming here!
