Negative experience: This place needs a manager! The most run-down gym I've been in my life! As soon as you enter in almost everything starts to annoy you. It's got 3 changrooms/bathrooms and they all got broken doors which you can't even shut to close completely! No wonder why the whole gym smells like toilet. No bodywash and not enough hand wash liquid in stinky bathrooms. No mirrors and hair-dryers outside of change room area. No scale to weigh yourself. No music being played most of the days and no where to find the music selection screen or anything like that. No staff around at all, or maybe I never seen them during staff hours. Water dispenser is dirty, mouldy and splashes all on and around into your face. Some gym equipments hardly work or don't work. You just feel like you're being spat on face at in this place. A total disgrace

Negative experience: Music way too loud, couldn’t hear my own music in my headphones because the gym music was so deafening

Negative experience: Old equipment and very limited in range. No atmosphere, no music, no TVs. Poor air conditioning and overall a poor representation of the Anytime Fitness brand. Better off going to local park and doing some chin ups and push ups.

Negative experience: I used to love going to anytime fitness eltham. But unfortunately the Gym now looks abandoned. I never see a staff member there. The place is really dirty. I have seen dirty tissues sitting on one of the bikes for two weeks now. I don't think the place ever gets cleaned. No background music. It's very sad and very disappointing.

Positive experience: Impressed by the Transformation! I recently revisited the gym in Eltham and was pleasantly surprised by the positive changes they've made. The place feels better than ever! The refresh paint, deep cleaning, and rearrangement of the entire gym have truly made a difference. I'm confident that many people will be encouraged to return. A big shoutout to whoever was behind this amazing work. I'm upgrading my previous review to four stars!.

Negative experience: The worst anytime fitness I've ever been to. The other reviews mention how dirty it is - it's true. Just go to Greensborough anytime fitness, much cleaner, better equipment. The zero music makes the gym atmosphere eerie... All you hear is the grunts and squeaky machines. Positives would be all the essential gym equipment is here, there could be slightly better use of the floor space for two racks but for a small space it does well.

Negative experience: This gym is filthy. And machines that need a lot of tlc. Not to mention it’s tiny. But what really got me was when I paid for a casual visit. Not once did the manger ask if I wanted to join/or show me around. Go figure. Her attitude highlights the overall vibe and presentation of the establishment

Negative experience: I visit different Anytime Fitness locations because of work. The equipment here is/looks old which is fine. Some seats/covers/handles are in need of replacement however. But what's not fine is how dirty the place is otherwise. One shower was out of order (would have been logic to put a note on the door instead of on the actual shower) which can happen but at least don't leave the mess. Grim and dirt all over the bathrooms (there's only 3 so it's not a big job to clean them) and this is not dirt from just a few days. This is built up over ages!

Fantastic experience: There was a glitch with my membership and access to the club. The Club Manager (Courtney) was very responsive in getting me access and sorting out the issue, even offer the Easter period. She went above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: The things that make a gym exceptional are are its friendly and professional staff members, cleanliness of facility, and excellent range of equipment... and Anytime Fitness Eltham ticks every box.

Negative experience: This gym is the reason I left Anytime Fitness after a number of years. The gym is extremely small, the equipment is very old and in some cases - falling apart (i.e. grip bars, ropes etc.) It’s a shame because a little bit of care and attention to detail could have avoided this negative review.

Negative experience: Not much equipment and only offer like 2 classes. There are much better and cheaper gyms out there that offer a lot more equipment, classes and space

Fantastic experience: Clean

Negative experience: Place has rapidly declined since the young girl manager left. Equipment broken and not maintained, grime and gunk everywhere, passive aggressive notes from management in bathrooms to clean up after yourself even though they provide a putrid gym. Normally not one to review but I had no choice, not surprised it is a ghost town. Old manager used to wipe equipment and mop/vacuum every night and actually took pride in the place. Hope anytime aren't blaming covid as place used to be a hidden gem.

Positive experience: Great little local boutique gym, one floor up, then no additional levels inside gym. 24/7 access for AF members. Most members do great job returning weights. The upstairs security door was a problem for years as it failed to close when opened only enough to walk in or out of gym. Let's see if current updating of gym includes ensuring upstairs security door does its job so I can return to visiting the Eltham gym.

Negative experience: Haven't been at that gym nor any others since April, it is now Dec. They start charging fees without any warning. They do not reply after I called and emailed them on a number of occasions. After 8 years of loyalty and paying fees, they do this to me. Disappointing and shows their true character. In addition, during COVID-19, as a good gesture I paid fees whilst never using the gym and they stated I will be displayed as a 'Gold' member. Guess what ? No they did not display these members who did this for the club's financial well-being. Again, they start charging fees without any warning nor any replies when I tried to find out why they started charging fees for no reason. I feel used and again, absolutely disappointing.

Positive experience: I visit many anytimes across Melbourne. This particular gym is quite small but has a good variety of equiptment for the space. Needs to be somewhere to change the music.

Fantastic experience: Amazing..Trainers are very friendly to talk to about your progress and program. A trainer is always on hand if you are needing any assistance in the gym with your workout. x

Negative experience: Poor. Was member an year. One month payment was no money on account. Now they calling Fitness staff calling me everyday as debt collectors. Will cancel my membership after that.
