Fantastic experience: Fitstop yeppoon has the most caring supportive staff, no workout is ever the same so it never gets boring and is always a challenge. Love the quick intense workout that gets you in and out in 45mins. Also the Creche is awesome. Great community gym. I love to support those who support others. Positive experience: Went for the free trial conditioning session and nearly fainted i was so out of shape lol. Great trainers and courses, pretty small gym for the price though.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Yeppoon is helping me to be stronger, healthier and happier! The positive influence on my mental health has been significant. I also find it to be a very efficient way of exercising! My favourite is the childcare available for the 7:30 session. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Fitstop is not only a place to work out but a place where everyone cares, owners, trainers and every person who joins in. 45mnts of feeling not just good about yourself physically but generally a place that just makes you happy to be there. They also have crèche so mums have the time for themselves and also helps the kids to get encouraged with fitness as they get to see what we do. I would not stop recommending it for every age too as it is for everyone.

It’s also a welcoming gym community with a fun atmosphere that offer various social events.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS & AMAZING STAFF! The staff here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. I have been going to fitstop since it opened and they have always been super supportive towards me and taking my baby girl along while she sits in the pram and watches me work out. Nothing is a problem at all and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make you finish your workout. (Even with a crying baby). You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Fitstop Yeppoon has helped me get back into routine and I love the fact that I can just book in, show up and feel accomplished for the day. Fantastic experience: I have been part of gyms all of my adult life (even working in a few along the way) and Fitstop is by far my most favourite gym I have ever had the pleasure of being a member of. The session structure always gives you an opportunity to push, whilst keeping your brain busy. I have found in the 5 months I have been attending fitstop, I have achieved better and faster results than I ever have for time spent. Zoe and the team at Fitstop Yeppoon are wonderful, always encouraging and up for a laugh. They make it an absolute pleasure to get up and work out whilst pushing you (in a kind way) that one bit further to level up your fitness and mindset. I am grateful to have such a beautiful culture and vibe to workout in. Thank you for everything you guys do!

I am someone that needs group fitness to stay ‘motivated’ but after a few weeks at Fitstop no motivation was needed. Plenty of variety, attention to detail regarding technique and guidance under the watchful eye of caring trainers. Importantly it’s not just about the gym experience - Liv and Zoe have taken the time to build rapport with us and as such Les (hubby) and I feel like their friends. We’ve also been included in activity outside of training sessions which is super special! Thank you to ALL of my trainers who encourage me to do my best and show genuine interest in my progress I’ve grown under your guidance and have smashed some PB’s along the way. Fantastic experience: Love being apart of the Fitstop fam, and being challenged and reaching your PBs. Doesn’t matter your fitness level or body size, you feel apart of a great team environment. Meeting new people, having gym buddies that form into friends, it’s awesome. No better place to be at 4:30am.
