Fantastic experience: This morning’s trainer was very motivating and it was a great class

Fantastic experience: Get motivated with a super supportive, knowledgable and fun team!! It can be a little daunting to begin new fitness classes: Will I know what I'm doing? Will I feel I'm given direction and won't end up lost in a crowd? Will I be welcomed, and will the trainers be supportive? I can overwhelmingly say that the answer to all these questions at F45 Mascot is YES! From the very first time I walked gingerly into a class, Tim, Bayley, Corey and the team welcomed me in and helped me feel supported. They clearly love what they do, and ensure they guide and monitor rookies (like me) all the way through to advanced peers. There hasn't been a single occassion where I've felt out of depth, and even though it's F45 they make sure that you're pushing yourself without over doing it incorrectly. Additionally, there are a lot of other places where you feel you're only there to pay money and get out - here you feel like you're there because they want you to get fitter and healthier and possibly get some positive social interaction as well! Definitely a gem in Mascot - if you're looking for a little inspiration for the upcoming (hopefully) warmer months then I definitely recommend giving a few classes a try!

Fantastic experience: Really awesome gym. Great atmosphere. Excellent, motivating trainers that keep you accountable. Convenient location literally across the road from Mascot train station. Has the convenience of grocery stores, cafes and takeaways right next door.

Fantastic experience: F45 Mascot is a great studio if you’re looking to increase performance when it comes to fitness. Recently I was the only member booked into a class. Instead of cancelling it, Tim ran me through the session, so I could still get my workout in. More than just working out, Tim runs nutrition forums where you’re able to learn more about food, keeping yourself on track and how to support your overall fitness goals with good nutrition.

Fantastic experience: Wish I could give more stars !! F45 Mascot is a supportive and fantastic team training community and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone who's thinking about joining. So much support given from our trainers Tim , Bayley, Corey and Sophie ! The effort that the trainers put in behind the scenes does not go unnoticed ! The trainers are all super welcoming, approachable, energetic and helpful. They always provide us with education so that we understand what we are doing and why ! The trainers ensure you are working at your peak whilst also ensuring your technique is correct, while also making sure that we are all having a great experience ! Amazing stuff! The classes are always alternating ensuring that our goals are achieved whatever they may be and the environment is always so positive . making sure you never get bored. Working out with f45 Mascot has given me a new love in life ! I have never enjoyed working out as much and it’s great to network with new people . Keep up the good work guys !!!

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend F45 Mascot to anyone who is looking to be challenged and achieve fitness goals whilst being able to enjoy themselves! The trainers are super fun and friendly, and always focus on pushing you to be better. No two workouts are the same so you are never bored, and every workout can be tailored to your fitness level.

Fantastic experience: This place changed my life for the better! If you're looking for somewhere to train this is the place to go :) it is a very friendly environment and the trainers are motivating and supportive and very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Britt, Soph and Bel who were there when I first joined and made me feel apart of the community and now also to Tim who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and supported. If you're thinking of joining... do it... you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: F45 has been the biggest contributor to my journey in losing 25kgs over the years. It's an intensive workout that burns a LOT of calories but the trainers make it so fun! 10/10 would recommend F45 to anyone looking to start or just continue their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: F45 Mascot has been one of the best gyms I have been a member of & certainly one of my biggest highlights of 2021 & continuing on through ‘22 ! The trainers & other members have all been so welcoming and the support and encouragement given has been phenomenal especially from Tim , so a big shoutout to him for putting the endless support and care you show each and every member !

Fantastic experience: Love love love this studio! I’ve been going for over 4+ years and still get excited to smash out class with the amazing crew. The team is made up of friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and encouraging trainers who care and support your fitness goals. Everyday is something different, so you never get tired of the same exercises or music. I feel safe and comfortable with the Covid safety measures in place and class is rarely too busy for comfort. Fantastic experience: I recently spent 5 weeks in Sydney and joined the F45 Mascot studio. I have been to many F45 studios throughout Asia. The trainers at F45 Mascot are by far the best I have had. Friendly, correcting technique, motivating and welcoming. Thanks to Tim and his team for a great experience. I will be back next time in Sydney.

Fantastic experience: This is a bloody amazing gym that has everything that I am looking for in group sessions. The gym is clean, well organised and has good hygiene standards. Tim is amazing in his delivery. Knows his stuff inside out, very clear communication and knows when and how to push you so that you get the most out of your workout. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Mascot F45 for a year now, I love the personable trainers that make training here enjoyable and motivating! The diversity of each session is a major factor in keeping me motivated personally. The classes are as challenging as you make them and you’re always able to grow and push yourself. Each session targets different sections and the team is encouraging and always open to have a chat as well beyond just training. Fantastic experience: An absolutely fabulous space to train. All the trainers are professional, reliable, friendly and approachable and most importantly know what they’re doing! You can trust them all to help you with your technique, modify any exercise if you’re injured and know they can give you a good time and a good laugh. Having had an 8 year career in Fitness myself, I can attest to the strength of F45 Mascot!

Fantastic experience: The team and the community at F45 Mascot is awesome. I have just recently moved to Sydney from interstate and signed up to the trial and loved every session. The trainers are welcoming and supportive, good with 1 on 1 correction with technique during a group class which is important to me as a client. It’s truly a fun vibe, not to mention a great workout.

Fantastic experience: I've been with F45 for a little over a month now. It's seriously one of the best gyms I've been to. The workouts are exhausting but Britt and the team are always willing to adjust the workout for you. I definitely feel fitter and my jeans fit better everyday.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at F45 Training Mascot for just over a year now. What sets this place apart from other gyms and training centres in the world is the F45 Accredited Personal Trainers who are present at every class throughout the course of the day. These dedicated Personal Trainers are always friendly and are always more than happy to assist, motivate and encourage us (just to name a few) to reach and exceed our individual goals in a team training setting. They go above and beyond the call of duty, day in and day out, to ensure that every member is training in a safe environment conducive of smashing short term goals with the view of developing lifelong habits pertaining to healthy eating and exercise. I highly commend F45 Training Mascot as the place to train in 2020 to every person irrespective of age, gender or fitness level. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: After a long period of trying to find the right place to train for Eg TIMING, effectiveness, convenience and alot more. Mascot F45 have the some of the best team of people I have ever trained with and cover all of this. I highly reccomand trialling for the 7 days if fitness ad fun is what your looking for?

Fantastic experience: F45 Mascot has a great vibe and great trainers! It is especially great for lunchtime training - 2 lunchtime classes (which lots of studios don't have!) and great class sizes, it's never too packed! Also has amazing aircon, plenty of fans and a shower (which i've noticed some other studios don't have).

Positive experience: Great atmosphere - the girls are fantastic. Facilities (shower, changing room, etc.) could be better.

Fantastic experience: Love training at this studio as this is one of the best studio out of all the studios i have trained at. All the trainers are awesome, motivating and really helpful which has made me a dedicated F45er. Studio is located 3 mins away from Mascot train station and is super convenient for anyone using public transport. I would highly recommend this studio for training and would suggest to reach out to Britt(studio manager) for more information.
