Zap Fitness 24/7 Plenty Valley

Fantastic experience: Plenty Valley's Zap fitness is by far one of the best gyms I've ever worked out at, the gym culture is truly amazing given how Jon conducts himself and leads by example in maintaining this. The gym itself is extremely clean and a great place to exercise.

Negative experience: dont make any mistake taking jetts membership , sometimes door won't open with your key in the mornings and there is nothing you can do about it , no service available and it will just ruins your day , i have been a member for 8 months and it happened several times now i m going to cancel this membership , the service is so bad and no wonder they have very less customers than any other gym .

Positive experience: Nice gym, has a lot of good equipment and it is never overly busy which is nice too. Only reason I have downed a star is because service in terms of answering phone and being in on time is not the best. Really good location and parking. Recommend.

Negative experience: Very bad service, they just know how to deduct money from your account and after that they are not going to answer you through mail or phone.. Trying to contact from last 1 week but no response

Negative experience: Broken unsafe benches and the staff won’t care.

Positive experience: Use a fob, open 24/7. $15 a week plus $79 for the fob. Lovely trainers that are helpful. Special shout out to Lincoln.

Positive experience: Good gym. Just a lot cleaning required. Machines are decent. I like the fact that there are no useless machines. The space owned by jets is small, however, they did the best they can. I think the ROI at this place is low considering the competition. Decent job done

Negative experience: Great staff , the facility itself was dirty and the machines need to be replaced or updated the fans were dirty .it's defenetly time for an update . Other jetts I've been to were more updated and had more modern equipment .

Positive experience: Please refill your hand sanitiser and washroom hand wash soap regularly.

Positive experience: Quality gym, go there 4-5 times a week and it's always well looked after and the equipment is always clean and working. Only thing i would complain about are the toilets, sometimes they are a bit dirty but other than that this gym is good

Negative experience: I have been a member at Jett's for approx 4 years. This is the worst I have seen the gym look. Extremely dirty. Rather than staff working out, why don't they clean the toilets etc... People don't bring towels while working out, absolutely disgusting. Starting to look elsewhere. Clean up the gym, fix the equipment.

Positive experience: Been a member of this gym for 1.5 years. It's a great gym, always clean and open 24-7. in the hours that there is a staff member, they always greet me and ask if I need any assistance and say goodbye. Would recommend if you're looking for a gym. If you sign up to one jetts, you can go to any jetts anytime

Fantastic experience: I'm an experienced gym user and this is my first week at this gym. So far I'm impressed with the equipment as everything works and well maintained. The patrons put everything back where it belongs. Only thing I dislike is the 1person unisex toilets. But otherwise I'm really enjoying this gym.

Positive experience: Visited mill Park on weekend for first time. Was there at 10 am. Not busy which was great. Tidy enough but the toilets had no toilet paper and were disgusting. Instead of employee working out the whole time, they can actually do some work and look after the paying customer.

Negative experience: The air in the room is really bad every evening. The administration needs to be improved, cuz I see sometimes a group of guys without using any deodorant come into the gym together using only one key, making the whole gym smells terrible. Also, the cleaning is worse than before. The shower room was only cleaned its floor, there are lots of hairs, stains and even blood on the wall were not cleaned for several months. I give 2 stars rather than 1 because the price is pretty cheap. But anyway, I'm exiting jetts.
