Fantastic experience: I love coming to this Gym, the atmosphere of this SPECIFIC Gym makes me more motivated to keep working out. I never feel judged or that I am taking up space while I am working out, which is a big thing for those who are scared to work out, Jetts Pimpama is a place where no one judges you. As well as the staff that always greet me with a big smile, which makes me even more ready to work out hard! As well as making friends along the way, who have motivated me to keep going at my lowest. I would recommend Jetts Pimpama to anyone who is looking to start working out, or wanting to re-join a Gym, or for those who are generally curious or interested. Thank you for being the best gym, I hope to keep attending and to keep working out hard !!!

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to Jetts in years but I am glad that I rejoined! Such a great gym to be a part of, nice people to deal with, no egos from anyone that works out and even though it's small, can always get a machine or equipment easily. Way better than a lot of the "bigger" gyms around.

Negative experience: So many people taking up 2 machines at a time and being slow looking at phones. Seems to be more so the middle aged lady's. Not impressed

Fantastic experience: Great local gym. Good mix of all types of people, definitely somewhere where everyone of all abilities can feel comfortable.

Positive experience: Great little gym with friendly staff. They have all the gear you need but like all the jetts I've been to, they don't have a dedicated bench press. The two squat racks make up for this though.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym for nearly one year now. Really enjoy attending this gym as it has all the equipment, weights, machines etc that are necessary to have varied workouts. Let's be honest, doing the same things in training day in and day out just leads to boredom and fatigue. Being able to mix things up keeps me motivated to attend. The gym is always clean and tidy, if there are any faults with a machine they are fixed quickly. Music is always on, the gym has A/C and fans too. Drink and food vending machine available. The interactions with the staff I have had have been friendly and they make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from the local area or beyond to attend.

Fantastic experience: Gym has improved, better music, looks cleaner. New manager is very nice and listens to your concerns. Evening classes available if that is what you are looking for.

Fantastic experience: I have been to quite a few Jetts gyms and this one is very nice. All new equipment and a very helpful young lady called Tamara working there. Great gym

Negative experience: Hard to get in touch with them being either no one is working in there or won't answer the phone. Had a membership for a day in December, cancelled due health reasons. They still took money out of my account and I was never refunded. Criminals!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love working out here - we're always greeted by lovely Nicole - the manageress who runs a neat and clean gym. It's close to home which is so convenient as we follow it with a coffee and shopping. People actually work out - not like so many gyms where they are there to look in the mirror and people watch. Keep up the good work Nicole - we've been to many gyms in our lifetime and the way you run yours makes a statement. Thanks a mill.

Negative experience: Just over a year ago I cancelled my membership and then all of a sudden a payment has been taken out of my account i have been trying to get it sorted since July its now Oct and still hasn't been sorted.

Positive experience: Good smaller sized gym, friendly staff, presentation wise some machines need a good clean.

Negative experience: Disgusting customer service from one of the staff today, my partner went in to cancel her membership due to joining my gym, slamming the piece of paper down on the desk. Don’t forget your morning coffee tomorrow

Positive experience: I went along and enquired, and it seemed a pretty good gym..BUT, they wanted $69.00 for an after hours entry key, even though i told them i did not want one, it was compulsory, i have no intention or desire in going along out of the hours they are open in the morning..To me it was paying $69.00 for Nothing,..couldn't see the sense in It ? ? Didn't join.

Fantastic experience: You can only compare Jetts gym’s to other Jetts as they’re quite small and intimate. Given this they also have the cheapest membership. Bigger gyms cost more so it has to be like for like for a review. Although I’ve been a member for 7 years I’ve never been to this gym before. Jenny the manager said hello in my arrival, helped me with a request during my workout and then thanked me for attending. She’s a very happy person and you could tell she loved her job, the type of person you want greeting your members.
