Fantastic experience: Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, huge variety of equipment and very clean. Awesome atmosphere and community vibes this place brings !!

Positive experience: Not a bad gym. It's pretty small but has the essentials and is not overcrowded. Originally, I went to the main one in Penrith during a visit. However, the place was way too packed at 6am in the morning. This one was very quiet which was great. Good bathroom amenities also.

Negative experience: plenty of judgemental people. someone in the gym doing what they can to get their fitness on track shouldn’t be something to laugh about. definitely cancelling my membership.

Fantastic experience: Quite compact but quite impressed with the free weights, bench’s & pin loaded machines they’ve managed to squeeze in it. Also has a deadlift platform & cage too. One of your better plus fitness’ specifically for your strength / hypertrophic workouts. As mentioned, parking isn’t the best but visited during off peak time so didn’t experience any issues there personally.

Positive experience: Good gym however feels a bit cramped with equipment. Upstairs is a great space to use

Fantastic experience: Welcoming community orientated gym, heaps of equipment and space to get in a great workout. Anyone that lives close to this gym should be training here! It's a solid 5 stars, if I could rate higher, I would!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean facilities that are well maintained. Recommended for a small/medium but we'll equipped gym with 24/7 swipe access. Functional training room upstairs as well.

Fantastic experience: A clean, quiet and safe place at night. Parking is available on-site. I haven't had any chance seeing any hot girl yet. If you spot one, let me know asap.

Negative experience: No fans which equals no air flow and lots of sweat, no working speakers except 1 tv. I don't even think the air conditioning is working. Next

Fantastic experience: only one proper squat rack with free barbell, however has one other makeshift squat rack. remainder of free weights section is well equipped including an area with a barbell for deadlifts, which is a big plus. decent size.
