Fantastic experience: Great sport really nice people and the coaches are exceptional. My 2 boys and 2 girls love the sport. The coaches go above and beyond to take care and work with the children and making it fun while learning a great way to defend oneself.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, it's expensive for my budget and a further than I'd like to drive. But it has been worth every dollar and every effort of turning up. The coaches are sensational and have been so patient and positive with my son. Giving him the skills, time and encouragement to succeed. The students will even hold back their own strength to let my son find his. Legacy really cultivates a place of respect, awareness and sensitivity to each other and their surroundings. My son is flourishing. He was a kid being bullied at school, feeling disconnected and hating himself. And, now he is connected and growing in confidence and appreciation. Each week I see his smile grow wider with a sense of accomplishment and hunger to learn more. Thank you for taking in my hurting boy and being part of building him up to the best he can be. Fantastic experience: The delivery of learning material in this facility is of the highest quality, from their exceptional junior - youth program to their adult instruction the team have a manner that is both approachable and educational whilst building on the respect and principles that one hopes to see in martial arts. For those looking to start or get back into BJJ there is a space for all of those who are interested at this gym. From the No-Gi team who train their assess off to the fundamentals sessions where the basics are drilled. The all levels sessions are full of respect for and attention to what is being taught. Personally I found the masters sessions that are run at the same time as the juniors program to be an absolute god send for being able to train at the same time as my kids.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend a better club on the Sunshine Coast! I started training BJJ at 35 (never too old) with another club and made the move to Legacy as it was more affordable. As a female in a mostly male dominated gym I still have to work on my anxiety on the way to class but the minute my foot steps in that door I am immediately at easy. Professor Lucas and the coaches at Legacy are world class! They all compete regularly and are eager to pass on their knowledge. Every class I am constantly learning and being challenged. The people that train at Legacy are very welcoming and kind. If you are considering BJJ go with Legacy. I did and it is the best decision I have made in my life!

Fantastic experience: Rafa , Marco and Daniel are great instructors. They make every lesson fun and exciting while learning the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu at the same time for the kids. My son has no balance or coordination at all and I can already see him developing these skills in a short time. All the kids love the lessons here.
