Negative experience: Poorly equipped gym and they try to extend my membership every time I ask to cancel. It’s the worst gym I came across

Negative experience: Snap Fitness are generally pretty good but this branch are the worst I have ever come across, I moved out of the area and informed the manager to that effect with no problem, he left the gym and some jumped up young girl called me and asked why I had left, I explained I had spoken to the manager with no issues, I now have a debt collector chasing me for money because no one closed my account as requested, very poor customer service run by an incompetent manager(s) stay clear, don’t care about people just money

Negative experience: Chicken Burger had been sitting awhile, it was cold and Id asked for extra onions and therefore about 6mini pieces - not cool. I couldn't go back to exchange and I felt ripped off. Won't be buying ANY Burgers of any sort from their again.

Negative experience: Gym is good but very unsarisfied with system and staff even i had cancelled my membership by giving 3 weeks notice they were still charging after that date from when i ask them to cancel And when i visited, one of the staff member i dnt wana disclose her name here said she dnt knw me and dnt knw that i had cancelled or not, even that she was the one with whom i cancelled my membership Very disappointed Even then i didnt get any refund or any call from them

Positive experience: This is a relatively small gym, but it has everything you need. It has free weight dumbbells from 1kg to 50kg and Olympic bars with 20kg plates. There are squat racks, cardio equipment, kettle bells, ropes and cable machines but no pool, spa or sauna.
