Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, professional and friendly staff. Did an amazing job during Covid lockdown by keeping gym open as long as possible. Only complaint is that its the worst for weights being left by steroid infused gym bros.

Negative experience: A friend and I went here for a trial period the staff member was not friendly or welcoming at all! The gym is also small and not laid out well. We both agreed after going a couple of times we were uncomfortable there and not happy with the gym setup so would not be returning for the remainder of our free trial. Joined another gym close by and it was so much better!

Fantastic experience: The gym is good, but, some fit freaks either hog the equipment or don't clean it after use. It's not that hard. The cleaning wipes are there for your use

Negative experience: Positive: Good parking, lot of facilities and clean. Negative: There is not enough space in free weight area after the renovation. Update: no aircon throughout summer. Not recommended.

Positive experience: Dont park your bicycles outside of the gym,get them into the gym and make sure to lock properly please

Positive experience: Just renovated, new equipment and very clean. AC doesn't seem to work to well on hot days, and some equipment is a bit too cramped.

Positive experience: All the gym equipment like benches ect are too crammed in one corner feels intimidating when people are squashed there move it around like on the other side were theres space!!!! Nice to see gay guys there though great to see change in the area .

Negative experience: Seriously...what is going on with the latest re-model??? So much wasted space on activities I only ever see a few people doing. Most people when I train use the weights section. Which has now been all crammed into the back end with the equipment so close to other equipment/mirrors & walls that it feels claustrophobic. But hey...at least we now have a powder room?? Hopefully this isn't the final layout and I'll revise the review!!!

Negative experience: good size but my first day free trial found, no airflow/fans directed to any exercise bikes, no connection to automated workout recording/would not let me log in or create a log in. no jukebox pick your own music. 2 unknown about broken exercise bikes.

Positive experience: Quite large. Variety of equipment quite good. Cleanliness is good, parking to good as well. but they wouldn't price match Penrith plaza so they lost a member to the plaza
