Positive experience: This gym is very busy but not well looked after. There aren’t many classes to choose from and the classes that they do have are very busy. There aren’t any staff around and they definitely don’t have the feel of other gyms.
Fantastic experience: If you need a PT Harrison is great. This location does get busy but can check club loads on the app. The gym is always neat and clean and staff super helpful. Gets a few school kids after school which is a little annoying.

Negative experience: As a member for the past two years, I was leaving overseas in December and submitted a suspension request. I was charged for the suspension, but despite this, I was still charged fortnightly gym membership fees even after a receptionist confirmed he had processed the request. Therefore, I advise against trusting the staff, as they clearly do not prioritize customer service. This has been the worst service and experience I've ever had. No one seems to care about long-term members. After paying approximately $100 extra, I now have to submit another suspension request myself.

Negative experience: The gym overall is good – facilities are clean, and staff are friendly. However, the main reason I go is for the crèche, as it’s essential for me with a 3-year-old. Unfortunately, the crèche service has been incredibly unreliable, and this has made my experience frustrating. It takes me 30 minutes to get there with my toddler, and on numerous occasions, I’ve arrived only to find the crèche shut, despite being told it would be open. I’ve tried calling ahead on the days before, but no one answers the phone. Emails also go unanswered. This lack of communication is incredibly disappointing, especially when you’re coordinating with a young child. Not sure if I’ll risk going anymore to be disappointed.

Negative experience: To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my concerns about the management and staff conduct at this facility, where both of my children are members. Despite paying membership fees for over two years, my children have been unfairly targeted by staff, with false allegations made against them for reasons that remain unclear. The behavior of some staff members is particularly troubling. Many appear inexperienced and immature, often engaging in confrontations with young boys instead of managing situations professionally. I have personally observed instances where staff have behaved in a threatening manner, which is unacceptable in any setting, especially one catering to young people. One of the most frustrating issues has been an incident involving allegations of gate-jumping. My children seem to have been judged solely based on their association with peers who are unfairly labeled as troublemakers. Instead of reaching out to parents to discuss the situation, staff escalated the matter by filing a complaint with the police. This not only wasted valuable resources of the NSW Police but also caused unnecessary distress for all involved. It is clear that the real victims in this situation are the paying members and their families, not the individuals running the facility. After paying significant fees over the years, we expect a respectful, safe, and professionally managed environment. If the current management and staff are unable to maintain professional standards and manage the facility responsibly, I would urge that serious action is taken—whether it be an overhaul of staff training and conduct or, as a last resort, the closure of the facility to prevent further harm to customers. I request that a thorough investigation be conducted into these matters to ensure accountability and improvement.

Negative experience: 0 stars is what they deserve! My son whom I pay for is just targeted by staff constantly because his friends previously used his membership with out him knowing, I got slapped with a fee of $100! They take my money and now they have banned all under-age boys for the same reason and still take my money! Steal money and bully the youths who are wanting to do something good rather than do crimes! Where is the support for the ones that try! I'm a single mum, legally blind, partially deaf, work full time, suffer bpd and all sorts of psychological problems and can't give my children basic tools such as teaching them to drive and such! Than you have this giant franchise who hire bullies that pick on our youths that already have it hard and trying to better their lives! I'm so bloody angry!

Negative experience: Your staffed hours don’t reflect the time your staff start their shift. I was there until 8:30am waiting to talk to someone at reception to resolve an issue however nobody showed to work so I left.

Fantastic experience: As a 51yo, my experience at this gym has been extremely positive. I have my own program but if I'm not familiar with the equipment or exercise, staff are happy to advise and demonstrate. The app is brilliant at showing how busy the gym is at any time of the day or night. The equipment is the best I've ever used. And for the most part, patrons are respectful and it's not an intimidating environment to work out in.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! Bunch of money grabbing scammers. The customer service is zero to none and I am disgusted and appalled at the quality of service, and how much it has declined over the years. The main reason I quit was because if I was a few dollars short on my card, I would be hit with a dishonour fee when previously, you could call someone up within the 24 hours, waive the fee and pay the original membership price. Now you can't even call them! Going into the establishment itself, you're not even promised service as there never seems to be anyone at the desk either. Trying to CANCEL the membership is a headache in itself and even when I've cancelled and unsubscribed from mailing lists, I still get harassed with promotional emails AND text messages, despite my efforts in trying to contact someone to GET ME OFF YOUR LIST. In short, save your time, energy and money go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Very disappointed . I Member from 5 years. I had a problem with one worker about fan . The staff were not cooperative, Rachel ask us to go home and this is really like bullying . They talking only to the side of another worker that she is here from long time. I also pay for that , feels uncomfortable and leave thr gym . Staff do not know how to sort out the problem by taking everyone s priorities under eye. That's partially not good . Thank u I cancelled my membership. Not comfortable environment.

Positive experience: Nicely equipped gym that is frequented by lazy grubs. People think it's okay to wipe down equipment with sanitary wipes and then throw them on the floor. People love to use weights and never return tom to stacks or if they do they will throw them back in any order. Need a 20kg plate? Sorry you will have to remove 5 other plates to get to it. Trying to get a quick workout in? Nah sorry, you will have to wait around while a group of people stand around flapping their gums and lifting a weight twice in half an hour. Pick your time to go for a workout to ensure that there is no-one here.

Negative experience: About Club Lime Queanbeyan good things: The gym is clean, the equipment are not too bad, staff nice bad things: kinder garden, after school hours everywhere kids have no space to train. General comment about viva leisure (main company) Company policies are very bad. Fantastic experience: Great place! There is always a place to park; there is a crèche and I can leave my 3 month old son; the nannies are very kind and my son is always happy; there is a shower; there is a huge selection of exercise equipment for every taste; it is open around the clock; you can open the door using a phone application; large room and no queue for exercise equipment!

Negative experience: Toilets did not lock and my privacy was breached also staff ignored the termination letter that sat on the desk for a mont then proceeded to try charge me after 4 week free trial. I had to record every phone call and face to face interaction with staff when discussing safety of equipment due to machines not being level or set up with the correct parts that cause strain and potential long term damage and not always having staff at front desk or on phone need more mature and fitness educated staff lack of knowledge of what machines are at the qym. And staff have experience on proper form or how to properly execute exercise I would no recommend this club if your serious about your achievements and goals this gym is a sport killer and will make you think twice and go in for free trial to test the atmosphere and the quality of staff

Negative experience: I lost my bank card and I don’t have any other cards at the moment to change details. I keep trying to contact them through phone call and it’s not happening and now they send me bill with extra charges saying dishonour fee.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you can ask for, if you are a newbie, up for rehab or even if you want to be Mr. Olympia. The bonus is they have the best deals every now and then. Best gym in the area for the price and equipment. The only issues I had was the extended bare floor, but can't take stars off fr that. The crowd here can be a bit overwhelming or according to locals "how u goin" at times but that's not in their control. You can always track how busy they are with their app.

Fantastic experience: Has boxing bag*, large studio and plenty of space. Maybe a bit short on floor space but can always take kettlebells etc into the studio. *had boxing bag. Man down I repeat man down.

Negative experience: I was threatened with violence by another member of the gym and absolutely nothing was done about it, I was essentially told to put up with it. I bet if that macho tool had threatened a female member, he would've been banned immediately... But of course violence between men doesn't matter. Appalling excuse for a gym full of pathetic narcissists worshiping their own reflection.

Negative experience: Due to covid my OCD has got a lot worse when comes to hygiene due to the fear of getting sick again, which takes me to my 2 star review.. During peak hour (lunch time) the gym was extremely packed today as all stations was occupied besides some of the trend mil section. During the time I was there (1 hour) there was only "one" available wipe dispenser on the whole floor between a full gym of 40+ people.. This is an on-going issue as the last few weeks of being there I noticed its the same problem.. where there has even been a lack of care as the wipes not even put in the dispenser and the wipes left of the side for use.. There is signs all over the gym to encourage people to clean equipment after use however it feels like there is a lack of accountability and only put up to cover the "gym's policy". May I suggest the gym gets disposable cloths such as "Chux, heavy duty super-wipes" and spray bottles for convenience and environmental reasons this should also help on $$.. Extra bins would also be GREAT.... I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way..

Positive experience: Great place to work out. Clean. Great people and plenty of parking.
Negative experience: During these times its vital that we are all as hygienic as we can be.. we are encouraged to wipe everything down on signage in the gym yet there is not 1 wipe in the gym. All dispensers are empty. The bathrooms are cleaned so poorly. It's a real shame as this gym was the absolute best in the first 12 months of it being open. I will be heading back to fyshwick after today.
Negative experience: The inverse correlation between staffed hours and gym cleanliness strikes curiosity within me. The gym staff do a great job at keeping the gym clean, when they are rostered on, however, Club Lime's striving for the competitive strategy of being the lowest cost player negatively affects customer satisfaction, and therefore is self-inflicted harm, at least in my estimation. When the gym is not staffed, customers treat the gym like a trash bin. Wipes are left all over the floor, personal items left and forgotten everywhere, and weights unracked. If Club Lime will not increase staffed hours, they must implement signage, and/or enforce rules that necessitate compliance with cleanliness policies, else, over time, Club Lime is opening themselves up to be disrupted by another gym who does not have this problem. Gym maintenance directly impacts customer perception of the service, and thus, customer satisfaction. Disrespect begets disrespect, and thus the vicious cycle of customer laziness and environmental disdain continues. Will Club Lime rectify this persistent problem, or will they succumb to the will of a new entrant in the local area? Only time will tell.
Positive experience: Great facilities does get crowded in the mornings and afternoons, never really interacted with the staff. Remember to Read the terms and conditions before joining and request cancellation well in advance if you have to move or stop attending for some reason. Below is the response I received when querying why I was still being charged despite cancelling membership and now living in another state. definitely left a bad taste in my mouth but that's what you get for not reading terms and conditions for joining a gym. Won't be back. "members are required to give 28 days' notice when canceling their membership. It means you are still required to pay your membership fees during that time, in which you still have access to the club. You are required to pay approximately two direct debits before your membership is fully deactivated".

Fantastic experience: Clean, well maintained, good equipment, child minding is offered at certain peak times and the kids room has plenty of toys and films and is immaculately clean. Staff are always professional and friendly. COVID sanitisation has been managed well after the confusion of early lockdown.
Fantastic experience: From my personal opinion this is a ver professional gym: equipment wise, renovation wise/colour, has very polite staff, affordable and everything they’re slogan claims to be, everything like equipment is safe, has a good positive vibe in general.
Negative experience: Rude staff only want to enforce covid restrictions when they feel like it
