Fantastic experience: First of all I've been on and off with the gym a couple of times, and every time they have welcomed me back and not judged me for leaving a couple of times. They never charged me over the contracted 4 weeks notice period. The staff are amazing and friendly and will help out when they are not busy with their other clients. The atmosphere is electric, yes the lighting is a little dim but I think that was on purpose for food intentions, I wouldn't like an overly lit gym to see me making all those faces and sweating through my pants The price is far better than most gyms and they don't have lock in contracts which gives more freedom. The equipment is great and clean, sometimes ill have to adjust my routine as there might be a group on a machine I wanted to use but that's what you need to do at a popular gym, it's not an issue at all. The sauna has been a life saver, I can meditate while in there and it does not smell like other gym saunas I've been in. I always recommend this gym to others! I think I'm just going to grow old at this gym as all the others I've been too can't hold a candle to Club Lime!
Negative experience: The facilities are good but it's ne of those greedy gyms with no morals. My son broke his arm & asked to put his membership on hold, they asked for proof so we sent the hospital notification of when his cast was to be removed and they said it wasn't enough. Then he went in with his arm in a full cast, they still said they needed a doctors certificate. So basically you can't put your membership on hold. I wouldn't be surprised if its one of those gyms that when you try to leave, they just keep charging you. Very disapointing.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Club Lime since April, just shy of a year now. I did my trail session on an out of hours Easter day, which no staff was working that day. Tammy, the receptionist, had just left after training. Despite just leaving, she turned around and signed me into the gym and showed me the space. She wasn't being paid to do this and spent several minutes of her time with me, which stuck with me as it was extremely punctual and polite. I've got to say the current staff and gym space and/or equipment is excellent. They've had a glow up over the past few years, refitting the gym and increasing equipment. Sippy downs Club lime has definitely found their stride. I bodybuild and do functional training, finding everything I need within Club Lime. Unlimited classes included in membership. Why pay $50 a week a week for a crossfit or f45/functional group fitness. When the experienced and popular James Newcombe Personal Training runs multiple classes a week that attract up to 30 members at a time. Classes vary in size and intensity. James very professionally caters to all ages and capabilities that attend. Tiana and other trainers hold hit circuits and pilates throughout the week as well. With morning and afternoon classes available, you will be able to attend multiple classes throughout the week. I'll finish by saying read their members' contract. It is without the doubt the best gym contract I've had in my life. No locks in and payouts. Best gym contract in the area by far if you're not living in the area long. If unsure, just sign up for a month and give it a go, then leave. It's that easy. Great gym, come achieve your fitness goals with a good community.

Negative experience: Small overcrowded gym with abusive staff and ownership. They definitely score negative 100 on their courteous-ness and customer service. Better gyms out there guys, avoid this place

Positive experience: I have been to quite a few gyms, and I’m not particularly impressed by this one. It didn’t have all the equipment that I usually use in my workouts, and the lighting is not great either, it felt dull. Additionally, it can be quite crowded with people and school kids at times. I’m sure it could be a fine gym for a lot of people, but with my own personal preference I didn’t enjoy this gym much. I found some other Club Limes in a similar radius to be more enjoyable and a nicer environment overall.

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym recently after moving from Brisbane. Machines are all new and well maintained. Does get busy at peak hours but that's to be expected. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not a great experience here. I'm a Fitness Passport holder, signed up to access this gym for $69. I never used my pass once and shortly after signing up Club Lime stopped allowing FP access. I think it's reasonable to request a refund given I never received any service or access to this gym. Would not recommend based on my experience. ***UPDATE*** I received a response from owner (as per below) based on my review. As per their request, I emailed through all my details, only to be told by Cherry my request has again been declined by management. Thanks again for further wasting my time and the actual lack of "customer service" received by Cherry is appalling. I hope your gym is better than your service. I'd score zero stars if I could. Positive experience: The recent renovations (plus additional equipment) have made the gym a much nicer place to be. It has plenty of room to move & you generally don't have to wait for equipment unless you are there in peak time. I can also highly recommend their trainer, Jarrod ( FitFocused PT). I have gone from years of 24/7 back pain (due to prior injuries) to just the occasional twinge in a well under 12 months!

Negative experience: The Sippy Downs gym used to be good until the last couple of years and particularly since Club Lime took over. Now its very impersonal and the management staff clearly dont understand the fitness industry. It is about people so friendliness and interaction are a huge part. That doesnt happen there. Yes they have new equipment now but there is no place for classes anymore. Big mistake Clublime. Dont think the owning company Viva Leisure have a great deal of fitness industry experience other than trying to buy the market out with purchasing gyms everywhere. We left.

Positive experience: I’ve enjoyed the facility ever since joining here in February this year. The renovation has really transformed this into a beautiful, modern gym, but there are a few improvements I would like to see implemented to make the gym goer experience better. One of the main annoyances that slows down the speed of a workout is that the dumbbell station is completely mixed up. Sometimes people misplace the dumbbells and then the weights that belong in that spot belong there cannot be put back in their right spot, so they get misplaced somewhere else and the cycle continues. People also like to put 1 dumbbell back and then someone else puts a dumbbell back of a different weight so you have to search for both dumbbells. I think there should be a labelling system on the rack that allows the member to know where to put the dumbbell in the future. I understand that a lot of money was spent on the gym, however the bathrooms do feel like a but of a letdown. There’s a hole in the ceiling in the male locker room that’s been there for months and I would’ve thought they would have given the walls a fresh coat of black paint to match the walls of the open floor. I wasn’t expecting a massive renovation of the bathroom, but it feels like it’s not part of the same building. Overall, it’s got good and new equipment and friendly staff. I do recommend this gym and those were just some minor improvements that I hope are heard since I took the time to voice some issues that does impact the members. Edit: Thank you ClubLime team for taking action on the free weight area. The free weights rack has been labelled and the issue has been resolved. There is a new fresh idea I thought of that would make the space environment more inviting, tidy, and safe. The multi jungle adjustable cable machine often has different attachments on the floor that makes the gym floor surrounding the machine a trip hazard and less tidy. A couple of black buckets could be useful for the members to put the attachments away and easily find the attachment they need rather than walking around the machines looking for an attachment. This should be considered to make the gym goer experience better. Thank you.

Negative experience: For some context I am pretty new to gym, and chose to join up here instead of jetts as some of my friends go. As I have a vague idea of what exercises I should be doing I decided to come with my friend so he can show me his routine but made the unfortunate mistake of walking into the gym with him, leading to the only interaction with this gym being a message along the lines of “we noticed you entered the check in together” followed by a warning of an insane $100 charge. All of us entered through different turnstiles which you have to open with the app as well so don’t really understand why going into the door is grounds for ridiculous charges. Looked through the Help section on the website as well and cannot find any information on this “fine” anywhere. Have not met any of the staff prior to this so having this as my only interaction after signing up leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that the gym is clean, organised and the general feel and accessibility of the place is great as I work late shifts and have the opportunity to come in after.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO ANY CLUB LIME! Club lime have predatory billing practices. If you for get to put money on the card they are billing (Yes Forget!) they charge you an instant $10 late fee. And of course your access is denied to the gym. I had a non lock in contract with my membership. So if you forget to pay the next week they will charge you another $40 for no reason and you cant even go to the gym! I went to cancel my membership after multiple of these fraudulent charges. And guess what! they said I couldn't cancel my membership until i paid the owing balance! Yes they can theoretically charge you until the end of time if you don't pay what you owe. These practices are highly predatory. So to sum it up they will charge you and not let you use the gym.

Fantastic experience: Same location, new look & equipment and it's bloody awesome! I joined this gym shortly before the revamp, the staff and size of the gym was great yet the equipment was due for replacement. Gladly, the revamp was completed after a one month closure and the gym was reopened today and ... WOW! what a transformation! All new equipment, beautifully updated look and design of the place makes it looks very contemporary. There's more equipment yet still very spacious. I have been to several gyms in the sunshine coast area and Club Lime Sippy Downs blows those ones out of the water. Congrats to the team on a job well done. If you're looking to join, you won't regret it.

Negative experience: The microphone that is shared by ALL instructors has needed to be replaced since November 2022. It makes random screeching sounds or no sound at all. Any customer who asks has been told that they are waiting to replace the whole sound system! Ok but in the meantime buy a microphone! 6 months is a rude wait Club Lime. Boo

Negative experience: Old equipment. Cramped weightsroom. Only one proper squat rack. Inefficent use of space, there is a very large area used for classes that could be easily repurposed into another weights area. If you have any interest in powerlifting or weights training, go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Formally known as My Fitness Club. Great gym with super friendly staff. Large free weights and machine weights arena, Loads of cardio equipment, good sized room with loads of different classes on offer, Spin room and a women's only section. Huge range of supplements on sale at front counter as well as RTD in the fridge and vending machine. 24/7 entry available once you join and a good range of staffed hours as well.

Fantastic experience: DISCLAIMER: Carrying my previous review from MFC Sippy Downs to CL Sippy Downs now that the gym has rebranded. I have been working out here for approximately 11 months and have great training sessions every time. No issues accessing outside of hours meaning I can train whenever I wish. Friendly staff and helpful trainers. Good variety of equipment for a small, communal-feeling club gym.
Negative experience: Read your contract before signing up here. They will lie to you at the counter to make sure you're comfortable. Was told I could cancel, with cancellation fee applicable. Two different staff said it. Tried to cancel, they said I couldn't as I was on a minimum contract. I asked where it said that in the contract, was ignored. If you haven't paid up until the end of the term, they will continue the membership and new debits until you have paid it off. This place is foul, dodgiest business I've come across in my life. It's clear that their business structure is to take your money and make sure you can't change your mind due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Very happy got a free day pass for me and my girlfriend and had s great time. They ate great friendly helpful staff and have flexible affordable contracts. We enjoyed using all the equipment. From the cardio treadmills to the machine weights leg press etc to skipping ropes and infrared sauna we will definatley be back to join. And they told us they doing the gym up soon with all new equipment sounds great! We very excited to get back into it!

The gym has great classes (well thought out timetable), friendly staff and a women's section. Plenty of equipment for what I need and seems to be really clean and well kept. Positive experience: Great place to workout, heaps of equipment and friendly staff. It would get a 5 star if they invested in another power rack or two as there is currently only one power rack and one squat rack which can be difficult especially in the busier hours!

Negative experience: After being a member for 7 years, I have moved away. I requested the fees that were paid on my behalf as a gift be refunded. They have called me a liar, avoid my phone calls and then told me it " wasn't much anyway" What an unprofessional way.to run.a business. Very disappointing. Im assuming youll delete this review, as you do all the other negative ones you have on your facebook page.
Negative experience: If I could give Zero stars i would. Everything from the administration of this club, to the equipment is terrible! Their equipment is always broken. Their staff are REALLY rude. Their classes are at useless times if you have a 9-5 job. When you sign up, they promise you lots of services and then renig once you have signed their forms. They do not disclose ALL of their fees and charges UNTIL you sign....AND GOOD LUCK GETTING OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT!!! Easily the WORST gym I have ever been to. They are money hungry scoundrels!
Positive experience: Good variety of machines & weights. Majority of the equipment is outdated & requires a bit of force to adjust some not able to adjust at all. Overall it's not too bad.
