Fantastic experience: I visited the club for a week while on holidays, and very much enjoyed training at F45 Maroochydore. The trainers and members are so friendly and welcoming, I instantly felt like a part of the community. Amy, Annalise and Will were great at providing encouragement and I was so impressed with their coaching skills. I would definitely recommend this club, and look forward to returning next time I’m in the area!

Fantastic experience: I Can’t say enough good things about f45 maroochydore ! Its such a warm welcome from all of the coaches! With positive energy & very motivating. Enjoy working out here ! All the coaches are amazing, Amy and Wes are so encouraging also high energy! The workouts are challenging always good variety and seem to go by quick. Fantastic experience: I have trained with the team at F45 Maroochydore for a while and got so much out of it. Wes and the team there are great, there to help and guide you to being a better version of yourself. The classes are flexible and inclusive with the variety of training over the week allowing you ultimate flexibility. They have really built a great community up around them here and this really shines. Genuine, passionate and energetic people who are out to make a difference. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough about F45 Maroochydore. Two main things that set this awesome studio apart are their coaches and the environment they have created. Coaches are extremely welcoming and supportive. Super friendly but in a smiling assassin kind of way because they sure do know how to push you as well. Which is fantastic, because I’ve had many a fitness experience and this makes all the difference…you can tell they are genuinely invested in you having a great workout. Second is the culture they have created in the studio. The other members are super friendly and welcoming. They recognise a new face and go out if their way to introduce themselves and have a chat. Fantastic experience: I have trained at F45 Maroochydore for the past two years. This was my introduction to training in the morning before work which I knew was not something that was going to be easy to do having always been an afternoon exercise person. F45 changed the way that I train and made it easier to get up for those early morning workouts with the music and the energy of the class. It became something I looked forward to everyday and very much a part of my routine. When I became unwell and it reflected in my training the coaches were incredibly attentive and compassionate, helping me modify my workouts until I became stronger again. The coaches are always encouraging which makes you want to train harder and better yourself. I am regrettably leaving F45 Maroochydore to go to a gym that is closer to home but grateful to the team. Thank you F45 Maroochydore

Fantastic experience: First things first, from the moment I first walked into F45 Maroochydore (~9 months ago) until today, I have always felt so welcomed by all of the awesome coaches. Each and every session attended, I have been greeted at the door with a smile. Sometimes it's the most simple and basic things that make feel like coming back :) Next up, the community vibe!! Such a positive atmosphere is created in this beautiful space, filled with the best members that attend. So that's 2 big green flags before even getting to the workouts! 'No mirrors, no egos' - meaning more time concentrating on your movements rather than how you look, BUT, don't be fooled into thinking "how will I check my form without mirrors?! How will I know if I'm doing it right?"-the experienced coaches are there to guide you every step of the way and have you performing exercises correctly and safely, no matter if you're a complete beginner or seasoned athlete. They will help you to modify movements if needed, to suit your specific fitness level and individual goals. The coaches get to know each member individually, so they can judge how far they can push you to achieve your desired results. We all need an extra push sometimes and these guys have it nailed. Every workout is completely different, meaning you definitely don't get bored! I love the variation between cardio days and strength days. This is one of my favorite aspects of F45, the constant change keeps me engaged and motivated to show up week after week. This consistency has resulted in some awesome progressions for me personally and I hope to keep improving. A fantastic facility, friendly and professional coaches, supportive team training, great music selection and you might even get to meet some cute doggos there if you're lucky :D Thankyou F45 Maroochydore!!!!

I have embraced this and its become a conscious awareness without any need for reason. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the incredible experience I've had at F45 Maroochydore. This fitness studio has truly transformed my life, and I am thrilled about it. It simply a family, a community spirit that makes me looking forward going back. Unlike in the past, it is easy to stay motivated. I am still there after months, even in the winter. The exercise seems to work all the muscles of my body. F45 seems to have meticulously designed each session, taking the guesswork and repeating out of my workouts. I do not feel bored or having negative/demotivational thoughts of repeated exercises. I am always surprised. All I have to do is show up, and the rest is well taken care of. What is so peculiar is that the whole environment ,with the coaches and other members, is pumping energy in me, not out of me. The coaches do push me to reach my full potential, but always with the perfect amount of encouragement and support. I highly recommend F45 Maroochydore to anyone ready to embrace the transformative power of functional fitness. PT-Cath is always very friendly with great leadership skills to make one train really hard! ''Personally I feel Cath holds the place together with her awesome welcoming nature and skill set! Fantastic experience: "Functional training, Life changing"! Has to be my all time fav. type of workout! Jam packed with awesome 45min team training sessions, each day of the week (Saturdays, 1hr classes) - with alternate cardio/resistance training days you're guaranteed to get your heart rate up, break a sweat and even have some fun doing it. I have found the coaches to be super supportive and genuinely wanting to assist you in reaching and smashing your goals. To stretch you even more, there are 4 challenges each year, currently one underway, last of 2023 an 8 week challenge ending a week before Christmas (Oct 24-Dec 17). A free F45 training and challenge app can be downloaded. Training app for your local studios and timetables, personal profile, payment plan, offers ($10 for 10 days, $129/4wks, challenge packs etc to name a few). Health and wellness info, daily check list, class tracker of every visit, celebrating milestones along the way, recipes and with paid membership you can access workouts for those times when you can't get to a studio. Definitely recommend dropping by and giving it a go!

The members that train are all really friendly, there is a great culture of like minded people. I am re locating back to NSW and I am really going to miss Mel & Jordys motivation and miss the awesome people I train with.

Fantastic experience: F45 Maroochydore is unreal. The trainers are great and the sweat is flowing. I don’t always workout but when I do I workout at F45 Maroochydore. By far the best workout on the Sunny Coast. 10/10

Maroochydore has an amazing community feel to it, the trainers push you and know your name! The music is loud and high energy which gives you the boost you need. I've been with F45 Maroochydore for almost a year and I've never been as fit as I am now. Give your self a week and you will be hooked :)

The studio itself is spacious and tidy and the very knowledgeable trainers create a friendly and welcoming environment while they push you to reach your fitness goals. Fantastic experience: Joined F45 near 2 months ago, loved it from the beginning. The trainers are fun, motivational and always there to push you and give advise. Have just begun my first 8 week fitness challenge (2 weeks in and I'm down 4kg). Highly recommend. Hard work out, pricing membership but it's worth it.
