Fantastic experience: Really good gym with all the machines needed, staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a lot the sauna especially during the rainy winter and the no lock in contract give me freedom as I was there only for 4 months.

Fantastic experience: I went to the gym for a month (they have temporary memberships so it's great if you work in fifo). It has a great variety of machines and lots of space. The have a big space with mirrors which is great if you do functional workouts. It was great because I went at different times in the day and it's never crowded which is very nice for the whole training. Besides that, they have a free sauna if you book, and also the showers and bathrooms are very clean. The guys who work there are very nice, always willing to help you. They are also really friendly. Overall it was a nice experience and would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: We spent a whole month going to the gym and it was always spotlessly clean, it's big, has lots of space to work and the guys who attend are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it! I am happy to found it.

Fantastic experience: I spent just few weeks in this gym, but now I can say that join it was my best decision in this period. the staff was so great with me, and a 24/7 gym is perfect if you don't have enough time on the usual workout Hours. there are enough machines and a comfortable free water dispenser and a little FREE SAUNA.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best experience I have had with a gym anywhere i've travelled. We initally saw some salty reviews about this gym before joining but we went along to check it out for ourselves. We were greeted by the happiest and brightest young lady, Jewel, who informed us that she was the new manager since summer 2021. She made an immeadiate connection with my boyfriend and I and showed us round and explained everything we needed to know. We signed up instantly and have enjoyed all this quaint little gym has to offer from the boxing classes to the sauna and free massages on Tuesday mornings! It would be foolish to sign up elsewhere in Fremantle with extorsionate fees and and wild small print. The gym is small but has eveything you'd need but its Jewel that is the real gem.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Nice and tidy. Plenty of equipment to cater for any workout you have planned. And it's 24/7. What's not to love? Just be wary of doing leg day upstairs! End of session wobbles are fun on the way down

Negative experience: What an absolute joke. Have recently realised I've still been paying for this place after nearly a year since cancelling. I actually initially called to cancel three times which is why I was very surprised when I found it hidden in my statement still after all this time. Be very careful with these scammers

Positive experience: Good service, lovely ladies who work there, friendly greeting, spotless club. team work keeping it tidy and spotless, only thing I did recommend and i hope every club does it after covid. Once a week go wipe down all machines including the railing and weight plates what ever days quiet do a few one day, so on, that 1 major criticism at any gym I attend after covid 19 with gyms closing and meant to have wiped it top to bottom, I can reassure u people that Snaps/Goodlife did not follow these protocols. Absolutely filthy when u put the squiter bottle and wipes to clean the stations, I did this at plus fitness today and cleaner than any other surface I’ve wiped at the gym, I’ve been to quiet a few in my time too.

Negative experience: This is genuinely the worst experience I have had with a gym, ever. I overlooked cancelling my membership - absolutely my fault! But there was zero compassion and would not allow me to cancel even though I was just charged 3 days ago. I had been charged about $400 in total for services I did not use and no one is very friendly about it or understanding. All along I have not felt welcomed at this gym. I wish I never had to set foot there again. It has been so unpleasant it has caused me enormous stress. I was lambasted for wanting to put my membership on hold just as COVID was breaking out. Do yourself a favour, find somewhere that cares about its members, is genuine and kind. This is no way to assist you in getting healthy!

Negative experience: I’m a single parent and I work/study full time. I’m on a limited income and my circumstances have changed so I am no longer able to use the gym. I asked to please cancel my membership and was told I have to go to the gym during staffed hours to fill out a form. I begged them to email me the form and I will fill it out. I got a no. It is a month later and I still have not been able to make it into the gym to do my cancelation forms. I called again today and again made the same request. To please let me cancel remotely. I got a big no. They said it is head office who decides this. I’ve sent an Enquiry to head office and when I got the confirmation it said to contact the gym I am a member of for cancellations. It feels like a gimmick designed to keep people who may be going through hardship and unable to attend the site paying for memberships for as long as possible. It is definitely working as a business decision but as a company with moral responsibilities, is it the right thing to do? Plus fitness has now contacted me to say they will be deleting my posts.

Fantastic experience: Smells like fart

Negative experience: They redesign floor layout and now too crowded, machine too close together. They got rid off decline bench. Can't load barbells in position ☹️☹️☹️ Most time no-one reloads or puts weights back. Oh chipboard flooring upstairs second time in twelve months someone put weights through floor. Not allowed to message complaint so posted here. Told I can cancel membership.

Fantastic experience: My main plus fitness I go to when I’m in Perth. Nice and spacious with lots of cardio machines and benches. I would suggest walking down due to limited parking then able to have food in Fremantle afterwards.

Negative experience: Expensive, equipment is average at best and help is non-existent. If you are looking to improve your health there is so many better option in and around Fremantle. I questioned a few things and was treated badly. The owner stalked my social media profiles and tried to call my boss. It was creepy

Negative experience: I had moved my place to North area and emailed to customer service that I need cancel membership , but no one respond and charging me still. Then I rang to Fremantle Plus fitness said I moved my place to north and I need to cancel membership .Staff reply me "you have to go back Fremantle and get the cancellation form" I thought I was hearing wrong and the staff confirm me again "Yes ! You need to go back Fremantle to cancel and we will charge you cancellation fee too" this is bad experience I ever had!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, clean and accommodating management. Not my "home" club but was in Fremantle area over the weekend and I had a good work out there- had everything I needed!

Negative experience: Worst service and unprofessional staff. Scam contracts going on here. Offering a free to train week but it's bound on a contract that does charge money from you.. be careful, even a previously paid training day/week is not available.

Negative experience: Could not access gym! Terrible service try another gym that actually wants business. What gym closes at 12 on a Friday??

Positive experience: Extremely cheap and convenient. Not the best gym I've ever used but costs half the price of others ive used and customer service has been great.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst Gym I`ve been to! And this is all thanks to the so called Manager that runs the place. The guy is so in love with himself that he even has half naked pictures of himself hanging all around the gym! The only thing he cares about is getting members. He personally told me he gets a bonus for every member he joins and obviously does not care about the service after. When we wanted to cancel our membership the contract said two weeks notice, we dropt our papers 16 days before we had to leave but that wasn`t good enough for the Manager. He said there was nothing he could do (dont know why he is the manager then) and I had to pay for a full month because the payment was being charged that day. But when I called the head office they said he could have easly waved it and taken care of it. The woman on the phone was very helpful because the next day we heard it was all taken care of. The gym has potential but laks of cleanliness and some parts are too hot and other parts you`re directly under the aircon. dont waste your money, there are far better gym`s out there! Fantastic experience: Best 24 hour gym in Perth & Fremantle! Massive gym, free weight section, cardio room, classes on demand room! Multi levels, great staff and personal trainers who are experienced! After training at Plus Fitness 24/7 Fremantle, I couldn't go back to small 24 hour gyms or dirty old health clubs with out of shape staff and equipment! Plus Fitness 24/7 Fremantle is clean and is a great friendly environment with personal trainers that get results, they also offer free personal training sessions and there memberships don't lock you in a contract! I paid $9.60 per week for my membership!!!!! For brand new state of the art facilities! Go check them out and see for yourselves!

Negative experience: Bad customer service and gym understaffed. Worker from NZ started by not doing his job properly, when he didn't send some forms on time to set a direct debit correctly, as result I got overcharged the first weeks. Even after being aware of this, they never bothered reimbursing me. The worst part was that, I did not use this gym for a month due to health reasons, yet they were taking my money for that entire month, even though I explained to them my situation and sent them a cancellation form. They tried covering themselves and were very strict and kind of rude with their terms and conditions and show no understanding for my case. Most unreasonable and unflexible service I have received in awhile. Also, the so-called "personal trainer" never picked up the phone when I tried to reach her several times (at different dates and times) to organise an appointment. In general, the gym is small, with uninviting atmosphere, their equipment is just average, their attitude towards customers is bad and seemed to be understaffed with only the NZ guy running around the place with a certain level of arrogance. Avoid the lack of good service at Plus Fitness; there are far better gyms in Freo and with much friendlier and helpful staff.
