Fantastic experience: Jayden has been great! I came in with a shoulder and forearm injury, and he got me back to 100%. He also helped me hit my goal of benching 110kg, which I didn’t think would happen so soon. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with—couldn’t recommend him more!

Damian is helping me with a tendon inflammation in my shoulder, 2 days later and I already feel relief, I know it may take a couple weeks of at home rehab, which you need to stick to! Fantastic experience: I went to platinum physio for a knee injury and everyone was really accommodating and helpful. I was treated by Jayden (Jien) and he helped me to overcome my injury and feel comfortable as soon as possible. I also did PT classes with him, that were tailored to helped me regain my mobility and strength to come back to my normal activities. And so I did in 4 months which was faster than expected.

Fantastic experience: A sudden onset neck injury brought me to Rod, senior physio at Platinum Windsor. He interrupted my high impact exercise schedule to isolate the cause of pain and gently managed my grief at losing, temporarily at least, activities I love. Without pushiness, and despite conflicting views between doctors, he built up a strength exercise program for me. Along the way, we eliminated some activities that aggravated my neck. Despite my grumpiness, he kept me calm. The Platinum outfit runs professionally and with warmth. Gold.

Fantastic experience: TLDR: Damien is a passionate and knowledgeable physio and I strongly recommend this studio to everyone. I went to see Damien Lee for a shoulder injury I got while snowboarding. I had pain on movement as well as very limited mobility in my right shoulder. During my first session Damien had given me a diagnosis, manual therapy and a number of exercises to start progressing but most importantly I left with the belief that I could get better. Following my initial session, I found rapid progress doing the prescribed exercises 3x a week and after some more visits to the studio and manual therapy I had regained a substantial amount of movement through my shoulder. Seeing my progress, Damien was able to quickly provide me with new exercises that would push me further with my progress and I never felt like I had plateaued. Damien designed the exercises to fit into my regular training program and we also worked together to make sure the program fit my lifestyle, which made it even easier to keep chipping away. Damien also gave me the confidence to know the limits of my injury and always made sure I was safe while moving and that I was pain free while performing the prescribed exercises. I am happy to say that I have regained full range of motion in my shoulder and now am able to focus on building back strength. I can’t thank Damien enough for his hard work and expertise in helping me out and I would strongly recommend this studio to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Sam Wilcox is a very professional and excellent physiotherapist, and always very friendly and kind. His rehab programs have helped my leg issues, as well as other concerns, allowing for my level of ability with a gradual progression in difficulty of exercises. All the staff are helpful and 'cheery' and the new Malvern venue is excellent.

Fantastic experience: My neck was so sore and tense it was painful to move and sleep. Awake and in pain at 2am, I found a next-day morning appointment with Mariah and was able to book online. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and asked me my goals for the session and worked to those. I felt relief in my neck from the first session, that got better each day with some basic but really effective exercises she gave me to do. I can't recommend her enough. In general, the cost of sessions at the clinic are also pretty reasonable.

Fantastic experience: A great experience dealing with the Platinum Physio team, who called me back in the evening when I first called, got me in the next day for my session, and great treatment from physio Rod and a follow up call. Dealing with the whole team from front desk to treatment was professional, friendly, good info about services and fees when I asked, and they followed up after. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Central location on a busy corner (Chapel/Dandenong Rd). Bottom floor empty so take stairs up to 1st floor. Big exercise room. Snug treatment room. My Physio was tops.

Fantastic experience: Rod is an excellent practitioner. Was able to diagnose and manage my back pain within minutes.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Uneducated staff causing more trauma to increase visits. The bruising caused by one appointment was likened to a car crash by my doctor.

Fantastic experience: After having suffered a moderate disc herniation I was recommended by a Neurologist to proceed with surgery. Not wanting to do this I was referred to Platinum Physio by a friend who had used them previously with great results. After my first consultation Rod I was advised that surgery could be avoided and after several weeks of consultations my mobility has returned to normal. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Due to a car accident I have multiple physio needs, and Platinum Physio have been able to help with each injury and create a plan towards recovery. The physiotherapists are knowledgeable and caring. The treatment that I have had with my TMJ issues has been amazing and my treating therapist Rodney Grof has given me a recovery plan that has seen the best results, and healing. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything in detail and works with me to set and achieve manageable goals towards working for a better quality of life. I can highly recommend them for any treatment that you need.

Negative experience: I was insulted by one of the Physio's whilst being treated i found that to be extremely disrespectful on his behalf and not professional at all, i then cancelled my appointments, after that the manager rang me up and started an argument with me because he would not except what happened, i will not be going to this medical centre again. and yes i do have the right place thank you very much chapel gate medical is where you are first floor and that is a great example of this bushiness and the lack of integrity it posses .

Fantastic experience: Went to Platinum Physio Windsor after my low back surgery. Prior to coming to see Rod Grof at Platinum Physio Windsor, I was mentally and physically wrecked, had no confidence in my body, and was totally paranoid about not re-injuring myself. First and foremost, Rod gave me hope, and over the course of the next several years, I was able to rebuild both my body and my confidence. His unique system of a blend between Pilates and functional floor exercises is super helpful, my strength has returned.

Fantastic experience: I had major surgery on my knee, platinum physio have been treating me with the latest / cleanest equipment situated in a large open space. The team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, supportive & understanding. It has been 2 months since my surgery and I'm already a month ahead of the surgeons predictions. They have onsite parking and great access. I haven't had any issues booking / changing appointments. I recommend you take a look at platinum, you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I recently did a pilates class with Jules.I haven't done a class with him before.He was fantastic and tailored the class to my needs. Now i have 3 great physios ( Rod, Carly and Jules) classes to choose from to get a fabulous work out . Negative experience: The Staff are good however the Greed of Platinum to want to charge such enormous amounts of out of pocket gap payments $$$$ to the injured patients is horrendous. They should reassess their fees, be upfront when booking with no surprises. Won't be going back unless they fix their fees for WorkCover, TAC, Private Medical Extras. Injured and broke seems to be their administrational agenda. Five minutes walk from where I live and now I'll have to drive to a preferred Physiotherapy Centre. Good way to lose patients and reputation Platinum. Think again. Laughable that they have so many gullible rich patients stating they are the best, these people must have more money than sense. Be injured get broke go to Platinum Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Finding a good physio can be difficult, because it's basically trial and error. I found Platinum using Google and it had great ratings, so I gave it a shot. I am glad to be adding to its great ratings, because they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and sure know how to make a wry neck feel much better! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a physio.

Fantastic experience: 5 years ago after sustaining an unfortunate lower disc Back injury in Crossfit and developing chronic Osteitis Pubis, I was told by my surgeon that I would never play sport again. This news absolutely destroyed me and I led a very modest and unhappy life for 4 years with little joy and barely any physical activity. A friend of mine recommended me to try Platinum Physio. It has now been 1 year since I made that fateful phone call and thanks to their wunderkind Jarrod Sherwin and my bi-weekly appointments with him (which are now the highlights of my week), my back is now in incredulous shape and my OP is non-existent. On top of that I am now Rich and my life is back on track. A shout out to the rest of the supremely talented staff at Platinum Physio as well who make treating physical pain a genuine cakewalk.

Fantastic experience: I had a serious case of sciatica last year. Pain killers etc. And considered an operation... I thought I'll never be able to do any type of sport again! Then I met Rod... Fantastic experience: Very impressed at the high level of customer service and excellent direction from my instructor, Monica. I had injured my back earlier in the year and had been recommended to try physio pilates to help reduce the pain. I was somewhat cynical but after 10 sessions with Monica, I can say that I am stoked with the results. I haven't had any pain in several weeks and am considerably stronger in the areas targeted to assist my injury. I would recommend platinum physio to anyone with a musculoskeletal injury as they provide a comfortable environment and are very supportive in assisting you with your injuries.

Fantastic experience: Platinum Physio helped me out of a debilitating shoulder injury to a fully functional and constantly improving body. Rodney is simply magic, an utterly professional, understanding healer. The good bit is that the entire staff are pros, so on the occasional instance when Rod is unavailable, other staff are of the highest calibre.

Fantastic experience: When I started to come to clinical pilates at Platinum, I went from not being able to walk more than ten metres without severe pain, to being able to ride a bike and run within 3 months. Prior to coming here I had been seeing a Chiropractor 3 times a week for 3 months with little effect for my particular condition. What I like about this place is there is a nice amount of space between the equipment and that the classes are not too busy. Over the last year and a bit of coming here I have used all of the instructors and they have been equally awesome. I hope that they update their Google Map listing so that it comes up in a "Clinical Pilates" map search. I went to 2 other Clinical Pilates places before finding this place, through seeing a billboard.

Not only did Rodney fix my back, he diagnosed the root cause. Now I attend regular Pilates sessions at Platinum Physio to strengthen my core and my back has never felt better!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Platinum Physio in Windsor after experiencing terrible pains in my shoulder when I lifted my left arm above my head. After booking a consultation with Rodney, we sat down and discussed possible causes for the pain and a treatment plan. Rodney was extemely proffessional in his approach and displayed fantastic knowledge in regards to possible causes of how this injury had incured. As a keen cyclist, my upper body had lacked the attention it deserved over the past year and my shoulder / shoulder blade muscles had weakened as a result. After demonstrating some strengthening exercises in the studio, Rodney observed as I peformed these exercies to ensure I had the correct form and technique. Every month, Rodney would change the exercise regime and re-assess the injury. I do not feel any pain in my shoulder now thanks to the great work done by Platinum Physio in Windsor. Will definately be going back in the future.
