Fantastic experience: This gym has been excellent, alot of equipment and machines, the staff have been excellent and friendly all round, and as beginner who was very anxious and nervous about starting the community there has been very helpful, always friendly and willing to give advice, have not had a bad experience at all in the 3 months I've been going. The pricing is really good and includes the classes within it too (haven't tried them yet) Being available 24/7 has also worked so well with my work times too. Really enjoy my time there. I look forward to it

Negative experience: The staffs over there were very rude. They can’t even say hi when you are waving at them. Worst customer service and disrespectful environment.

Fantastic experience: This isn’t a gym, it’s a community. The gym is filled with really nice members and staff. It has really modern equipment which is maintained well and a really good floor layout for the machines. I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and facilities. Everything is always very clean and well maintained. Staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and someone has always been available to help out when needed. My wife attends some of the classes here and has also had some private pt sessions and really enjoyed them. Highly recommended this gym!

Firstly, the facility is top-notch with all-new equipment meticulously maintained. The gym's commitment to cleanliness is outstanding; they provide non-alcoholic wipes to ensure every surface is hygienic—a small detail that makes a big difference. Moreover, there's a strong emphasis on respect and safety here; members are encouraged to return weights to their racks, fostering a tidy and organized environment. Having interacted closely with each staff member, including the owner Cat who personally conducted my gym induction, I can attest to their professionalism and genuine care for every member. This gym promotes inclusivity and ensures a safe space for all. Furthermore, the gym has implemented a smart solution for busy periods. They use an app that informs members about current occupancy levels, allowing everyone to plan their workouts accordingly. While some might complain about availability during peak times, it's important to understand that the gym's popularity is a testament to its quality, and they're doing their best within their physical limitations. Fantastic experience: Ozzfit Wallan is an incredible 24/7 access gym facility. They have great gym equipment and cardio machines, as well as a great range of group classes. You will always be greeted by friendly staff, who love looking after their members and the club!

Negative experience: I am writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment with the management at ozzyfit wallan. It has become evident that the management team does not prioritize listening to or assisting their customers. On multiple occasions, I have raised concerns and provided feedback regarding the facilities and services, only to be met with indifference or outright neglect. It is incredibly disheartening to feel that my voice, and the voices of other members, are not being heard or valued. The lack of responsiveness from management is particularly evident when it comes to addressing problems with equipment, cleanliness, and overall gym maintenance. Despite numerous complaints, issues remain unresolved for extended periods, indicating a clear disregard for customer satisfaction and safety. Furthermore, attempts to seek assistance from management often result in unhelpful and dismissive responses. There seems to be a pervasive attitude of apathy towards members' needs and concerns, which is unacceptable for a facility that relies on customer loyalty and trust. I strongly urge the management at ozzyfit gym wallan to reconsider their approach and start valuing the feedback and concerns of their members. Effective communication, prompt action, and a genuine commitment to customer service are crucial for creating a positive and supportive gym environment. Until these changes are made, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone seeking a facility that respects and values its member

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Has an amazing vibe and the personal trainers are all friendly and non judgmental. The equipment is all state of the art and easy to use. The facilities are very clean and most members are respectful of maintaining this. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get fit and healthy and also make new friends.

Negative experience: Decided to cancel my membership today because there was not one single ab machine or a recumbent bike! Every fitness centre that I have been a member of usually has at least 4 of these devices, but here at Ozzfit, ZERO. To add insult to injury I was told that there must be a 28 Days Notice to cancel. Insane! Every other gym just refunds you pro rata. And they refused to refund the scanner deposit? And please also make the effort to get in some lockers. Have never seen a gym without lockers before! Horrible security. Ozzfit, time to lift your game!

Positive experience: Very busy during the evenings. Almost crowded. Other than that, it's a good gym with most of the equipments for general workouts.

Fantastic experience: My second home! the gym has great equipment, space, a good layout, friendly members, and even fun classes. And the staff members are absolutely amazing! From ensuring your safety, motivating you to perform your best, they also ensure building a strong relationship with you. Altogether it is really hard to take a rest day or stay away from. Ozzfit is family to me :)

Fantastic experience: Ozzfit has been an unbelievably great experience for me. And I say that after nearly 10 years of trying gyms everywhere. So to start with everything is brand new and sparkling. The grey floormats add to the modern feel. The decor is just top class. Mirrors everywhere, matted finish equipment that connect with QR codes, indoor plants, spacious well equipped bathrooms, storage space, water fountain - everything very modern and world class. I love pin loaded gym equipment and there is plenty. The area is huge and its so well filled. There has hardly ever been a time I've had to wait to use any equipment. Of course everything looks so new and well maintained. Now to the part I wasn't prepared for - the people. They have been so nice - not fake nice - genuinely good. When my tag wouldn't work and it was a bit hard for me to come in person during staffed hours to collect the replacement, Jess actually dropped it off to my home! She has been unbelievable. So I'm paying really low prices for a very modern and advanced facility that is spacious and well equipped and the people are genuine. I am genuinely happy and am so grateful that I signed up.

Fantastic experience: OzzFit Wallan is the best gym in the area. Brand new building, equipment, machines, barbells and coloured weight plates! The layout is perfect, spacious, clean and has a great vibe. As a Strongman Athlete, they cater for my needs very well! Dumbbells up to 60kg! I highly recommend you get a tour by one of the lovely OzzFit staff. The gym is open 24/7, the membership is affordable and gives you access to all of their locations in Kilmore, Kyneton, and Wallan!
