Positive experience: Kieser is fantastic. Staff are amazing. This venue is mixed: good central location in Camberwell Junction, clean and bright, have to climb narrow stairs, small and cramped inside, some of the machines are quite old, some clocks don't work

Negative experience: Kieser was pumped up as a wonderful way for me to be stronger in my older age. However about 8 weeks in I am underwhelmed. I’ve had minimal preparation and instruction and I’m quite scared of some of the weights machines as a result. No one seems to care all that much about you unless you go looking for assistance. I really have no idea what I’m working towards or how the different weight machines will change my body. I can only hope it improves! I’m not giving up quite yet. I would say to anyone about to embark on Kieser-make sure you get really good preparation advice at the outset.

Thanks to great treatment form Aren and diligent guidance from Chrissy I was able to alleviate muscle tightness and continue enjoying an active lifestyle.

Positive experience: Have been using for 2-3 years and find it a great way to prevent back weakness. Recently was away for several months and noticed a decline in my fitness and sore back. After absence went back to Kieser and within a month was back to old self. I generally use the facilities 2-3 times a week for about 45 mins each time. Staff are friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: Never /Never ever give up ! Having a new update to see about my training program and also that l need to look at sorting out my breathing issues that cause me not able to run . Kieser Camberwell 2019 l started strength training to maintain my body . As elite Marathon runner most of my life [ 1977 Australian Marathon Championship 2rd 2HRS 20SECS ] ln 2011 l had a misshapen that leaded to a series of [ 7 ] operations on my abdominal area last in 2019 . With a new update l saw Ared Toder one of Physiotherapist that had a great understanding about my issues .Putting all my medical people on the same page and with new tests to see why l cannot run [ 200 /300meters only ] As a strong believer in quality of life and maintaining all that live for in very long career why we live . Maintaining my body l have got my lean muscles back BUT my abdominal area has been compromised that seem to lead to my breathing issues ! Having just turned 60 with a broken down body the team at kieser with their individualised approach have put me back together again and for guys my age it is a must to at least go and get assessed as you won’t look back

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the Kieser Camberwell clinic for several years and have always found the staff to be friendly and approachable. It is a comfortable and clean environment for training without the machismo that you find in a lot of gyms. The equipment is easy to use and when combined with the Kieser app it is a structured way to train and track/monitor progress. The tailored approach to training with oversight from a highly professional team of physios has delivered great results for me and assisted in significantly strengthening and improving mobility in a problematic knee. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I have found the service has dropped over covid. I was attracted to this gym because there were staff who might advise if you had a query about a piece of equipment. This hasn't happened the last 3 times I went.

Fantastic experience: Carly is fantastic - was really good at listening to my issue descriptions, really good at troubleshooting and explaining my issues in a simple to understand language + prescribed exercises/etc led to a visible improvement! Had lower back & 1 leg knee pain for years. Experienced a massive improvement after even a few months & a couple of sessions. Still ways to go, but I can now go for a run without being out of action for a few days after.

Fantastic experience: If you know you need to strengthen your muscles and fix those aches and pains, to fully enjoy your life, and stop yourself by saying I don't like gyms - then Keiser is definitely for you. No loud music, No lycra just warm and friendly people who are there to support and encourage you. No one is too young or to old at Keiser and everything is done at your own pace. It really is a place I have no hesitation in recommending.
