Negative experience: They try to charge you a fee just to cancel your membership...

Negative experience: Recently became unemployed. Asked to freeze my account till I found employment. Got told it was approved. Then Snap moorooka kept trying to take money out. Tried many times to call and left message to please contact me. This went on for some time. This guy Dave contacted me. Didn't care about my situation or me. Said, You have a contact. Didn't care. Just young gym junkies that don't care about people or how they are trying to work things out . Avoid Dave .

Negative experience: The gym itself is okay, but the staff are pathetically incompetent. I wasn't able to enter the gym on multiple occasions because of a lack of communication.

Positive experience: The functional training area is quite small and can feel unsafe. People use dumbbells very close to where others are stretching, which creates a cramped and uncomfortable environment. If you’re mainly interested in weightlifting, this gym could work, but it’s not ideal if you need more space for stretching.

Fantastic experience: If you’ve been to many snaps around Brisbane you’ll agree that this one is a pleasure to be in. It’s clean, it’s big, it’s friendly. Ample machines, squat racks, cables. Plenty for all. SF didn’t miss with this one.

Negative experience: bad service! I paid for a service for a month but before the 3rd day it could be canceled and they would return your money. It's been 4 months and they still haven't returned my money. I have contacted them by email and they always tell me they will solve it and they never do! 0 recommended

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend this gym, I have been to many gyms and this one is standout. The open plan weights and cardio floor is well laid out, ample space between machines, clear view of where everything is. The bathrooms were pleasant and had really decent hairdryers. The underground parking was very convenient and secure. The staff were friendly and I felt safe and comfortable here. Gym goers were also friendly and approachable, the vibes were great. Machines and equipment were fantastiv quality, I especially loved the cycle bikes. The wipe cloths were always available never empty.

Positive experience: Great gym. Horrible change facilities. The bathrooms smell awful and aren’t great for showering and changing. Very small area.

Fantastic experience: On the 28/10, my mates and I went to Snap at around 5:30pm - 7pm. Here while we were doing our session, we wanted to try out deadlifts and implement it into our training routine. With no prior knowledge on how to do the exercise, we didn't want to injure ourselves but still wanted to give it a shot. So, one of our mates dads asked Jay Sonu, one of the personal trainers at the gym who'd finished with all his clients and was in the middle of his own workout session. With his kind and caring personality, he decided to guide us through the exercise and teach us properly on what the form and technique looked like. He taught us the form thoroughly and made sure we didn't injure ourselves. Even despite teaching us the form and him returning back to his workout, he still continued to make sure we wouldn't hurt ourselves, and still continued to teach us kindly. Jay & the Snap Team, I want to say Thank you very much for having such great team and especially to Jay for his willingness to help my mates and I. He is a very generous man in which I know you all know. Thank You

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym. It's always a warm and friendly welcome when you enter the gym. Great equipment, it's always good to see a gym investing in it's members with the latest equipment. The gym is always clean and tidy, weights and equipment always in their place. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. A special mention to Dave (gym manager) incredibly friendly and helpful he's a credit to the business does an outstanding job. I can highly recommend Snap fitness Moorooka for all your Gym requirements.

Negative experience: An extremely tiring and disappointing experience with the gym. Requested a refund after cancelling the membership within the 3 day grace period. After over a month and numerous false promises via email exchanges, I have yet to receive my refund. For current or would-be gym members, I highly suggest be wary of their refund processes and so as not to fall under the same plight as me; waiting indefinitely for my refund (assuming if I am ever getting it back in the first place). Not recommended.

Negative experience: Don’t use Snap fitness Moorooka, I got Covid and couldn’t use their gym due to serious illness problems that followed and Ive been issued legal action and a $530 dollar bill to pay.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a lovely facility with all the necessary equipment and more. I haven't checked out the group fitness offerings yet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the secure parking that is only available to customers. Bathroom facilities were clean and well appointed.

Positive experience: Very good gym with plenty of squat racks and a good mix of machine and free weights. Busy at the usual times but normally quiet except for 5-7 pm week days: like i say, usual times. Clean, friendly and non lunk zone . . . tattoos optional *eye roll*

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with a wide range of high quality and new equipment, friendly and helpful staff, and a positive atmosphere! Definitely recommend for new users and experienced users alike! :) The staff at Snap Fitness Moorooka are very nice and always available to help you if you need help, whether this be with how to use an equipment or administration related issues. The personal trainers are all super happy and helpful and are happy to give pointers regardless of whether you are their client or not. If you are thinking of joining the gym and have no idea what to do or what equipment to use, i highly recommend coming here since the positive and uplifting environment will make you feel quite relaxed. Everyone, whether its staff or gym goers, are happy to help new people on how to use a machine or lift etc. Easily the best snap fitness gym I have been to! Would recommend!

Negative experience: Poor administration and inaccurate billing of fees during membership and still being charged more than one month after cancelling my membership. Addendum: Thank you for your response. Your company has continued to try to bill me since the finances were settled for which I have incurred fees. In addition, you state that you cancelled my membership one week early but that is because you started billing me one week prior to me signing my membership.

With the several times my wife and I have been to the facility to train, both the gym itself and it's bathrooms have had a high degree of cleanliness. Great facility.
