Negative experience: Really poor ventilation with signs saying do not open windows. Water fountain broke and 2 months later still not fixed. Avoid, go to another Anytime if you can.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Anytime Fitness' I have been to across the world. Its clean, open and has one of the best selection of weights, machines and open space to work in. As a kettle bell lifter, they have an amazing selection of kettle bells. The staff are always friendly and there to help you with what ever you need.

Negative experience: I want to cancel my membership at Anytime fitness North Albury. I called three times to cancel the membership but they are not helping. Everytime different person pick up call and tell different way to follow up even my contract is finished they still want to charge another 4 weeks. It is worse experience with anytime fitness North Arbury
Hi Pinder, this doesn’t seem to be an accurate reflection of the service we provide. However there does seem to be a miscommunication somewhere. We have reviewed your file, and as per the Anytime Fitness Membership Agreement (1) To ensure our members security and privacy we need to receive all cancellations in writing. Which our staff advised to you (2) You do need to provide 30-days notice if you wish to cancel. Now that you have cancelled your agreement, it seems you’re just unhappy with the terms of the agreement which you signed when you joined enabling us to providing you with a great value membership. We hope you actually enjoyed training with us, all the best in the future.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Clean as a whistle. Lots of machines I’ve never seen, as well as the usual high quality anytime staples. Great showers too!

Fantastic experience: This was a great Anytime fitness, I used this gym for a week why I was in town with family and I wish this was in my home town! Clean gym with plenty of equipment and great shower/ getting ready facilities. There was one machine down the week I was there but they have so many options in the gym it didn't effect my workout. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Very disappointed.... very poor staff service... Never go for Contract service until you are much dedicated for gym... Beginners should pay per week...Wasted money for 1.5year in contract ($33 per fortnightly and $1320 so far).... phone call never picked up and most annoying thing money still deducting after completion of contract .... (no approval had been taken to continue contract after 1.5year)...
Hi Channapreet, When you joined us, you had the choice of 12 month minimum term, 18 month minimum term or our Flexi option with no lock-in term. You were also asked if you would like to pay weekly or fortnightly. All members get that choice. The rate you have quoted in your review was our 18 month rate at the time, so yes, that is your minimum term, after which point you’re able to cancel. It’s our most affordable option. We will complete an internal review to make sure our phones are being answered, however, we do have voicemail. Either way, your cancellation needs to be in writing via our cancellation form or a simple email. If you’re an observer reading this review, and are thinking about joint our gym, please ask us what the minimum term is, when you choose 18-month option and we’ll tell you, it’s 18-months. Commit to a healthy lifestyle. Commit to you. Beginner or advanced. 12 or 18 month minimum. Weekly or fortnightly payments. The choice is yours ✌️

Fantastic experience: I wasn't expecting much walking in to this gym. From the outside it looks really small. When I got inside, I was quite amazed! They have really utilised the space here really well, and have accomplished building a fantastic gym and amazing environment. I will definitely be visiting here a lot more often!

Positive experience: Decent place to go to the gym it's open 24/7 so happy about that but no staff on weekends which doesn't seem right really
Hi Electra, Thanks for the review. We’re a small local team and we stretch our hours as much as possible. Our trainers are on the floor most mornings from 6am and Membership Consultants until 7pm Mon to Wed & 4pm on Thursday and Friday’s. We are in fact staffed on Saturday mornings, just not Sunday afternoon when you left this review. Let us know if you need a face to face catch-up. You can make a time so we can give you 100%. We’re always keen to help with your training.

Positive experience: Great Staff and amenities. 24 hour convenience and adequate parking. Be warned... The Crowd DJ music system is great.... Until you get a muscle head who wants to put metal music on. Not very motivating.
