Fantastic experience: Enjoying the experience very much, it’s great having trainers close by to advise and the atmosphere is so welcoming.
Fantastic experience: This is excellent place to train! The space is clean and professional, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm really happy with the child minding service. The sessions are great with enough variety that you don't get bored and the pace can be adjusted to suit different levels.

Fantastic experience: I have been at f45 for 3 weeks now and absolutely loving it. I have been on and off going to the gym for yrs now and I chose to take up f45 to kick start me back into the swing of things and im so glad i did! The time goes fast when you are working out but they are challenging classes to suit your capabilities, with motivation where needed and regular rest periods. Very welcoming staff and always friendly and happy to see you.

Fantastic experience: If only there were more stars, I’d give F45 Gladstone a 10 star rating!!! I absolutely love turning up every day and not having to think about my workout, I love the positive vibes from other participants and coaches, and I love how it’s made me feel after just three weeks there! I was so nervous at first heading into a group setting, but if it’s one thing I can guarantee, it’s that you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Everyone is way too focused on their own journey to even look at you during the workout….Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with F45 Gladstone since the doors opened 5yrs ago. In this time I have made friendships with people that will last a lifetime. The workouts are great and never the same, the trainers are supportive and encouraging (and fun) and the overall vibe of the studio is like a family. Fantastic experience: F45 training is good but F45 Gladstone Training is the best! Functional 45mins of training isn’t the only thing you get here. You get Fitness, guaranteed. You have Fun…Fun, because your Friends are by your side and because the Family of coaches, encourage you, acknowledge you and appreciate you. Every time! The workouts change and keep you guessing. There’s no boredom, plenty of laughs and even more results. The standard of coaching is above and beyond. There’s times where you’ll see them in studio working out too, or they’ll jump in next to you, to help motivate you through it. I started on the Free Trial and just keep coming back for more. Fitness doesn’t come along with fun, friends and family often or even with the word free for that matter. But no matter what level of fitness you have or want to achieve, F45 Gladstone can help you out for sure

They are full of energy and create the perfect atmosphere to smash out a workout…and they pick some awesome tunes to get you moving! F45 Gladstone become become part of your life! Fantastic experience: Great team training atmosphere. Coaches are approachable and helpful during the session. Mix of cardio and resistance training to suit anyone. Definately get in and give it a go.

Fantastic experience: F45 Gladstone provides you with a total body workout & cardio burn that is exceptional. I've noticed in the past 6 months better mobility with joints especially my shoulders. Fantastic experience: 100% recommend F45, I usually go to a normal gym and find it hard to motivate myself to really put in 100%. It can sometimes take me 1hr to do a 45min workout because I get distracted or just take longer breaks in between. Since being at F45 I’ve done more cardio, improved technique with lifting & just really enjoying not only my workouts but also the environment! If you need that extra push definitely give it a go, it’s definitely worth it!!!

Fantastic experience: It’s going to be a year soon that I will be doing F45 … let’s just say I was scared and nervous to do it … a dear family friend took me along and let’s just say I have never looked back … lol … the staff are super amazing and extremely helpful and always there to help … I have made some amazing friends at the studio too … the vibe at F45 is what makes me keep going back … they go all out to help accomodate you when you have injuries and they walk around checking if you ok and modify the exercise to keep you going … I have tried many other places but F45 is my go too place … if you want to loose weight and get fit and healthy this is place to be … go on and give it go and I promise you won’t regret it … the F45 challenge is a good place to start … Xx

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the F45 classes for one month now and thoroughly enjoy it! All the staff are so welcoming, professional and dedicated to delivering a high quality service. You can see they thoroughly enjoy what they do and it shows through their training. As soon as I walk into the door I am greeted with friendly faces and words of encouragement. The classes delivered each week are a true workout and are always changing, which is definitely what I'm looking for. The online booking system is also a breeze to use.
