Negative experience: Can not cancel membership online. Can't get through on the phone. Can't find someone in hours that are ment to be staffed.
Negative experience: Old equipment, mouldy a/c units that leak, floor lifting up and peeling. The pool looks condemned, pretty lousy gym. Their cancellation policy also sucks. They’ll try and keep billing you for as long as they can. Try Goodlife or Anytime Fitness, they’re about the same cost.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff, up to date equipment and great programs.
Fantastic experience: As a new member here, I can honestly say that this place is amazing. After working in customer service for the past decade, I can tell the good from the bad. Big shout out to the girls for making me welcome, specifically Naraana (I think that's her name ) for carving time out of her day to show me around and make sure that I felt welcomed. That's how you buy customer loyalty. I look forward to continuing my membership here! Cheers!
Negative experience: They made it as impossible as they could for us to cancel membership. All up from beginning to end, took about 7 months of them continuing to take money out of bank account before they finally accepted my cancellation request and ceased taking payments. It was the worst gym trap of our lives. Plus Fitness at North Ipswich was easy and respectful when we needed to cancel membership there. What a stark comparison. Club Lime make it sound like it's easy to cancel when you first join up, but the reality is completely different when the time comes that you need to get out of that contract.
Negative experience: Extremely dated. Not branded like the other club Limes. This equipment is left over from previous gym brand. Pool is not in use and no longer available for members. Make change rooms have 2 seats. That’s it. No benches to sit, four hooks to hang things for the entire change room and one drain to share between 3 showers so which ever poor bugger is in the middle will be standing in everyone else’s dirt water and probably Urine. And I’m pretty sure the shower soap his just the hand soap. Positive: has a sauna
Negative experience: Make sure you read the terms and conditions about their free offers,cancelled after 1 day as they have removed equipment, was told I only had to pay $2 to cancel, then they milk your credit card, rude staff don't go there waste of money.
Positive experience: Really sad to say-- no squash courst at all now. Owner has closed down!! Players are disappointed- part of our membership - gone!!

Negative experience: Never going here or trusting this gym again. We had a tour and specifically asked about their cancelation policy. We we told to COME IN STORE and it could canceled IMMEDIATELY. I went in store last week to cancel and was told to do it online not I’m store and that it’s 28 days notice. I now have to pay 60 for the 28 days I will not be using. The gym it’s self is very tiny and usually crowded not much equipment except for weights. Minimal cardio equipment. We were also never told about the late fee for membership either which is an extra $12 . I’m disgusted with the poor communication and no effort to fix what has been wronged

Negative experience: Applied for a membership to start late last year, never stepped one foot into the gym as I had to leave on a trip that was unexpected. Called the staff and advised I was leaving and wanted to postpone my membership till I returned. They advised me I needed to come into the gym and have my ID photo taken before I could use the facilities and be charged. Been charged every week since applied. asked to be reimbursed or credited and was told they cannot help me without any medical certificate or proof of communication. Which I have neither of. Can't even credit a customer who has paided for months without realising and not stepped into the gym. Never stepped into the gym and I want to start next week, what kind of company doesn't look after there customers. All the reviews that are 5 stars are from years ago. What an upset (never even walked in the door)

Negative experience: Got flooded back in FEB Unfortunately was offered no support and they will keep charging your account even if you want it cancelled. they refuse to cancel your service until your amount is paid, and will permantly charge you if you can't afford the fee they charge 0/10 would reccomend 1 star is unfortunately the lowest I can give

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my time being part of this gym, the only complaint I would have was the lack of airflow, I like to have air blowing on me as I hate feeling too hot. Staff are really friendly and always willing to help, especially Katy. They offer many classes, I personally didn't take any of them but they seemed very good. There is also have a pool outside if you're wanting to use it, not a full size lap pool but it's a decent size (good for people with joint issues). There are lockers to utilise and an in house sauna, toilets and showers and cold water on demand. Quite COVID safe, there are always wipes and sprays for the equipment available. The range of equipment is perfect, there are cardio machines, weight machines and free weights, something for everybody.

Negative experience: Made it next to impossible to cancel our membership, and when we finally did, found out they'd neglected to tell us that they'd changed their terms and conditions so we were left having to pay 28 days notice, instead of 14 days. Shonky as hell, avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, has everything you could need. Love the pool and sauna for those easy rest days as well. Many great classes available at no extra cost. I look forward to going in everyday. Excellent value.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Love the privacy of the boxing room downstairs. Very reasonably priced. Great to have facilities like a pool, tennis and squash courts available and great fitness classes. Love it.

Modern equipment with plenty for everyone, nice modern amenities that are always kept clean and provide enough space if needing to get ready for work etc post workout. A gym that really covers everything including squash and aqua aerobics and have their own Dietician and EP.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff & best value for money I could find for gyms in the area. Offers more than your standard gym (tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool) and has decent range of classes. Really enjoying my membership here :)

Fantastic experience: Fair membership prices for what you're getting: pool, squash discounts, boxing room, sauna, renovated facilities, Olympic weightlifting platform, classes, friendly staff, and all the regular gym things. Been a member to quite a few gyms, and this one has to be one of the best. Big fan.
