Positive experience: Lovely gym with a good amount of equipment and facilities, not too crowded or intimidating. All the staff are very friendly and their contracts and policies are reasonable and affordable. Just be cautious of any policies they have, they don't make you aware of their cancellation policies when you first join.

Fantastic experience: Great clean facility, not too busy, equipment in the correct places making workouts a real pleasure. Staff are very supportive and the clientele are great as well.

Positive experience: Not a bad little gym. Nice and quiet, no social media presence to speak of really, no events.

Fantastic experience: First gym I signed up to when I moved to Australia after trying a few, and love it! Small gym but it has mostly everything you need and you’re never waiting too long for a machine. Really friendly, non judgemental atmosphere (members and staff) and I always feel really comfortable there. Great little community in that gym with people of all fitness levels!

Fantastic experience: Well spaced gym, set up wonderfully. The showers and toilets are always spotless. Fantastic experience: I'm giving 5 because of how great, kind and understanding the staff here are. They are some of the nicest people to have running the gym and im so happy that this is my home gym because of this. Also, the gym itself is very spacious set up well and the toilets are always spotless. I can't fault it.

Fantastic experience: We have been members of Anytime Fitness, Burpengary for a few years now. When we walked in the first day we loved the "feel" of the gym. There is ample equipment, the staff are lovely, they always have a smile on their faces and are helpful. The members are friendly and there is a wide range of ages amongst the members, no need to feel uncomfortable when beginning your gym journey. The convenience of being an AF member is the fact that you can make use of the facilities world wide unlike and other gym that we aware of.

If you are someone who is intimidated by gym life, you should definitely give this gym a go. Gym is clean and they go the extra with having regular professional cleaner.. very impressive!!

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for over 3 years. New staff as of recent have been amazing positive and supportive of goals. Friendly atmosphere with the people around you and the familiar faces that are in same time every day make it easy on people like myself who suffer anxiety and find it hard to be around new faces. looking forward to the rebuild In the near future.

Negative experience: Make cancellation of membership absolutely impossible. Sent written evidence of cancellation and paid up to date, then had a very rude phone call from the manager 5 months after cancellation been threatened with collection officer over money that was already paid. Not professional at all

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for my partner and I to look around and sign up for this gym. When arriving there was no staff to be seen and after waiting about 20 minutes no staff turned up. Won’t be going back here.

Negative experience: Had a 6-month contract in 2016- I cancelled and finalised this contract when I moved house. They sent me a cancellation email to confirm it back in 2016, and I paid the outstanding $170 for the remainder of my contract to be paid out. I just had a creditor call me (February 2021), 5 YEARS after my membership had been finalised, regarding a $600 membership fee that is in arrears. They had locked me into an 18-month contract without me even knowing!!!! They have lodged this arrears with a crediting agency, and it has been negatively affecting my credit file. AVOID THIS GYM!!! Absolutely furious!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible customer service, the gym itself has most things you need, but the manager is by the far worst representative of any brand I've come across. She's horrible to multiple customers and blatantly makes up lies to get her way. She needs to go or the club with never be able to grow as a community.

Positive experience: Basically a really good little gym. Im a loyal customer of 3 years. My only complaint.. the gym is filthy. There a woman being paid as a cleaner but the resemblance ends there. Maybe if she was paid the percentage she cleans? Not good for business! Or the rest of us An update...an effort was made and things have improved re cleaning. Atm a new manager, Prince, is making a huge difference. His manner, energy, and even a willingness to clean the gym in detail is a great improvement. However I think he's only temperary.

Positive experience: Not enough fans, especially facing the treadmills, where you sweat a lot and become over heated. The treadmills at Zap fitness have built in fans. And I wish they would turn the air-cons up.
