Fantastic experience: The facilities, programming and especially the coaches are top tier. Special attention is payed to technique and you will always get a good honest session under your belt. Johann and Katelin and their team are awesome, supportive and get the best out of you!!!!

Fantastic experience: If I could rate 10 stars I would! CFUE always has time for the members Such a fun yet competitive vibe. Coaches always supportive and encouraging of hitting personal goals! ️‍♂️ Stop in do a WOD and see for yourself.

Negative experience: Sad to have to update my review from 5 stars to. 1 star but after our gym was closed unexpectedly with no clear updates or warning from the owners, I feel like I need to. The gym is shut permanently now anyway. The community and coach K (and the other coaches) were incredible, but this experience of being left in the lurch has left a bad taste. To the owners - pay your bills man, respond to council notices, communicate with your community, show some transparency, be better people, no hate, just be better. We were hurt because our safe space was taken away from us and are now scrambling around trying to find a new safe space to train. Not cool.

Fantastic experience: CFUE southport has become like a second home. My partner and I find when we train with Johann and "the big K" we can enjoy a cheeky maccas guilt free! The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and have hired the best coaches! We love this place!

Negative experience: CFUE have closed their Coomera doors, kept the community in the dark and taken money (our memberships and pre-orders for merchandise) and have not provided refunds.

Fantastic experience: This gym is surely the place I learn the most about body mechanism and technique. Katelyn and Johann are both super friendly and chill and lavish on sharing their knowledge about health, nutrition and technique. Thank you guys for being my coach for a full year, before I moved!

Fantastic experience: Picked CrossFit Urban Energy as my first Aussie gym, and dang, did they make me feel right at home! The owner's super chill, and the crew here? Top-notch friendly. Workouts? Tough but a blast. Seriously, can't rave enough about this spot and its awesome vibe.

Fantastic experience: Having only trained for a month or so prior, CrossFit can be quite intimidating to say the least. But honestly CrossFit Urban could of not made me feel any more welcome. The fact they actual care,the knowledge and the patience they give to every individual is amazing. They are hands down the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. Fantastic experience: I came to Crossfit Urban Energy while on a 11 day holiday on the Gold Coast. I’ve battled severe anxiety and depression for quite a long time and one of my main strategies is exercise, I needed to get into action quickly. Although nervous about going to a new gym, I pushed myself into UE and had an amazing experience. The time that both Joe and Amy put into me, getting my technique correct exceeded my expectations as I was really only in their gym for a week. I also really appreciated the support and camaraderie of the other members, straight away welcoming me as if I was an old friend. I was able to attend 6 sessions in 11 days. I look forward to being back on our next holiday ASAP.

Fantastic experience: I look forward to heading in each day to see what the class will bring. The coach's at urban are supportive and helpful even if you can't do whats set out in the normal class. People think you need to be fit already to start crossfit, this is far from the truth. You will get fit by going to crossfit and make some awesome friends at the same time. Gym will become something you look forward to everyday not something you have to do, not to mention Urban is the place to do it at.
