Negative experience: Very disappointed with this place, especially with the way the staff member handled it. The moment I walked through the door, she stopped me because I had clean safety boots on, which I always train with. It was the first time I heard about not being able to train with safety steel caps, which are safer for training and lifting weights! She could have let me train this time and given a chance to someone who genuinely didn't know, provided the boots were new.

Negative experience: Easy to miss the entrance point if your not familiar with the area, limited room within the gym, machines feel all squashed up together at the rear end

Positive experience: Staff are really kind. It's a great vibe. It's never crowded and there are not too many gym junkies so you dont have to feel like your always competing. Would prefer if it was laydown over prone leg curls but it still works great.

Fantastic experience: It was my home gym last year, and I heard it has been fully renovated recently, so I came to have a look yesterday and I didn’t recognise the place. The upgrade is just amazing, the gym looks brand new and the new layout make it perfect. The manager Marley was warm, very professional and helped me to sign up again. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely gym to train at, really good atmosphere to come to on a regular basis. The staff always make the effort to greet you as you enter and are heaps friendly. The gym is always well organised and kept clean, good mix of equipment to use as well. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Me and my wife have been coming here for years. The new management though are sly and dodgy and we will be going to a different gym and won't return. All new members be careful, there are friendlier and more supportive gyms elsewhere.
