Fantastic experience: I only have positive things to say about 9round and especially the team. This is the first gym I have actually stuck to and continued showing up - I felt so welcomed and cared for here. The club is starting a new chapter, but what will be evident is all the hard work everyone has put in to make it run seamlessly. Thank you guys - especially Ellis and Jess for always checking in and having a human approach. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Was warmly welcomed by all trainers. Trainers Ellis and Jess are very efficient at what they do and will help you towards your fitness goal with an encouraging approach. I would recommend 9round for any fitness goal you have or if you want to try out kickboxing and are unsure where to start. They change the activities every week also to keep it exciting. Fantastic experience: What a gym! Incredible half hour sessions combining fitness/strength/boxing run by highly qualified motivating instructors. The venue, trainers, equipment, music & members, all make this the BEST gym in the area. Every session is challenging, rewarding and super fun. Recommended to people of any age or fitness level. Fantastic experience: I have recently started going to the gym after many years of home workouts and absolutely love 9Round. Jess and Ellis have made me feel very welcome and are easy to talk to, great trainers. They are always making sure I am doing moves correctly and advising any changes if needed. I’m really enjoying it and my fitness has already improved, going by the first session that was a killer!! . Looking forward to more improvements over time but these are the best workouts, great bunch of people, highly recommend coming here to anyone! Just try it and you’ll be hooked I know I am

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with a great bunch of people! The instructors always push you to do your best. I love the incorporation of the kickboxing throughout the rounds. It is quite highly priced, but you do get your bang for your buck for the most part.

Fantastic experience: Love love love 9rd! Enjoy training with Jess, Ellis and Paige- they make it fun, challenging and flexible. I’m fitter, leaner and generally happier with my exercise routine. The best part- it all finishes in 30 mins so it’s doable and accessible to all levels of fitness. I feel strong enough to continue my weights and Pilates sessions because of these regular boxing sessions! Highly recommend ❤️

I have never felt comfortable in a gym before. Fantastic experience: Go there 4 times a week and burn 600-700 cal in 30 mins. Ye you heard me right. Just stunning techniques and sweating practice with bit of swearing myself. Just love everything about the place and trainers

Fantastic experience: Awesome workouts which are varied and fun (who doesn’t love punching and kicking?!) Friendly and knowledgeable trainers who take the time to get to know you and correct your form/technique. The ability to work out when I can/want with opening hours that accommodate my changeable work schedule and days I sleep in are invaluable as a new dad trying to squeeze in short and sweet workouts when I can.

The staff at 9 Round treat their members like family and are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They support you throughout your workout offering guidance, tips on technique & motivation. One of the things that make 9 Round stand out from other gyms is NO set class time model & the daily switch-up in workouts. It makes for awesome flexibility being able to rock up when you are ready & keeps the workouts fresh and exciting. The trainers are also very accommodating to injuries and are always willing to modify exercises. This suits me perfectly to accomodate for my dodgy shoulder!
