Fantastic experience: The Burn has a great family atmosphere, the owners Adam & Ann make you feel welcome as soon as your open the doors. The trainers are awesome and will guide you to to be and do your best. This is a fun place to be, all the classes are different so you wont get bored and you can push yourself to the max and walk out the door ready to accomplish anything. I recommend you give F45 Ingleburn a try for yourself, you will not regret it. yeah The Burn!!

Fantastic experience: F45 Ingleburn is honestly the best 45 minutes of my day. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the structure of each class is different every day so doesn’t get boring. I wouldn’t know what to do if I walked into a regular gym, but here at F45 it’s on the screen and you just follow the leader, but at your own level. Plus the coaches are always there to help. Everyone is friendly and very supportive. It’s not just a gym, it’s a family.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love and Enjoyed my session with them.. Currently on the 1 week trial and from the first day i decided they were the club for me :)... The trainers are encouraging, friendly yet pushing your to get the results and offered alternative when i was struggling.. Also corrected my posture and Technic to maximise results and not get injured.. I have trialed other gyms closer to home for me and will now gladly drive a lil further coz them are awesome.. Nd the club members are such a vibe too... #mynewtribe :)

Fantastic experience: My wife & I went to this gym last month when we were visiting Sydney for the week. Adam made it easy & reasonable for us to attend, so we could continue our 8 week fitness challenge (we're members at F45 Mentone in Melbourne). We were made to feel very welcome & part of the group, & as usual with F45 training, we got great workouts. All the trainers we met were friendly & motivating. If we lived in Sydney, we'd be happy to join this gym.

If you’re unsure about joining, give it ago. No mirrors and no egos - just everyone getting results and having fun! Definitely give it a go

If i stayed longer in Sydney i would've. Such a great vibe and it makes a huge difference when the people are simply kind! Highly recommend!
