Fantastic experience: I started with Vale Tudo when they first opened in 2019 and followed them from Meadowbank to Gladesville. I’ve been to many gyms over the years but this is by far the best gym, with the perfect mix of strength and hybrid classes starting my 6th year with them in 2025!

Fantastic experience: Have been training at Vale Tudo Gladesville for just on 4 months and I am loving my time there.. would have signed up earlier had I known about it. The training is well laid out and the energy of the room helps you push yourself. The trainers are all exceptional and very helpful and engaging. Also the culture amongst the members is great, everyone is welcome and made to feel a part of the gym. I’ve also experienced the best results I’ve ever had and realised how slow I was moving with my previous own training.. which was stagnant at best.. can’t ever see myself going to back to another gym!

I joined VTT as I was looking to get into a structured and rigorous hybrid training program which I wasn't getting in other conventional gyms in the Ryde area. I love the energy of the coaches and their ability to create an environment where everyone feels super inclusive and motivated. The place is always buzzing and the workouts never get boring. The trainings are fun, varied, accessible to everyone but also challenging as you progress. I've seen immense progress in myself, and my sessions are a pillar of my day to day. Fantastic experience: This a unique and outstanding place to take your performance to the next level. Vale Tudo's approach to high performance is super motivating as it can be leveraged by everyone, at all athletic levels, not only top athletes. They focus on building a training program based on science (Stimulus, fatigue/recovery, supercompensation, deload, mobility) and that considers recovery, nutrition, and your mindset! ... I have been training here for just less than a year and have seen signifcant results in my athletic performance since very early in the process.

Fantastic experience: Fun crossfit gym that brings the community together! The trainers Michael and Simi and Nav bring lots of energy, warmth, laughter, down to earth vibes and give technical cues to polish our form. They even offered a very interesting eye opening Functional Breathing Workshop.

Fantastic experience: Started with the Unleash program in November 2022. Totally satisfied with the results: gained 1.5 kg muscle, lost 6.5 kg of fat. Feeling much healthier, fitter, and stringer. Trainers are great and supportive. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Here you push yourself to your limits to become a better you.

Your trainers are if the highest calibre. Luca has been lifting weights for two years now and he’s learnt more in two weeks than 2 years! Thanks Guys

Positive experience: If you're after an effective program that incorporates high intensity resistant work together with strength training, then this is the gym for you! There's no repeated programs, you'll always feel challenged and meet some great people!

Fantastic experience: Great group training with real strength free weights with racks and various circuits and some boxing classes. Amazing trainers and fabulous community!!

Fantastic experience: They offer a 7 day free trial so you can get an idea if this is for you. It's not your typical gym and this is why I love it. The vibe is awesome. You don't feel uncomfortable because everyone that works out there is there because they want to feel better and we encourage each other. No ego, no negativity. The staff are great and make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and to your fitness level.

Negative experience: Thanks for waking up the whole block at 7AM on a Saturday. Keep it up so we can collect more evidence.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined in for a winter warrior challenge - 3 weeks in and really enjoying it! I have done f45 in the past and feel like it’s a stepping stone into weight lifting and learning more technical skills. The trainers are friendly and motivating. Planning to continue attending after this challenge is over!

Fantastic experience: BEST GYM I’ve been with Vale Tudo Ryde for over 2 years now, and I can’t recommend this gym enough. You get a variety of classes, with everyday being different and for me has allowed me to discover new opportunities to push my limits and set new goals in my training that I’ve never had at other gyms. The coaches are fantastic, being both supportive and adaptive to whatever level you need for your training, and consistently there to keep you accountable to your goals. And THE members!! All so welcoming and encouraging to one another.. VALE TUDO is more than just a gym, it’s a community.. so get the butt there! You won’t regret it :-)

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere and loving the fun variety of the sessions. Coaches are super helpful for teaching form on the more tricky functional/ Olympic style lifts. Only thing I would prefer was if there was an 8am-9 slot in the mornings as 7 is too early for me!

Negative experience: Can you pls be considerate to your neighbours and turn the music and bass down a bit? We understand you have a business to run but you have loads of neighbours adjacent to your business who just deserve peace and quiet after a hard day at work.

Fantastic experience: Man this place has changed my life. Before starting at Vale Tudo I was training almost every day but found no improvement in myself or my appearance. My headspace was all over the place and was beginning to lack motivation. One session at Vale Tudo and it completely changed my outlook on health. I have never seen a bunch of such hardworking people, who care so much about their members and community. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so welcoming, coaches know what they're talking about, and workouts will always challenge you. Thanks to the team i've improved on my form, my mental and physical health and overall has brought me out of my shell. Forever grateful for the VTT family.

Fantastic experience: All round great organisation. They've built an amazing community that starts at the top with enthusiastic and extremely helpful trainers. Can be a little overwhelming for the feint of heart but you get the hang of things pretty quickly and never feel pressured with the guidance of the trainers. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym I've ever been a part of. I started when I was looking for boxing/MMA in the area and I got hooked on everything they offer. VTT is a unique place - the trainers are extremely experienced, super lovely and down to earth and on the other side the members are like family. They actually make you look forward to going into the gym! I started with a month long membership, and 7 months on I'm still there. Never in all my years of playing sport and training in gyms have I ever had results like I've had these past 7 months - weight loss, fitness, strength and mindset. I pretty much cracked through an 8 year plateau and prior injury impediments in the first 3 months! Can't recommend these guys enough. They are a gem in the Ryde community and I'm grateful (beyond words) for VTT!

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling for motivation for sometime as I was getting bored of the same routines at my old gym. I was told about Vale Tudo Training (VTT) and decided to do a Saturday trial. When I walked in I straight away could see this gym meant business. An organised layout with equipment galore with spacious workout areas and I was welcomed straight away by the trainers and members. After 1 session I knew this was for me. All age groups and all capabilities and since joining 10 weeks ago I have not done the same session twice as the routines are changed every day - no getting bored here!. So it turns out that Saturday trial was the best decision I have made. Now I train at least 5 times a week and enjoy every session. If you are looking for a gym with experienced and passionate trainers, extensive facilities and a fun attitude towards fitness, give a trial a go you wont be disappointed.
