Fantastic experience: Great gym. Equipment is clean and very well-maintained. Has the right ratio of free weights to pin- and plate-loaded machines, which is rare in Canberra. Bathrooms are the best i've seen of the commercial gyms in the area, and lockers are plentiful. If I could ask for one thing, it would be a roman chair for back extensions . Otherwise, very satisfied with the location.

Positive experience: The gym has most equipment you would expect to find in a gym, so far I find that everything is well maintained and all the equipment are in a good shape. Have been enjoying my workouts here over the past few months. Update: a few months have passed and everything still good.

Fantastic experience: Plus Fitness is the best ever in the whole wide world. Very friendly staff Including the Manager Rob and Darcy and Ash are my Favourite. I love going everyday. It makes my day and I am getting stronger. This the gym you must go to. They give you good advice about exercises that you do not know. Very caring and supportive and loving. I love the plus fitness the staff have become family to me. They are the best in the whole wide world. They are very kind and very fantastic.

They’re quick to offer advice of machine use and good technique. As a 50+ woman I can highly recommend this gym. Not intimidating at all.
