Negative experience: If there is a negative rating system, I will give the staff a -5 because they are the unfriendliest staff I have ever met. No one is ever at the reception. Even if there is one, they won't even look at you or smile at you. I'm so disappointed in this staff. But the gym is great and clean!!! Please replace the reception staff with pleasant people

Negative experience: I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to cancel my gym membership. According to the contract, there’s a two-week cancellation period, but I’ve been charged for an extra three weeks. I’ve been trying to cancel since Friday, and was told I had to go in person to the gym to process the cancellation. Even after doing so, I was still charged for additional weeks. The staff gave inconsistent information—some told me there was a four-week cancellation period, which contradicts the two weeks stated in the contract. On top of that, I keep being asked to contact Debit Success directly, which just adds to the confusion and frustration. This lack of transparency and poor communication from the gym has made what should have been a simple process extremely stressful. I expected better service and accountability. Would not recommend this gym based on how they handle cancellations.

Positive experience: I love this gym. As a person in my 60s I don't feel intimidated in this great club. The equipment is fantastic. No excuses as there is so much equipment on site. Alyssa and the front desk crew are simply awesome and always say Hello. Something you do not get at some other clubs. Could improve on the cleaning but it is a HUUUUGE Club so it can be challenging. It is by far one of the best clubs in Perth.

Negative experience: Parking is terrible and lots of ‘influencers’ filming everywhere

Negative experience: Gym equipment is good and has a large variety, some more cable attachments would be nice like ez curl bars. The cleanliness of this gym is a big let down, the toilets are always extremely dirty and make you want to gag every time you go in. The mirrors of the gym have streaks, often around gym equipment on the hard wood floor there’s massive pieces of hair and dirt you have to look at whilst your training. Empty bottles are left as decor pieces in the pigeon holes (I’ve seen the same one there for weeks) not sure why? I’ve seen the staff clean the mirrors and toilets this probably should be outsourced and stop being so stingy and making your staff do it especially when you’re charging $20 for a day pass.

Positive experience: Great equipment and good atmosphere. Cheap no lock in membership and rate which is awesome. A lot of influencers filming their work outs on tripods. No recovery facilities such as saunas, ice baths or smoothie bars. Parking is so bad you are better off parking down the road at the markets parking lot and walking down. Sales staff are lovely in the shop but always hard to find your size in their stock.

Negative experience: The gym nice the staffs are cool parking is not good but what bad is that inside because some grazy peoples are coming there and filming so you can’t walk by probably so I told to staffs they said we will solve that but still going I hope they will talk to those who are filming in busy days

Negative experience: That gym has major parking issues. It should have never been approved for this location. Causing significant issues to the area and it will only get worse.

Fantastic experience: I have been training in gyms for a full decade and nothing compares to the level of this gym. The equipment is state of the art and always clean. The environment is perfect for all levels of fitness and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

Negative experience: Was treated quite unfairly at the reception, they had made a mistake with my contract on their behalf and were unable to resolve it. Still getting charged for a membership but not allowed to train at the gym

Fantastic experience: Amazing range and quality of machines, the gym is always kept nice and clean - machines and mirrors are cleaned frequently and never out of order for more than 24hrs. The staff and members are all friendly and keep a good vibe day in and day out!

Fantastic experience: Amazing state of the art facilities, great community culture and great service

Fantastic experience: Equipment: premium brands, mostly Hammer Strength and a few Panatta machines. Floor: Adequate space between gym equipment. Enough equipment to cover your work out even on the busiest days. There's an upstairs section dedicated to cardio and a small open space for some high intensity workouts. Also has wheelchair access and an elevator to access the upstairs section. Members: The demographic of members ranges between passionate and serious athletes who compete, established and aspiring influencers, young students and seniors. Membership costs are affordable and competitive with the other commercial gyms. Shop: Sells its own brand of clothing line and shoes. you can also purchase some protein snacks, protein powders, pre workout powders and more. The fridge has you covered with the premixed protein drinks and a range of flavours for pre workout drinks. Parking: Probably the only drawback. There isn't enough for the size of the gym. Though, the markets are only 50 meters away and have more than enough bays if you find you are struggling to park somewhere. doesn't hurt to warm up and get some steps in before your workout!

Fantastic experience: Love the music, the vibe, the machines, space, and the cost the good ah and mirrors everywhere

Positive experience: Member since opening so update on my review. The equipment is good for me and a step up from your Revos etc. Alot of the clientele still insist on setting up tripods all over the show which is annoying and most of the staff now aren't very friendly You'll say hello upon entering and often they will just glare at you and not say anything which is odd. The bloke is friendly. The shop has come in handy a few times and the gym is 24hr which is always good. Considering there's alot of equally good gyms or possibly better in the area now I'll give it 3 stars.
