Fantastic experience: I join FitStop Coomera a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! Everyone is super friendly, encouraging and there is no judgement at all! From someone who had never been to a gym before, I was really anxious to start but it has been the best decision I have made! Trust me - you won’t regret it!! The owners, Q and Sel, are amazing!! They are involved in everything and are so helpful! All the trainers and other staff are awesome as well. Do yourself a favor and join ASAP!!

Fantastic experience: So grateful for everything Fitstop has brought me in the past 12 months! The community is such a great vibe and everyone is always so welcoming and accommodating. After having a long time away from exercise, it was really daunting joining a gym again but now I'm 25kgs down in 12 months and feeling more like myself than I have in a long time! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Fitstop Coomera for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it! The team are welcoming from the moment you enter, everyone is friendly and encouraging no matter what age or fitness level when you join Fitstop Coomera you join a family!! The owners Q and Sel are highly involved within the gym whether it’s training or coaching they provide such a fun safe environment for everyone, they have also included a free child minding service run by our very own BABY WHISPERER Marissa which is such an added bonus for any mums struggling to find a balance between mum life and training. Q, Sel and the team are always looking to provide extra value to us members whether it’s opening the gym on Sundays for us to do extra training or organising social events for us and our family’s to bond, the experience here is endless. I honestly couldn’t see myself training anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: This gym is like no other! We have been there for almost a year and originally planned to only sign up on one of their deals for 4 weeks. But once we started we couldn’t stop! The owners Sel and Q are absolutely amazing and are all for their members! The trainers are amazing and down to earth and Marissa is the queen of the kids in the crèche This gym is a family! I couldn’t recommend it more if I tried! Easily 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Joined almost 3 years ago and lost 25kg in the first year. Coach Q and the team are supportive and help you reach your goals. The members are more like a community with real friendships formed. The resident Baby Whisperer, Marissa, is awesome and our 4 month old and 5 year old love her! Highly recommend Fitstop Coomera if you're looking for more than just a place to work out. The level of extra attention is amazing and something you just don't get at most places.

Fantastic experience: I found myself at Fitstop Coomera after making the decision to get back into training after having a baby, so needed to find a gym with child-minding services. It was important for me that I found somewhere my 7 month old baby loved also - and wasn’t miserable the entire time I was trying to have a bit of “me-time”. This was my experience with another gym I trialled at. There was no designated children’s area, and the children were ‘supervised’ by the receptionist intermittently whilst she did other tasks too. My baby screamed the whole time, and I was forever consoling her, or anxious and unfocused throughout the session. I took this as a sign to try elsewhere and I’m so glad I did. Fitstop Coomera welcomed us with open arms, and has that warm, inviting family-feel throughout their gym community that owners Q and Sel work hard to achieve. The onboarding with the beautiful Tali was so supportive and encouraging, and the confidence and independence my baby has gained under the watchful care of Marissa has been so nice to watch develop. For the first 6-8 weeks she wanted to be held/comforted by Marissa for what felt like the whole session every session – and Marissa didn’t complain once I’m so happy my baby loves her and I know she's in safe hands! For someone with very little family support on the gold coast, I truly value having this place as a refuge – a break from my mum duties, but also a place to connect. If you’re needing a new gym or wanting to get back into fitness, they’re always having deals with 2-4 week trials which are a bargain if you're wanting to come see what we’re all about.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym! Such a great atmosphere- everyone there wants you to achieve your goals! The workouts are fun, and they don’t get boring. And the music is always on point.

Fantastic experience: Joined beginning of the year (2024) and loved it ever since. Was greeted by Quinton (trainer) and Tali and they informed me with everything I needed to know. Sessions are tough at first but you get a lot of support from the trainers Josh, Mitch, Sophie, Selina and everyone that attends. They also have a kids area which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend Fitstop Coomera to anyone wanting to start their health journey.

Fantastic experience: Love It!! was initially intimidating for me, especially as a mum who had never lifted weights. However, I'm so glad I took the leap! The 9.15am sessions have been a game-changer, offering a perfect blend of exercise and social interaction and being able to bring my children along. Great guidance of the instructors, I'm starting to build strength and regain my sense of self. It's amazing to see and feel the progress in my fitness journey, both physically and mentally!!

This group functional fitness gym offers a fantastic variety of classes that keep my workouts engaging and challenging. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the supportive atmosphere makes every session enjoyable. I especially love how family-friendly the gym is; it’s reassuring to know my kids are well cared for in the crèche. Marissa, the baby whisper, is amazing—she’s warm and attentive, allowing me to focus on my workouts without worry my children love her and are excited to come to gym with me because they know they’ll see her. Fantastic experience: I joined Fitstop as my wife dragged me there, she was ranting about this place and how good it was until she finally told me " I signed you up so now you have to go!" I was happy at the gym I was already at but I went with the flow as you know happy wife happy life and all that .... Literally after the first 3 classes I was hooked too, I gave notice to my old gym and haven't looked back since. Results come very fast, I was lifting heavier in 3 months than I had in the 3 years trying at another gym and my cardio was also so much better, great thing is there is no thinking about what will I do at the gym the class is already set out so you just rock up and get it done ! people are great and we have lots of fun together, no cons from me just lots to gain.

I have had amazing results in my fitness and mindset as we always have a coach on hand to help with motivation and form, you also have access to nutrition and recipes through the app, I honestly love this place so much I come twice a day usually.

Fantastic experience: I have joined Fitstop Coomera in January this year and oh boy, I wish I would've done it way sooner!! I absolutely love that you just rock up to the gym and get a solid workout done without putting any thoughts into it. It's that simple, you just need to rock up. As soon as you enter the gym, you will be welcomed by the amazing coaches and members of the gym. This gym is truely a happy place with good vibes only! You wont feel any body shaming, judgement or awkwardness like in so many other gyms. You will find pretty much every age group in this gym. The workouts vary every day which makes it engaging. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and always provide an alternative exercise if needed. No one is left behind. The owners of the gym, Sel and Q, go above and beyond for their members. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym I’ve ever attended. I’ve been there for about and year and it has been life changing. I’ve lost close to 10kg and I’m the fittest I’ve ever been in my life, post two young children. That’s all thank to the amazing owners, coaches and the gym family there. Going to a gym before finding Fitstop was something I struggled to find the motivation and only forced myself to go because I felt like I had to. Now I go because I love it, my day doesn’t feel complete if I’ve missed a session, it’s now a part of who am and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without the incredible support from my Fitstop Fam. Cannot recommend Fitstop Coomera enough. It is truly the best decision you could make for your fitness journey and 100% will change your life.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Fitstop Coomera 4 months ago. My main goal was to gain my confidence back in the gym after having injuries that required a number of surgeries as well as a whole lot of rehab. With the most supportive trainers and an environment that pushes and motivates me I’ve been able to do just that and also improve my health and fitness. Mitch and Q helped modify any exercises I was unable to perform and I am truely grateful for their guidence and support along my health journey. This gym caters to all fitness levels and offers a good variety of strength and conditioning training. The positive community feel and good vibes is what sets the gym apart!

Fantastic experience: My Fitstop experience at Coomera Never thought I would wake up 4am, drive 30 minutes in the early morning, and I feel like going home at fitstop Coomera. A little background about myself, just turn 40, living in the beautiful peaceful Tamborine Moutain as a Chinese background first immigrant now proudly Australian. We all come from different background, life path. Life is a struggle no matter what. My first week to start in gym is a bit like my first arrival in Australia 17 years ago. Try to understand programs, introduce myself and meet others, try to be focused and an hour later, walk away with good thoughts and pure happiness like jelly baby sometimes Our coach Mitch, Q and new adorable Desi are just so good to take you to the zone where you should to be. Clear message, straight on board, everything is ready even it’s 4am in the dark winter morning. When you see and feel someone is passionate with what they doing, that’s where you should follow. Whether you want to bulk up or get shredded, there is always a way to go at fitstop. That’s why I like to train here. I always know someone is checking my progress. How good is that! In modern days this is exclusive. Pairing with others is also a great way to progress. It’s not always a competition but it’s fun. By saying hi, hello, how you going, straight away it starts a day. A day with positive cheer for your progress and motivation. The gym’s atmosphere and music is fantastic, a place to zone in, what a great way to kick off the day. We say no pain no gain, but together we share the pain to get a great result. There is always a great vibe in fitstop Coomera just like what Australian is about mateship. Not forget to mention all kinds of social event organised by the talented warm hearted owner Sel who spreads the love. To grow together is a wonderful journey. Fantastic experience: I have been at FITSTOP Coomera for just over 3 months. Coming from another gym with classes and all the weight machines I was questioning if only having classes would be enough..... Well it is. The programming that FITSTOP does with combination of HIIT, weighted WODs, days just focused on lifting is a programme that will see you get stronger and fitter. The team @ Coomera is amazing. The coaches "Q", Mitch, Desi & Jo bring so much energy and along with Sel they have made a real family vibe there.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed a 6 week mindset course with Sel and a beautiful bunch of ladies. Sel has the ability to unlock your confidence & belief and help you with practical tools that really nail key areas in your life. It was real, raw, confronting, hilarious & so much learning & growth alongside some incredible new friendships. I highly recommend this course and I personally think Sel should put the price up. This place is more then just a gym, its a family with a lovely community of people, and the vibe is pretty epic too! Would highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Coomera is a fantastic gym!! The trainers are super nice, supportive and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really love how they give me tips to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a couple of months now and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great! They even have FREE safe Kids area,. Which is great for a single mum!

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Coomera is not just a gym, it's an AMAZING community. I've been at the gym for over 2 months now and it's like a second home for me. Q and Sel along with their team and the members make going to a gym so easy. The love and support is like no other! I struggle with running during the workouts and usually just jump on the bike. Today I went for a "fast walk" and it was so overwhelming, awesome that as each member passed me on their way back, encouraged me and cheered for me. If you're looking to be part of a growing, caring, AMAZING gym, I highly recommend coming in and joining the crew.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Fitstop coomera 2020, the environment amongst the members and trainers is warm welcoming, supportive and friendly. Since becoming a mum this past year, I was struggling to get there because my daughter would be unsettled during class, however the gyms new owners Sel & Coach Q implemented free child minding services at 9:15am which is honestly the biggest life saver, my daughter just turned 1 and is very active, knowing she’s in the loving hands of Marissa really warms my heart and I am so excited getting up and going to the gym, because I know that my daughter loves it too, makes me so motivated to get there, that when I can’t get there I genuinely miss it. Thanks sel and coach Q, it’s life changing having a new outlook on getting fitter and really loving it.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and was trialling gyms to find the right fit. My search stopped as soon as I met the owners Selina and Quinton. Their warmth and positive energy will gain your attention immediately. The classes are structured to give you a great well balanced cross section of strength and conditioning no matter what level of fitness you are at. The trainers are all of a very high standard. You will be encouraged and motivated, as well as consistently given the correct technique to ensure you do not cause yourself any preventable injuries. Gym members are all very friendly and welcoming too.

Fantastic experience: Far out Brussel sprout this Gym is so much more than just a Gym. It truly is a community of people all shapes, sizes and backgrounds who just want to help each other succeed. As lame as it sounds the gym is usually the highlight of my day, not only am I getting great results but we are all so blessed to be apart of such a supportive little Fitstop Coomera Fam where so many friendships are formed. From the wonderful owners Quinton and Sel being so accommodating, to the other wicked coaches Tara and Reno motivating you every session… I seriously could not recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn't imagine my life without Fitstop Coomera and all the wonderful coaches that have motivated and inspired me to push through week in and week out. The minute you walk through those doors you feel the amazing happy vibe of an awesome gym community. I walked through those doors 1 year ago not knowing how to use gym equipment let alone what the equipment was for. I've learnt so much discipline as a result in not only my mindset but my eating habits through lots of challenges throughout the year. The thing I love most is that the training is group focused and a team effort, its not lonely or boring or unstructured. It's fun, with a fantastic energy vibe and the team support is fantastic. I'm so proud of me for stepping out of my comfort zone and squashing my fear of going to a gym and for a woman in her late 40's I've never looked or felt better than I do right now. Fantastic experience: My partner and I love to do things together in our spare time so its no secret that when we were looking for a gym we were looking for something to suit both of us, that was flexible, easy to follow, have great trainers to assist us and didn't mind crazy hours to suit our work schedule. Upon grocery shopping we walked past the fitstop shopfront listening to pumping music and seeing team training in action and it didn't take us long to decide this was for us. 5 months down the track we have improved in so many ways from; fitness, weightloss, muscle gain, strength increase and cardio. There is such a great plan throughout the week with different classes available and a range of amazing people who are like family. Definitely worth giving them a go.

Fantastic experience: I am loving this gym so far! 1 month in and I've already made amazing progress with my weights and overall fitness. The trainers Kaz, Jess, Marsha and Riki are so friendly and help push me to the next level every session. Way cheaper than other circuit gyms, but less intimidating. Overall a great atmosphere and experience. I would 100% reccomend to beginners and experts!
