Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at F45 Croydon for nearly 12 months now and I absolutely love it. I have been to other gyms and have not felt the welcoming vibe, support, or motivation like I do at F45 Croydon. The trainers are upbeat, extremely friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. The gym itself is a great little community. I love the variety of the workouts and always look forward to the next session. Fantastic experience: I have only been going to F45 Croydon for about 7 months now and absolutely LOVING IT!! Alice, Jack and ALL the staff are so friendly, encouraging and are always challenging you in the best way possible, I have certainly made friends for life! Fantastic experience: Was a member at numerous gyms over the years.. Finally found myself at F45 and now been a member for 6 months and the results are awesome and feeling great. Fantastic experience: Love this place! Book in for class and arrive and they do the rest, there's no way I'd voluntarily do burpees or a whole bunch of other exercises but I do them regularly. Good mix of heavy weights days vs cardio days so all bases are covered. Trainers are all very friendly, there are no mirrors or attitudes, everyone is just so welcome :)

Fantastic experience: I have been at F45 Croydon for almost a year, and love the community there, that I’m now a part of. There is never any pressure to perform at a certain level or be fit and perfect. The trainers are so supportive, always, and friendly. Always greeted so well when you walk in the door, and make sure every class is fun while they are getting you through. I honestly miss the place if I can’t get there on a day of the week!

Fantastic experience: Love F45 Croydon friendly and supportive vibe! Been here since last 4 months as a person who have a mild office syndrome. Negative experience: Rude , so up them selfs, take up the whole street of parking, block factory driveways, a gym franchise that's actually gone bankrupt in the USA where originated don't pay for gardening to be done , out of 2 yrs I heard the nice guy who was doing the lawns got payed once twice and he was always on f45 gym camera cctv so they knew who did the lawns as I heard dose the lawns at Goodyear and few other factories so he would just rum over f45 because they would never do them n they would never pay him either... I believe worst place for gym and no parking and was a agreement in a bound contact with David hodgett local mp that gym members where to park at the new Croydon train station car park if longer operating hrs where passed n they where passed but the gym members did not abide by the conditions....
Hi Andrew, Thanks for the comments, I'd like to respond to a few of them if I may. With regards to the gardening, you are the person that is actually cutting the lawns so I don't know why you are acting as though you are somebody different. In our last conversation I made it clear that I never asked you to do the gardening but you said you were happy to do it. I said I would pay for the service but you have never presented me with a bill of any kind. Please leave me with a note of how much I owe you and I will gladly pay you. Just put it under the door and I will arrange payment. Please don't do anymore gardening, I will do it myself thank you. With regards to the parking, we are complying with all council requirements but if you have any concerns please let us know what the issue is. There is no contract of any kind with David Hodgett he is an MP and as such there can be no contract. The new Croydon car park is there mainly for the benefit of the train station users. We hope that this will free up spaces on the road as people used to park all day on the road when travelling into the city. I hope this answers some of your concerns. Thanks again Andy

Fantastic experience: Great supportive team of coaches! I joined the F45 gym when I had knee and spinal problems, but Alice and her fantastic team always made changes to the workouts to suit my fitness level and to not aggravate my injuries. Different workouts everyday meant it never gets boring! Highly recommended

Negative experience: Loved going great team but due to personal reasons I’ve had to stop training and have had problems paying out my contract, I’ve emailed a hand full of times asking to payout my contact. Rang and never any answer or when they do they say someone will get back to me. They also keep changing my rate weekly from the cancelation price to full price it’s very inconsistent and I have to keep an eye on it. I’m not sure what else to do. I felt apart of the team every minute I was there but definitely haven’t been supported though my leaving process, just thrown under the buss. This has been going on for months now!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym! Life changing! I joined about 12 Months ago after putting on some lockdown weight and just going through the motions at my old gym. I really needed a change Coming from a fitness and sporting background I started to enjoy the training straight away with a great variety of fun sessions that bring a mixture of strength, cardio, agility and power. I won the first challenge and shredded right down for my wedding. I joined thinking I would loose the weight and go back to a generic gym but I love it so much I’m committed to stay forever. The staff are amazing and the members are really friendly and helpful. Give it a try today I regret not starting earlier

Fantastic experience: Just over 6 months in F45 & i've never felt more motivated, stronger, faster & leaner in what feels like a long time. I remember being surprised when Alice knew me by name and introduced herself in my 2nd or 3rd class, though I had never introduced myself to her. You can feel her energy and light in both F45 Croydon & Mitcham studios in how they are run. Trainers are all great, workouts are so efficient, you always want to come back for more. I just wished i got into F45 earlier after having a baby, but I know now I will be wanting to power through future pregnancies & babies with F45 in my life!

Fantastic experience: Before coming to F45 Croydon, I paid off multiple standard gym memberships. I always made excuses and hated going to train. I didn’t have a great relationship with food and had a negative mindset. F45 Croydon truely feels like family! I joined the community during lockdown and they honestly changed my life. 2 years later, I’m 20kgs lighter and get excited about my 6am wake ups. Not only are the workouts great... the trainers are all very knowledgeable and approachable. I’ve made so many friendships and habits that will last forever. I cannot recommend them enough and encourage anyone curious or thinking of joining to do it or speak with one of the amazing team members!

Fantastic experience: I have joined F45 Croydon since Jan 22 and I have to say it has been amazing gym! amazing workout! All the coaches here are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. No matter what fitness level you’re at, they always give you tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Definitely recommend trying it out, won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the F45 Croydon studio since 2018 and absolutely love it. After having kids, F45 gives me the flexibility to train and go around them, as there are many sessions a day you can attend. The atmosphere is amazing, supportive and such a fun place to work out. The trainers are fantastic, they know their stuff and are there every step of the way to help with your fitness goals. You feel like you are apart of a family. I have lost over 25 kgs there and after 3 pregnancies, its the only thing that works for me to lose the baby weight, keep it off and gets me fit.

Fantastic experience: I started training here 3 months ago and I’ve had the best time! I have noticed some improvements in my fitness already. The trainers are helpful and knowledgeable, and everyone is super friendly. They’re welcoming to people from all backgrounds and fitness levels. I can definitely recommend giving it a try - their trial is long enough to give you a good feel of what the experience is like. One of the best decisions I have made.

Fantastic experience: Great its ashame they can not abide to the lockdown hours not meant to be trading I would love to be be attending my gym it's people like this that have no respect for the lockdown rules ..
Hi Philip, I am not sure what you are referring to but I would like to stress that our studio on Coolstore Road is closed to the public. What you may be seeing is a trainer using the gym to provide on line zoom sessions. This is a very organised session where the trainers check in, they sanitise before using equipment and they sanitise afterwards. By doing this we are providing a much needed service to our members and helping them through this very difficult time. Best wishes, Andy Evans Owner

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about how Alice has turned this gym around. You can comfortably ignore any negative comments as obsolete under this new team of owners. Great people, great atmosphere and trust me on this one.....awesome results. If you have any level of self discipline you will benefit enormously from giving F45 a real hard go.

It has the most amazing new owners (Alice and Frank) and trainers who push you to your limits and helps you become a better you � I’ve never been so happy to be a part of such an amazing team, they have helped me love myself again and I couldn’t ask for anything more!
