Fantastic experience: My absolute favourite gym. Have been a member for almost 2 years. Huge range of equipment, never really have to wait for a machine, its also never too busy! It has a nice vibe and friendly staff/personal trainers too. I do wish they had creche/child minding though! I've had to join another gym just to have that option but still try to get to Snap Minto on the weekends!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a gym and you aren’t a gym fanatic, this place is for you. the environment is welcoming, the equipment is in great shape, and Polly the manager is an absolute legend. she’s friendly, not pushy, and seems to genuinely care about the people that go here. the faculty is clean, there’s a room for stretching, showers, and even a room for boxing in the basement. its never super packed, which is ideal because no one likes having to wait around for a treadmill or a squat rack, the people here don’t seem intimidating or judgmental. it’s a great place and i’m very happy i chose it over anytime.

The staff are also a main reason why I’ve continued to stay here for as long as I have, as they are professional and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this gym enough! I was amazed by the cleanliness and support you see and feel within this gym. The staff were so willing to go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and will answer any question you ask. It really feels like a family atmosphere here

Negative experience: Instead of no lock in contract they offer you lock in agreement without your permission and will keep charging you even if you don’t want to go you will pay for access card and 4 weeks until canceling the agreement! Very rude man who is calling people by their nationality and wanna kick you out when you ask for agreement termination! How can they kick the members out when they still charge you!

Negative experience: Rather disappointing. Cancelled my membership after the 12 month contract, yet Snap fitness continues to take direct debit out. No one to contact and even blocking with bank, Snap fitness changes code, watch up anyone looking to sign up with Snap fitness on direct debit.

Positive experience: Great gym with plenty of variety. Always clean. The lady who joined us up was friendly and welcoming. Sanitizers for equipment stationed all over the place. Very affordable and convenient being open 24/7. Would give 5 stars if they offered workout plans for those like me who need structure to see myself progress and keep me motivated cause I get lazy fast.

Fantastic experience: This gym has a great atmosphere and caring, helpful staff. The manager Polly is professional and is willing to show any exercise I asked her to demonstrate. I am 69 and have had both knees and hips replaced. The staff is very friendly and I feel looked after there. It really is my "happy place"..I highly recommend this gym above several others I have been a member of over the years.

Negative experience: The gym is okay, but have a very shifty policy of reactivating the membership after freezing. Sent me an email that they will reactivate but didnt mention anything when i called them for it. Thats a very unprofessional way for taking money from customers.

Negative experience: Minto office staffs are totally not supportive. Its not anytime exit gym so on exit be careful otherwise they trap you over charge. Not recommended

Fantastic experience: My local gym, I'm there every other day. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. All new and up to date equipment the supplement machine is always full and the toilets are always clean, highly recommended talking to Polly and the team if your in the local area and want a gym.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for something different and found these guys on Groupon for a month trial. Honestly I'm so glad I found them! This has the be the cleanest gym I've been to. The members are nice keep the gym clean and the customer service is great- dealt with Polly in particular and she's so friendly and easy going. Highly recommend these guys in Minto!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to quite few snap fitness around Sydney and this is the best gym by miles. It’s always clean, have a lot of equipments and free weights. The separate boxing room and warm up room upstairs is a bonus. Please fix the lights in toilets so it doesn’t turn itself off while people are still inside, everything else is excellent

Negative experience: Thank you for replying me finally. I was happy with the 30 days cancellation however I paid at the beginning of the 30 days and I had to pay again at the end of that 30 days. I asked for a reason and you never got back to me.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of Snap Fitness Narellan but was in Minto so I decided to workout at Snap Minto. The gym is a great size with heaps of modern equipment. It was fairly quiet when I trained, just the way I like it. I would recommend this gym to anyone close by.

Fantastic experience: I've been training for over 20yrs both here in Australia & in the U.S.A & hands down this is the best gym I've had the privilege of training in & being a member of . The staff are extremely helpful as well as competent. The Manager whom I met on my 1st day here showed me round the establishment , I haven't seen a gym this clean & organized ever . Her knowledge was exceptional so I signed up right away ! I HIGHLY reccomend SNAP FITNESS for anyone looking to reach their goals with training & fitness .

Fantastic experience: The gym layout is great, small rooms for intimate sessions. Great atmosphere, unfortunately I live pretty far from this gym however if I lived locally I'd choose this to be my gym
