Club Lime Malvern

Positive experience: No tiene tanto equipamiento. No está mal el gimnasio en espacio y vestuarios, pero no es tan completo.

Negative experience: Don't give these people your bank account details!! They can't be trusted!! There are much better properly run and trustworthy gyms around.

Negative experience: i wish there was more airflow. it always feels stuffy like dead air, and otherwise has a lingering chemical smell build up (sanitising wipes mixed with air freshener mixed with years of lynx)

Fantastic experience: Llevo apuntado al gimnasio hará ya un mes, al poco de llegar a Melbourne. He de decir que la sorpresa ha sido más que grata. Para empezar, las instalaciones son diáfanas y bien iluminadas, con dos plantas y unos baños reformados y de correctísima higiene; disponen también de material de limpieza. A esto se suma el equipo, que si bien sólo cuenta con una máquina por línea, disponen de una amplia variedad. Especial mención a los racks fijos a la pared, donde puedo cargar de forma cómoda la barra, sea para remo, press, squat, deadlift, etc. También cuentan con plataformas en caso de ser de los powerlifters que estampan los discos contra el suelo. Otro aspecto fundamental para mí es que nunca se llena; tiene un aforo considerable pero vaya a la hora que vaya no me encuentro con más de 12 personas en todo el recinto. Hasta la fecha no he necesitado de la ayuda de los monitores pero todos han sido agradables, así como veo el trato con el resto de clientes: personal y cercano. En resumen, me quedo muy contento con el gimnasio y lo prefiero a mi habitual en Mallorca.

Fantastic experience: Spacious and well equipped gym. If you don’t like extremely crowded gyms, this is the place for you. There are certain peak hours but it is great to find a place where you can work out without feeling cramped. Very clean shower room & attentive staff.

Negative experience: Been going to this gym a while, it is a good gym until they pull a "three weeks free" deal every school holidays, and then it becomes overcrowded and busy with school kids the whole time. I am going to switch gyms because of this.

Additionally the classes and instructors are amazing. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone I can. My friend Jim can confirm it is a good gym

Negative experience: I have been member with this gym for a while, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing for past few months. The gym is full of school kids (from 5pm until late) who seem to think that it's a hangout spot rather than a place to exercise. They hog pretty much every equipment and squat rack in the gym, while constantly being on their mobiles. This is getting beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, none of them carry any towels and leave the equipment sweaty without wiping it down once they're finished using it. It's unhygienic and disrespectful to other gym-goers who have to clean up after them. I've brought up my concerns with the gym staff multiple times, the staff seem to be understanding but nothing seems to change. It's a shame that the gym management isn't taking any action to enforce basic gym etiquette and create a better environment for all members. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone who's serious about working out and achieving their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve ever joined. Facilities are always spotless. The staff are friendly and generous with their time. The Manager, Emma is so lovely and she is always willing to listen to feedback . Great classes and excellent instructors.

Negative experience: Club lime discriminates against existing members who get a fitness passport by extorting a $69 fee. This fee is charged "because Club Lime doesn't make a lot of money off you" so they decide to make you pay and you get nothing in return. Abysmal and nonsensical "service" with no room for a rational chat. Happily cancelled my membership straight after being rejected by head office for my request to waive the fee, and emailed the complaint. Great gym otherwise, but I'm not paying $69 for nothing. I can find another gym.

Positive experience: A good gym, very friendly staff, apart from a few who sometimes give off bad vibes but for the most of it, they are really kind. Been going here for years now, but recently once it hits 4 pm for some reason, now, a flood of school kids come in, leaving their schoolbags all over the floor and hogging all the machines without actually working out on them. They constantly just look at everyone else working out and it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable and like I just want to get my workout done quickly so I can leave. However, a lot of other members are really nice, there are a lot of regulars and for the most part it’s a very chill gym!

Positive experience: Ok gym. Music was far too loud from upstairs class. Lady teaching was quiet rude toward my sister.

Negative experience: Do not go here if you want exercise machines... only 3 bikes and 3 crosstrainers in total. Do not sign bank debit with them..despite assurances..dodgy in the extreme. Then, when there's a problem, you have to deal with some faceless person in head office.

Fantastic experience: Just joined today and went in on my 1st night. It's such a seamless process to sign up online and I can then enter the gym using the Member ID app. All the machines are new and it is very spacious and not overly crowded. This gym is better than what I expected and no wonder it's owned by an ASX listed company Viva Leisure Group ASX VVA. I am also considering buying VVA's stocks since it's a great business!!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Currently a sweaty mess. All the classes are pretty good. Thursday at 530s with Gabe is standout. Really gruelling tough work out. Leaves feeling well and truly alive.
