Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BFT is an amazing gym! Jess, the head trainer, is energetic and gives great cues to perfect form. Ashlye is super friendly and welcoming, and even Jess’s student trainer is helpful and enthusiastic. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and dog-friendly—highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't stepped into a gym for 30 years, and my experience since joining BFT Mascot has been overwhelmingly positive. I am 57 and have osteoporosis and other niggly back issues, and I desperately wanted to strengthen my back and increase bone density. With the support and encouragement from the expert coaches, my whole body strength has significantly improved, and I have lost 7kg in 4 months. The coaches ensure all trainers apply the correct lifting techniques and constantly monitor all trainers to avoid injury, and their diligence has ensured I am completely pain-free. I have had a complete body transformation, my posture has improved, and my energy level has markedly increased. I can't thank the team enough for their encouragement in changing my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: I joined BFT Mascot 10 months ago as part of my recovery from breast cancer treatment. For nearly two years, I hadn’t done much physical exercise aside from walking. The coaches here have been incredible in helping me rebuild my strength and get fitter. They tailored the workouts to suit my needs, making adjustments when necessary. I can’t recommend this studio enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about 7 months and absolutely love it for many reasons. Firstly, all instructors are very attentive and helpful. They motivate everyone regardless of fitness level and take their time to explain from the basics to expert topics. I have learnt so much about body composition, lifting techniques, heart rate zones etc. Secondly, it's a rather small space but it's great because it makes people more approachable in my opinion, so the welcoming feeling from everyone is natural. Yes, BFT it's more expensive than your local gym but, to me, it was the best investment I've done for myself, ever.

Fantastic experience: They blind sight you! You become more and more addicted as you go. They also achieved the impossible...they somehow made me like cardio (I don't even know when I started booking cardio classes with a smile on my face- we are talking entire long adulthood of being against cardio and playing weights team). Staff are dedicated, friendly, professional, always attentive during the class, paying attention to everyone and definitely giving you their time and advice. Facilities are well looked after and clean. Lots of friendly members too. Membership reasonable priced. You will not regret it.

All the coaches are incredibly supportive and make every workout feel like a party! Special shoutout in particular to Lucia, Felipe and Mark for always pushing me to my absolute limit every workout (even though it sucks during the moment )

Fantastic experience: I have been going to BFT Mascot for over a year now. I go 5 days a week at 5.15am. There are so many positives about this gym. The coaches are all exceptional - always friendly and always focusing on my form each and every session. The structure of the week makes it easy to want to go every day with a mix of strength and cardio. Every session is a super workout!

Fantastic experience: I have been at BFT Mascot for over a year now. I enjoy the functional weight training program, and even with a persistent shoulder issue, I have been able to consistently lift heavier weights, with the support of the trainers. I have made some significant physical & mental changes at BFT that I am really proud of. The training is fun, the atmosphere is positive, & I never leave a class without a friendly smile or chat with someone. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: It has been absolutely awesome training with the guys in BFT Mascot! Different style of training from the normal gym, truly motivating and it is like a personal training sessions but much more interesting!

Fantastic experience: Love the variety of classes and programming, it’s great to flush out the body on a cardio or balance class after a big strength session. The coaches are brilliant, all very enthusiastic and helpful to ensure you are getting the best out of each session. Being partnered up, particularly for strength sessions is great too, as I find I lift a bit heavier than I would alone (without a spotter). Also great from a social perspective to start chatting to new faces. Overall a fantastic setup, with an optimal environment to improve regardless of your current goals or fitness levels…. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Oh you think it's expensive? I thought so at the start, but its soo worth it and really your health is priceless! I've been going for 8 weeks and I feel better and look amazing. Also I found that working out with people is not scary or intimidating. I love the trainers Filipe, Rima, Eddy and Mark and others! I am so glad I tried out because I feel that I can sustain this training because I'm part of a community of like minded people.

But, due to a friendly as a family environment by BFT instructors and memebers, boosted up my internal strengths and now I am a proud member of BFT 100 DAYS Club. So, if you are thinking to restart your lifestyles, come BFT in Botany Rd, Mascot where Jenny is a cheer girl with her shiny hair, Rima is waiting to dance with you, Philips will pronounce your name in a incredible way (no matter how hard it is), kessy will be filming and Good boy Aaron will always with you to motivate.

Fantastic experience: Visited BFT Mascot during my trip to Sydney. Trainers are friendly and professional, making every day's workout manageable for beginners and challenging for regulars. Studio is spacious and shower room is <3! I'm usually based in Singapore and being a member of BFT means I could visit any BFT studio worldwide - especially fun when I travel!

Fantastic experience: I have trained at various different gyms and done all types of circuit classes over the years. No where have I have seen my strength and stamina increase the way it has over the past 6 weeks, and what has surprised me the most I have been able to train for 5 days straight, something I have not been able to do for years, and that is purely down to the great balance and variety of classes being offered throughout the week which has allowed my body to recover each day.
